Like in every chain restaurant... they all have the same menu and taste about the same... but what can set it apart is the people that work on it. So far my experience has been very pleasant with the staff on this location. Additionally I've been able to find sit without a wait... although I suspect that is because I've been going during weekdays... and never on Friday / Saturday or Sunday night... and I believe Naples is on low season now (Aug). A little surprise to me was that I started ordering the vegetarian plates... and not only are they delicious... they actually are of a descent size and will fill you up... my favorite is the eggplant plate... My husband and I have come here several times in the past 3 or 4 months due to a change to a gluten free diet. They have a great gluten free menu and we have been pleased with the entrees. HOWEVER... Every time the restaurant has been so cold that we pull sweaters, sweatshirts and blankets out of the trunk. The last time was this past weekend. I had on pants, shirt and a long sweater. My husband had shorts, shirt and a wool sweater. We both spoke with the hostess and server who said yes patrons frequently report the restaurant as being cold and uncomfortable. They agreed it was too cold for patrons and themselves. All the hostesses were wearing sweaters and most servers had on long sleeve shirts. Our server tried to laugh it off saying we figure you will get used to it after a few minutes. They both said management hasn't responded to the numerous complaints by turning the air up. Every time we come we ask them to turn up the air, they say they will, they never do. We have actually used napkins as blankets. This particular visit we ordered two entrees. They arrived is a timely fashion and we began eating. Before we were half done our food was cold. We hurried up and finished eating out of desperation as we were out all day and starving. We left as quickly as we could turning the car seat warmers on....no lie. There is no reason I can fathom that they would keep it that cold. It makes for a miserable dining experience. Our food was also ruined because it too was cold within moments of sitting on the table. All in all, a very unpleasant repetitive experience. So if you intend to brave the PF elements. I might suggest Minnesota cold weather gear and a small heater to keep your food warm once it leaves the kitchen. First night in Naples, I pony up to the bar for a special Chang's sent to me. I order the Mongolian Beef for my free Chicken Pad Thai and I get to eat both. Bartender service is solid and the Mongolian Beef the best I have had in years from Chang's - what I remember from when they first opened eons ago I have eaten in many Chang's over the past 10 years and none made it this good. 5 stars for food and service at the bar. read more

Our waiter was great, the service was slow for a Thursday at 1:45 pm. The manager was friendly and apologetic but the place is dirty. The table, the soy sauce dispenser, the floor, the bathroom, the plates and even my napkin had some smudge spot on it. less then one star! we walked in the door waiting to long to be seated. then was seated at the booth right by the bathroom hallway when most of the restaurant was empty. Sat long enough that when a server walked by we asked him about being served! the restaurant manager sat behind during the time we sat and waited and never did a thing! we asked the young server where his tables were and he graciouslet moved us. He took great care of us. The manager and the other severs were in a conflict cause we moved. There were servers carting on in the hall wall to the kitchen which was a visible. This is a family night or date night FAVE! This is our hometown restaurant and I'm so happy! The service is upbeat and attentive and the food is as described in the menu and consistent as well as a great value. I also have on many occasions watched the management staff get beat up buy an unruly and WRONG guest because they had to wait 10 minutes past their reserved time for a group of 12 at a Popular Restaurant at Prime Dining time. Shoot that's a restaurant managers nightmare and I've watched the little assistant dining room manager handle that preposterous guest and make everyone happy with grace and a smile! My entire family including 2 @ 8 years old, 2 teenage girls and a gluttonous 19 years old bottomless pit of a son and my wife and I we all agree that it's a favourite wether were home or traveling. read more

