Kyss sent me photos and videos of Ziggy playing and having fun with his new friends - he was having a blast! Kyss was so flexible with my drop off and pick up times. When we got back in town, we unfortunately had to make an unplanned stop on our way home which caused us to postpone Ziggy's pick up until the next morning. Thank goodness it was no problem for Kyss though - she was way cool about it and easily made the adjustment. If you're looking for a fun and exciting albeit responsible environment for your pooch, talk to Kyss! She's awesome!

They do not perform surgeries at this office so they gave us some recs (our normal vet is closed on Thursdays) so we brought her first thing the next morning to animal hospital of north Gwinnett! Turns out vet David thought she would be able to pass the item instead of surgery. So nugget stayed with them under observation for the day. It was so obvious everyone cared for nugget as their own! Everyone was so kind and caring! Wish we were closer! Also not a price gouging office! I felt like the quote for the surgery and what our bill ended up being were both fair prices for the services! I cannot recommend enough! Thank you to the whole team here for taking care of our sweet girl!

My little piglet is always treated here with love by the groomer and I have never had a bad experience since bringing her here. I trust the staff very much because I know they treat my piglet like family. This pet grooming shop is by far the cleanest and most friendly out of the many in the area. What I also like about this place is that they also do boarding. I have anxiety about leaving my dog when I leave town but the two times I've left her here I came back to find her happy and safe. I would definitely recommend bringing your pets here if you want them treated with care and want an outstanding job on your pet because a clean pet means a happy tail

I'm pretty picky when it comes to her grooming since she's a long-haired dachshund with a very fluffy coat rather than a traditional drop coat, and I like to keep her looking natural while still cleaned up and shaped nicely. Emilie did an amazing job listening to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! Xena came out looking absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with her groom. Emilie was also so sweet and made the whole experience great. I'm so happy we found someone we can trust with Xena and will absolutely be back!

I found him through the Nextdoor app and relied on his stated experience and trustworthiness. When I returned after five days, my previously healthy, active four-year-old pit bull was unable to walk. I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

Their system is extremely friendly, you can request your visits online and even within a couple of hours, they can respond and visit/walk your pets. I found them on Yelp about 2 years ago. We travel a lot for work, and at the time we had an elderly Great Dane, who needed special attention and being a deaf and partially blind dog, it just added up to how careful you need to be with him. I was impressed how Lisa was able to connect with him. I could tell that he loved her, because even towards his last days, where he could barely walk he would get really excited to see her. Something that gives me extreme confidence in them, is they send a text message after every visit with pictures of your pets. Some of my best pictures of my dog came from Lisa. But going back to the text, she never waited for a situation to escalate to let me know about it, she preferred to get ahead of the curve and let me guide her on how to proceed. Remember my dog was old and due to age had a lot of health issues at that point. Now we have two Great Danes one is10 months old and a recently rescued one of 7 months old, that she will be taking care for, even when the youngest one is very scarish, as he's a rescue, I know she will do a magnificent job taking care of my babies. Thank you Robin and Lisa!!!!!
