Service requested has been accomplished and they have kept our cars running for many years. Value is good, but that is always subjective. Great old fashion business, the owners have always been kind and considerate when handling matters. With so many auto shops in town it's hard to pick one, this shop has a very wide spectrum of repairs they are able to do on almost any problem you bring to their shop. read more

This is the type of shop that give all the others a very bad name. It's hard to get past their business practices to even look at their mechanical aptitude. Being new to the community, we thought we would try them for a simple matter. The simple matter became much bigger and in end result the cost was 90% higher than the estimate given and no contact was even tried to notify us of the increased cost to get approval before proceeding. This is unheard of and definately relects a lack of integrity and professionalism. Are they any good as mechanics? Who knows? What we can say, is that, when you can't trust their business dealings, it's pretty hard to get in your car and trust the work they did! We won't feel safe until we have the car checked by an alternate 'reputable' shop. This is why local merchants go bankrupt as residents take their business to more professional businesses! read more
