I have been following them on Instagram for a long time. I finally brought my littles in to get groomed as things have fallen through the cracks too many times. I created an online account and booked two appointments, which require deposits. I received a return call to let me know only one deposit is needed for the two of them. My littles came out looking and smelling fantastic. I could not get full pictures, but one of these days I will. My puppers already have their next appointment scheduled and I hope this is the place they get to go to every six to eight weeks. read more

This was my first time getting a grooming service done for my first dog. They did such a great job making him look clean, trimmed up and fresh. His paws look great and used to drag in messes, now they don't finally!! and look clean. They were so nice and treated Aspen as I would. For anyone who has a beloved dog who's nearing their end of life, finding a groomer willing & able to handle this sitation is nearly impossible. After contacting several grooming companies, including a groomer at Ocotillo Animal Clinic who told me to go somewhere else, there was only one groomer willing to give my sweet 15+ yo girl a final "comfort groom". Danielle!! She was an angel from above who lovingly, patiently, carefully gave my girl her final grooming. Exactly one week later my puppy crossed over the rainbow bridge. But when she left us, she was clean, and groomed, and looked loved and cared for. Forever grateful. read more

The groomers at Dirty Paws are caring and loving toward my fur-babies and did such a fantastic job! Especially with my Eskie mix, she has a lot of hair and I waited too long to get her in to be groomed, they did such a great job brushing her out to get all the hair from her undercoat! While Booking my appointment the receptionist had to ask redundant questions that she already asked. 2. While making the appointment - there was someone in the background correcting the individual taking down my pets information fixing the errors from the receptionist. 3. This place is absolutely terrible. If you care about your pet do not send them here. We would have gotten a better result hosing her down in the yard. They barely trimmed, didn't clean her teeth, and they attempted to clip her nails but cut one way too short, hurting her, and now there is blood being tracked throughout our house. Our two Airedales were just a mess. They had not been properly groomed in quite a while. The women at Dirty Paws were great with them. They actually look like Airedales! For the time they spent on them, it was great value. Will definitely be going back regularly. read more

I had been a loyal customer of Dirty Paws since it opened, I was forced to search for a new one after the retirement of my previous groomer. In my experience loyalty to a good service is valuable, I had hoped that my time with Dirty Paws would continue. However on January 6 of this year I made the decision to stop going to this groomer. On January 6 of this year I dropped off my dog for grooming at 10:30am. Given that there is no specified pick up time, I had run some errands while I waited. At 1:23pm, I received a text message informing me that my dog was ready to be picked up. Within 25 minutes I received a voicemail from Letty informing me that if I did not pick up my dog within the hour I would be charged a $25 fee for boarding. I picked her up at 2:36pm and was charged the $25 fee. I was honestly taken aback as I had never been informed of this policy before. The groomer has no clear pick up time, and I has never given any indication that there would be additional charges for delays beyond the hour. It seems as though Letty expected me to sit and wait for my dog to be groomed, regardless of wether it took one hour or four. My experience at Dirty Paws has been disappointing, and I have since found a new groomer who offers better customer service. read more

Super disappointed with this place. My dog had an appointment at 9am & at 11:15am I get a call that their groomer never showed up to work & my dog hasn't been groomed. I understand things happen but the fact that my dog just sat in a crate for 2.5 hours for no reason is extremely unprofessional. By 9:30 if the employee hadn't showed up to work I should have definitely received a call. Front desk girl was nice but unfortunately will not be back or recommend anyone here. read more

So let me just start by saying thank you Billie sooo much you are the most awesomest and sweetest ever!!! First time dog owner and Billie walked me through the grooming process for my puppy and explained every detail down to type of cut and size, and what I could expect with my baby being a puppy and all and her second time being groomed. My first experience elsewhere was just horrible. I decided to go all short so that her fur can come in all even, as it was very choppy. I wish I took a before picture, I forgot but here is an after!
