Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. When I booked the appointment I was told I could get a ride back to work, however, when I dropped my car off no staff was around to give me the ride. No apology. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.

If that option did exist, I would certainly do it for Central Auto Supply. These guys are AMAZING. We had an absolutely TERRIBLE and stressful experience with the Guelph Nissan dealership (read my review of what happened - I am pretty sure they just let monkeys high on LSD bang on my car with wrenches for a little while, then told me it was fixed). When we came to Central Auto Supply, we were tired, frustrated, stressed and poor (thanks, Nissan!). They were nothing but fabulous to us. They found the problem THE FIRST TIME. They fixed the problem THE FIRST TIME. AND, they charged us a reasonable price for it. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for ANY and ALL services/repairs. These guys deserve a gold star sticker, a box of donuts and pictures of cute dogs all day long, because they do such a great job. Go see them; you won't regret it.
