This is actually a standby interaction I saw last night at this Petsmart. A trainer and her trainee were at the fish wall lighten him on the sorts of fish when this Mexican couple approached them for fish. They turn them down fish for the fish they wanted because of problem of tank size talking down at them as if they were dumb. Again, no one really knows about this policy and almost everytime get mad about it when approach. Anyways, They understood their concept of size of tank determines which fish they can sell you. So the woman wanted the biggest fish they can get for their size tank. As the trainer has a firm voice and answers, she straight up was talking badly about the customers to her trainee while they stand right there, thinking they couldn't understand because they spoke Spanish. But the woman quickly knew what was happening, wasn't having it and telling the trainer "nevermind, and what's your name?" Gave her name in irritation and the couple left. Then the trainer crumpled the bag of fish and threw it away while saying to her trainee "those are the type of people to watch out for, it's doesn't bother me because I have tough skin and they don't." I feel so bad for that trainee though, he seemed so helpless , I would quit now buddy. I hope that woman called in because I couldn't hear her name when she gave it to her. And also, is this what trainers are teaching their trainees for customer service? No wonder why this location employee are all rude and rotten. The only good person here are the two lady security guards. They need some serious help. And sadly this is the closest location to my house. read more

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years. Leonora has been grooming all my dogs and she is one of the best in the business. My dogs love her and she truly shows love for them. The dogs always look amazing and she lets me know of any skin conditions or problems. read more

Horrible service. Went to get my dogs nails trimmed and bath. Our bather wont be in til 4 can you wait? No. I couldn't wait...hm ok this is a groomer. Anyways I requested my dogs nails to be trimmed. I tried to stay and watch until I was aggressively shooed away. This gives the dogs stress. She said. I was called back 5 minutes l later to say my dog snapped at them. Was given advice to put my dog under sedication to his nails clipped. Went Clipped nails in 2 minutes with no problems. I hope none of those girls ever went to become vets. Thank you mountain view animal hospital. Nails are perfect. read more

This was my first visit to the metrocenter location. The staff was very friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable! My bathers name was Carley and she did a wonderful job! Not only was she very sweet and knowledgeable but she answered every question I had without making me feel weird about it. I could tell she really loves and cares for my pup. read more

My wife and I purchased Kitty Caps last week. We noticed the caps coming off within 2 days. There are 2 tubes of glue included the inside the "kit". The active ingredient in the tube is "Cyanoacrylate", also known as "Super Glue". Here's the problem. This glue has a shelf life of 1 year for a 2 oz. container if unopened. The tubes included in the kit are 2 grams which = .07 fluid oz.. Smaller amounts may have a shorter shelf life. The tubes in my kit had a date code, in very small print of, j2005= January 2005. This product is 7 years old, considerably past its prime. We bought fresh "Super Glue", problem solved. Instead of brushing the under coat out and removing the few mats they shaved my border collie. This was the 4th time taking her here and they have never done this before. The turnover is a problem and the new groomers take the easy way out. I will never go back. I just hope the hair grows back quickly. read more

Purchased some fish for a well established tank from this Petsmart a few days ago. within 10 hours i have had almost half of them die. had my water tested and it was perfect and everything else in the tank has been healthy for months and with in a day now my healthy fish are starting to show symptoms of illness. I talked to them about it and they blamed it on my tank, filter, and keeping habits. I have been breeding tropical fish for years and never had any problems. as soon as i add their fish they infect my whole tank. i went back and looked in their tanks and several fish in several tanks are showing signs of illness. they claimed it was just stress and that is a flat lie. THIS STORE IS SELLING DISEASED FISH BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. when i asked the manager if he would cover some of the cost of a treatment he gave me a pile of excuses and treated me like a 4 year old that knew nothing about fish. read more
