Kat quickly got in touch and we had about a 30-min call, which provided me with INVALUABLE insight into my urgent situation. That information she gave me--keep in mind, I had paid no money for her advice or training to this point--gave me some practices I could use, right away, to make Raffi feel more comfortable. I still might officially use Atlanta Dog Wizard in the future, if Kat is any indication how the company does things. Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. We call it work for them and they are so excited every monday, wednesday, and friday to go play with their friends. Just like any other boarding facility it is advised to get your dogs a bath before they come home. This is a free roaming facility most of the day and dogs are only kenneled during meals and overnight. This ultimately means that yes, dogs' potty where they please but don't worry. You have a full-time pooper scooper/somebody out there cleaning it up. Play groups are monitored by a handler to make sure all dogs are getting along. If a dog seems to be overwhelmed, they will separate them and give them some alone time. Also, on a safety note they do not have toys in play groups. This is the safest option for dogs as many dogs tend to exhibit guarding behaviors with toys. I looked for a facility that did not have toys laying around because both my boys can become possessive over a toy. This facility encourages dogs playing together without the need for toys. They can run around indoors or outdoors. They get attention from handlers. They get to make friends, and they don't have to be at home all day while I am at work and even better is they come home tired from a day of play. Now I cannot rave about our vet Dr Kaala enough. She takes her time, builds our dogs trust, and genuinely cares. From the moment she walks in the room, she is calm and kind, she gets on his level, and she takes her time to let him warm up. She is a wonderful example to her staff and sets a perfect tone. No matter how many times our dog walks away from her, she keeps her cool and encourages him back. She talks us through his care and makes sure all our questions are answered (yes we are those very involved dog parents). Dr Kaala is truly a gem and we are so grateful to have been recommended to go to her. We drive 40 minutes just go to Tiger Tails based of a recommendation from a friend who also drives that far! Dr Kaala is worth it and after two visits now we are clearly not going anywhere else.

The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.

Not only does she have such an amazing time playing with the other dogs, but she quite literally does not want to leave when I pick her up from daycare. The smile that I see on my puppy's face through the pictures on instagram is worth everything. I know she is loved and having her needs attended to by the staff, which instills a great sense of trust that I have for them. What sealed the deal was the staff calling me immediately when my dog lost a baby tooth. Despite it being such a minor incident, they monitored her closely and made sure she was comfortable and happy until I picked her up. I live over a hour from the East Roswell location but still take my puppy there at least twice a week. You simply cannot get this level of trust anywhere else.

The primary instruction was getting your dog's attention, the commands - sit, down, off, leave it, drop it and loose leash walking. Overall I was pleased with the overall instruction and experience. They did a good job of making sure the dogs didn't invade another dog's space. Homework was sent out each week to work on in sessions with the dog and this helped prepare for the next week's session. Would recommend.

The grounds are sprawling and beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the value far exceeded my expectations. We paid $995 per week, so about 2K total.
