I particularly like that they have a drop box for the keys when you are done with your car. Unlike other car rental locations - there has never been a huge wait to pickup / drop off the car and these guys don't nickel and dime you or upsell at every opportunity. It's nice to deal with a family run business that's straightforward. I've recommended bristol to others looking for a car rental in the city.

Yes, they are much less in their pricing than Budget on College Street, so why not! If I go back to Toronto, I'm so going back to these guys!

When I walked into the store, the head guy was training the second guy on how to use the computer for a lengthy period before I received some service. I felt ignored. On the phone, obtain some information, they're blunt, and seem to lack some basic friendly social skills. The fact that the store seems well organized and clean is a plus. Here is my overall disdain for this location; My experience with my purchase here at this location, I'd like to believe is a result of improper staff training, and not a lack of incompetence or common sense. Perhaps it's a combination of all three. Quite honestly, and politely, I'm severely disappointed in what transpired. One of the guys I was dealing with placed a malfunctioning trailer with NO working electrical cord (meaning I'd have no lights or signals) on my truck, potentially placing my life at risk. After I spotted this they gave me a working trailer without hesitation. THAT was all I wanted and is what gets this review its 3 stars. Kudos and great but, still not impressed overall. My only other complaint is that there is very little room to move in the almost non-existent parking lot. Overall, between the phone experience, the lack of real proper social interaction over the phone, and in person, providing unsafe rental equipment (although problem was fixed) and a lack of proper parking, encourages me to tell you to go elsewhere if you can.
