Due to the poor fit of the bumper I purchased it would take 10 hours of labour in order for it not to look like it was zip-tied to the car. It was at least 3-4 inches not wide enough. Point zero's customer service after the fact was atrocious. I have never had someone argue on the phone with me as much, nor refuse to accept a return on a product that is clearly defective. It is understood that an aftermarket part may require a bit of fitting, but this was clearly way too much. They refused to accept a return, and have been very difficult. I would suggest going elsewhere. Find some customer service, and peace of mind with another shop.

Half way driving home the maps stop working. I had to go again and they took another hour to correct a connection. Now that summer is here I turn on the AC and it's not working . Turns out they had short circuited the area. I was in toronto and ended up paying more. They over charged also as I found out in missisauga it's done for half the price. Their customer service was awful . So beware and find another place.

Tony started making fun of me because it was taking me a couple extra tries to get the thing working. His attitude towards me was complexly unprofessional. Said I was the worst he has seen in the last 3 years and laughing uncontrollably. After the interlock installation was done it was time to sign the papers and he wanted to me sign for things I haven't received, A Mandatory booklet for the use of the device required by the MTO. After asking for the booklets multiple times he says he will just keep the car over the weekend if I don't sign. Was also requesting multiple signatures for the car's functionality without me seeing the car. After getting extreme rude, He also said If I don't stop asking questions he would refuse service and I would have to go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care about costumer service or loosing costumers. I only went here because it was close to home. I have made a complaint with Alcolock and the MTO about this place regarding installation of this device. This Place only sells over priced old electronics. Avoid Tony and this place at all cost.
