I just returned from my appointment today and I can hardly believe how wonderful my 2020 Acura TLX looks, it as nice as when I purchased it years ago. The winter rubber floormats were disgusting so I requested they be replaced with the summer mats. Not only were the summer mats installed but even the winter rubber mats were cleaned and look brand new. The dashboard, the seats, the console, the floors and the trunk were all vacuumed and cleaned and everything looks sparkling clean and smells fresh. The guys showed up an hour late and put their tools on the hood of my car - no towel to protect the paint we had to bring them one. They were in and out in no time and cracked my dash in the process. He told me to come in so he could look at it - when we got there for our 10am appt he conveniently stepped out so we waited almost an hour for him to come back. He looked at my car and then told me I lying that his guys couldn't have done this. He told me he also owns a scrap yard and will wait for another car of the same to come in and he will take the dash from that and replace it...after arguing with him for almost 30 mins. He was so unbelivably rude and spoke down to me the entire time. This happened in April and i never heard from him again. This place sounds great because its cheap - its cheap for a reason.
