What a rip off! I was sick and wanted wonton soup. I always remember that P.F. Chang's was good and different from most traditional Chinese restaurants. I had my husband pick me up a $14 bowl. And to add insult to injury, after many years of eating at PFC across the country and eating some of the best BBQ and ribs in the South, I finally got served a single rib that honestly, had no meat on it. When it's good it's good. But when it's bad, it's a freaking nightmare. Spent the better part of the evening waiting for food that never really came. Thank God we started with calamari. Because we didn't get anything for another hour and a half. My wife got the Peking Duck. Or at the very least she got their second attempt at Peking duck. Nearly 40 minutes in and the manager comes up all apologetic saying that my wife's dish was given to another table. And that her dish would be out in another ten minutes. 30 minutes later she gets her food. It's not even hot. What on that plate takes an additional half an hour to make and it's not hot? Meanwhile they seem to have forgotten my short ribs totally. When they did finally deliver her dish, they seem flustered that they had forgotten my dish. Then all the avoidance and gaslighting finally came to an end when they delivered something straight out of the microwave. Telling me that it was fresh off the line. The short rib had no glaze. It was all fopped about like yesterday's scraps. It was ice cold in the center. And the pineapple fried rice was a misshapen blob. They served me sloppy seconds. It was so bad I refused to eat it. I left hungry, angry, and tired. They compted our check out of the sheer futility at their ineptitude. Stating they were "very busy". Yet they seem to get every other table their food with no incident. Total amateur hour. When they pick you to be thier overrun table, be prepared to sit and wait for the most mediocre service and food in Naples. I am in no way interested in returning. I ordered orange chicken was just fried chicken on top of 4 slices of orange chicken.This is NOT orange chicken then I requested some other meal, sesame chicken same awful fried chicken with a few sprinkles of sesame seeds .Again awful taste . It was 2 pm the place was empty and the server was non existent for about 10mins .The hostess did try to get us drinks knowing we were sitting there just waiting . This establishment had done nothing but gone downhill for the past year . Service is lacking and the food prep has a lot to be desired .It appears the chef just makes it as the day goes along and what they have leftover . The Prices have gone sky high,triple the price of a Chinese take out. COME ON !!! Short ribs were some of the worst short ribs ive ever had, pretty bad. would give it a 3/10. The rice that came with it was also not good. Very disappointing. The meat was of awful quality and very fatty as well. Would not recommend. Hopefully they will improve on this. read more

My review isn't specific to this location and it has nothing to do with the excellent service that we received while dining here. I used to love going to PF Changs and have been a regular customer for many years now. I always enjoyed when the wait staff would come out and mix up their own special versions of a hot and spicy sauce and was disappointed when they stopped that practice a number of years ago. Even though, the food was still excellent! However, with the latest change with the new menus, I have found the food to be getting lower in quality and the choices unimpressive. I would agree that a menu that has too many options on it becomes arduous to read through and prolongs the ordering process, but there is a happy balance between having a healthy set of options or just 5 or 6 "top sellers". All in all, PF Chang's is not the same place it was in years past and is no longer the place to go for exceptional Asian Cuisine. read more

Excellent service. Our server was very friendly and refilled our drinks right away. The restaurant was clean and cozy. I ordered the lettuce wraps which are my favorite! I think they are everyone's favorite. :). Water with lemon- I think he gave me 6 lemon wedges which was awesome. The guy who answered the phone was like ya they probably forget what do you want me to do about it those are complementary items anyway. Whenever we are in town, we love to come to PF Changs since we don't have one near us back home. The food was good( lettuce wraps, chicken bowl,green beans etc)but the SERVICE from Debby was GREAT! She was so personable and professional.It was so refreshing to get service from someone who clearly enjoys what they are doing for a living. Worst customer service. I've came twice and have had to grab my food on my own and have gotten attitude from staff at the front desk after asking for hot sauce and utensils. To say that last night experience at P.F. Chang's in Naples was a great experience would not do it justice. To start Our waiter Jon C was awesome, and even though they were extremely short staff he was very attentive to me and the group I was with. After going to leave we realized my best friends car would not start. We went back to see about getting help since I had jumper cables, but don't know how to use them. The first person that came out to help was a server named Kathe, who after looking things over realized she needed additional help. She went in and got the manager Debra V to help us. The ladies got the car to jump and stayed with us until we made sure the car would keep running. I believe this was way above their job titles, but will go above and beyond to help their customers. I will be returning there very soon, and would recommend the restaurant to everyone. read more

Let's hide in the back while you have a huge wait for take out. Where's the manager to help with this? You have orders sitting and waiting and you have one server dealing with all of take out. The restaurant isn't even half full for it to be this way. Yes we understand that it is New Year's Eve, but when you set a time for take out to be picked up, YOUR FOOD SHOULD BE READY TO BE PICKED UP. It's just that simple.