I've been to this location a lot of times it's pretty consistent with food and service. The food is great if they don't smother it in the sauce but if they make it right it's pretty darn tasty. What!!! I love PF Changs!! This was my first and only experience at the chain. Um loooooved it. Since it was my first time, my friend wanted me to sample the best of the menu. She ordered a slew of appetizers, soup, and entrees to split. Wow the vegetable dumplings were so good, the soup was excellent. We also ate the chocolate dessert and banana dessert. Holy crap!!! It's a respectable chain, much like the Cheesecake Factory for example, so I know the quality to expect. This location has always delivered above and beyond thanks to a fast moving line on the rare occasion there even is a wait, the fast service once seated, friendly staff, and one of the best gluten free menus around (especially in a town like ours). I've never had a bad experience with a single item ordered, but I'll still recommend an item that has consistently stood out to me as slightly above the rest--their delicious lettuce wraps (which can be made gluten free upon request). The family headed here for dinner on a weeknight. We had made reservations two weeks beforehand and upon arriving, we were asked to wait outside for a bit. The place is crazy busy and packed. Our server was overly enthusiastic and a bit green. As I mentioned, it's a mad house here and upon looking around, I could see the focus here was getting from point A to point B. A bit of a mess also, with napkins and food scraps on the floor. Nice décor here and general vibe. Very noisy though. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken because it's one of my favorites and I was also in the mood for something spicy. I had to ask our server for chili sauce as it was apparent they forget to put the chili in my dish! Absolutely zero in terms of heat and spice. It was still tasty though and everyone else in our party enjoyed their meal. Lots of gluten free options on the menu. The dessert menu needs some work, in my opinion. I'd visit again. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We walked in to have dinner tonight and were greeted by a host who did not even acknowledge us for a good, long minute. Finally looked up and asked if we could sit at a booth sense the place was empty. Received an attitude just to be sat at a soaking wet table and booth seats. Was moved by another waitress to another location in the restaurant since the manager was preoccupied, socializing with other staff. Sat there for 15 minutes while the waiters watched TV without even acknowledging us. Needless to say, we handed our menus back to the rude host and said we were disappointed with the lack of service. We ate there yesterday. We've been to that location many times. Don't know what happened. Restaurant almost empty, where is often a wait. My wife's Changs spicy chicken had small pieces of chicken instead of the larger square chunks we've had many times. The garlic noodles were fairly tasteless. Even though I'm not vegetarian , I ordered the Buddhas feast which I normally enjoy. The veggies were way undercooked and loaded with soy bean pods which I never remember being in the dish before. I live in Naples and could not get delivery from PF Chang's. On their website, instead of saying "Free Delivery", they should say "No Delivery to Parts of Naples" or "Delivery to North Naples & Bonita only". When we tried to place an order online, a message said "not available or reschedule the time". When we called to follow-up, we were told to download their app and place the order that way, and then delivery would be free. However, our order was rejected again. Upon calling a second time, they said that they use 3 delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats and one other) and that they have no control over whether they will deliver or not!!! Seriously? Clearly misleading and needs to be "Chang"ed. By the time of the second call, PF Chang's did not seem to care about our order at all. read more

A double steam box with six folded noodles were a good choice. The waiter said that the dim sum wasn't actually steamed in the steamer; they were just served that way. Faux dim sum? O well. When we arrived, we were told 35 minute wait. We went to the bar...excellent service. After an hour, we went back to the hostess stand and were told another 15 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes from our entry, we were finally seated. Our other plans had to be cancelled. We used to LOVE this place! When they first opened in Naples, I want to say about 8-9 years ago?! Have been steady customers ever since. However, I feel like it has been going down hill for the past year or two. Portions kept getting considerably smaller. We have had some wonderful meals here but over the last several months the quality has diminished dramatically. We went with guests the other evening and I think that was our last visit. Pot stickers were good. Lettuce wrap meat was overcooked and unidentifiable. Of four entrees, the Cantonese noodles were ok. The hot and sour shrimp we ordered came out as chicken. They eventually brought the right dish and it was good. A beef and vegetable dish was awful. Meat was cooked beyond recognition, unless it was meant to taste like beef jerky, and the undercooked vegetables looked and tasted like hay! Hunan pork had a bad taste and we left most of it. If we'd been alone I would have made a fuss but who wants to do that with guests present? Wait staff was ok and the fortune cookies predicted a great future so no complaint there. Too bad this restaurant doesn't live up to Chang's image. I recommend to others to speak your mind when a dish doesn't meet your expectations. read more
