After trying a few other boarding facilities, (which were not that good) I happened to be driving down the road and came across Pampered Pet Care. When I got home I looked them up on Yelp. Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. I just wanted to simply check availability but they don't answer their phone, so I had to "make a reservation" over their website leaving my CC and all personal information. Only to find out that doesn't secure a rez, I have to now wait 24-48 hrs for them to advise if there's availability. If they have no availability then this is all a waste of my time and now my CC is in their system. Feels like another case of forced Customer Non-Service through a website. A shame as I've heard good things about their actual boarding service. Customer Service is important to me as well. read more

The staff is so nice they remembered my dog and his name right when we walked in and greeted him with pets and hugs, he was overjoyed to be their! They offer so many things like Kong toys and nail trims all of that stuff and baths. I love how they send out pictures f your pup on Facebook so you know they are safe and having a fun time! When we found this place for our boy it was like a hidden gem almost because we never heard about it before but we went to the back and saw were the dogs stay and all the play places and pools and fenced yards and it was so clean!!!! Like not disgusting at all so perfect! They let you bring your own bed a collar and leash and food so your dog feels right at home!! Also not to mention the amount of potty breaks and play time with dogs or a staff member. It really is a perfect place for our dog and we have been to other boarding places and he has come back with cuts or scratches here none, he has came back only happy and healthy of course! So I highly recommend pampered pet and fyi they also have these "taxis" for the pups and they can come to your house even when you are not home and pick them up and take them to pampered pet for a stay. I am so pleased to have a place like Pampered Pet Care to leave my dog, Mikey, when I am out of town. Mikey is a senior rescue who has never fully recovered from a former life of abuse. He is a stoic old boy and won't tell you that he's worried or anxious - except he doesn't eat well. From the way they greeted him, I knew that everyone would try to soothe him and keep him comfortable. Apparently, Sarah and Kristin saw that he needed some additional help. So, Mikey spent his days hanging out behind the reception desk and being fed special treats. My dog absolutely adores this place! The staff is amazing and you can tell they love their job. The facility is gorgeous and doesn't have an animal smell. We have used Pampered Petcare for years. We have sitters who come daily to take care of our cats and we board our 2 dogs at their kennel when we travel. Have always been happy with the service their company provides and their employees are wonderful with our fur family. I know if there are medications, they will receive them as instructed. Pampered pet care is also involved with many pet rescue groups and has helped find many homeless pets a forever home. They also offer a pet taxi service for those families that are tight on time. Just used them for the first time for both my dogs. I have a neurotic dog and a hyper puppy. I checked on them via email and my email was answered super fast even on a holiday. While Pampered Pet Care was recommended to me by a source I trust, my actual experience has exceeded the high expectation I had when first boarding my two dogs. The staff is incredibly accommodating, very responsive to email and phone communication, and most importantly, very good with my two dogs. Both are rescues and have some special needs to feel comfortable and safe, and I chose to give Pampered Pet Care a try because I was told their staff have a lot of experience working with rescues. Typically, with other boarders, my dogs will come home exhausted, and stressed, but each time I have boarded them with Pampered Pet Care they have come home, happy, energetic, and acting like their usual selves. One of my dogs, Katy, has some pretty tough anxiety issues, particularly when around strangers, but the staff here work incredibly well with her, and listened when told about some of her behavioral foibles, and when I brought her in for her second stay with them, remembered and treated her appropriately. While they're a fairly lengthy drive from us (a bit less than an hour), and I actually pass by two other boarding facilities on my drive to their beautiful farm location, it's absolutely worth it to know that my dogs are going to be treated well and taken care of when I have to go out of town. The owners and staff all seem to really care about the animals in their charge, and have built their business on that principle, and I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

We have used Pampered Pets on numerous occasions and every time our experience has been great. We've never had to worry while out of town that things are going well. The women who have taken care of the dogs will text us pictures and updates, grab our mail, bring up the trash cans and have once even let our faucets drip since a cold front came in while we were away. Most importantly, when my water unexpectedly broke with my daughter, I sent an email at 9pm and requested they come in the morning to let our dogs out and they replied even at night and had us on the schedule for the next morning.
