When my daughter started at Guelph U I was looking for a reliable shop for her to take her car in case she had any issues. So glad I chose Andy's . There was an issue last week they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Friday and went the extra mile to fix the problem. Steve, Carter and the mechanics at Andy's are first rate. I have recently moved to Guelph. The Owner is super kind was able to fit both my cars in for an oil change. He was even able to put on my snow tires last minute. He also went through everything thoroughly with me so I could know when it was time to change tires/ do brakes etc. Will be coming here from now on :). read more

This is a great little auto repair and maintenance shop. I've been going to Andy's for 15 years and wouldn't take my vehicles to anyone else in Guelph. The staff are unfailingly polite even when the pace is hectic. You get real personalized service. They explain everything in detail and they won't sell you any more products than you need. The premises are old and worn, but that means you won't spend an arm and a leg for glitzy waiting rooms etc. I almost hate to post this review - when Andy's is busy (almost always, because of their abundance of loyal customers) I have to book an appointment a week ahead. I'm not sure I should be encouraging more people to become Andy's customers as a result, but I have no reservations about recommending Andy's as the best place to get your car fixed in Guelph. read more

I recently took my truck to Andys auto and they had it there for three weeks and never touched it. They kept saying it's top priority but never did anything. They were kind at first until they could hear my frustration and then they were rude. I will never take my vehicle there or recommend them to anyone. It was a simple battery problem, which I ended up fixing myself. They tried to tell me they couldn't find my keys when I asked for them back. Take my advice and do not take any vehicle to their shop. read more
