Bring all the family vehicles here for tires, brakes, oil change, etc. Not one complaint in over 10 years. The service, pricing, and customer service is always great. We've had European, Japanese, and domestics. They work on all of them, and if there is something specialized (ie specific luxury german car programming or recalls) they just give me the honest advice and advise what to do as opposed to trying to make a quick buck off me. They're a great shop to drop in, get things done on time, and then be on your way. Most importantly for a mechanic they explain things well, no nasty surprises, and the pricing is very fair and transparent. They're always happy to help in a pinch, they give honest good advice, and it's frankly a pleasure to have an honest mechanic. Hard thing to come by! The shop owner Tony, is rude and impatient and Mohamed who helps him in the shop is a fraud. They did the worst fix possible to our truck which broke down and we had to tow it and when we asked for a refund both got loud (it was a $500 refund for the "hour" that they checked the truck and a button that we never needed to begin with). Bottom line, if you value your vehicle and demand respect and patience from your mechanic, you should never go to this guy. Instead I would recommend Acculine Automotive in Pickering, that guy is a gem.

This one was no different, Calling in I asked if they had a part to fix the rear passenger shock mount as it had failed due to wear. A 20$ Item, 3 screws easily accessible, and 10 minutes of work with an impact driver and WD-40. After calling i was LIED to when the front desk had said that the shock i was looking for was fused and the 20$ part unfortunately has to be a 150$ entire shock replacement as well as an estimate of maximum 100$ for the labour. I took his word for it and agreed to the service.... little did I know.... this was not the case. I asked for my old part back and easily popped off the mount from the rubber gasket and made mention that I must not have had the "factory model" he talked about over the phone. Alas, after lying again and saying Mazda doesn't sell it separately, he shortly corrected himself a minute later saying that they do not buy them separately (no need to get it from Mazda, Napa sells the same KYB mount (Mazda's factory shock choice) or dorman substitute). Irregardless charging me 50$ more than the cost of the suspension. valuing his mechanics service at 300$/hr (took 20 minutes in total in/out while moving slower then a sloth) and openly lying to a customer you'd be better off at a Canadian Tire auto service. Heed WARNING to those who do not know different, speed and monetary cost is in the eye of the beholder and this Snake Oil salesman sells a bitter brew of lies.
