Kyss sent me photos and videos of Ziggy playing and having fun with his new friends - he was having a blast! Kyss was so flexible with my drop off and pick up times. When we got back in town, we unfortunately had to make an unplanned stop on our way home which caused us to postpone Ziggy's pick up until the next morning. Thank goodness it was no problem for Kyss though - she was way cool about it and easily made the adjustment. I work next door to this place and all day every single day all we hear is the dogs being screamed…read moreand yelled at by their constantly changing employees. Our shop doors are always open and we hear dogs being screamed at all day. I have called to notify management a few times and nothing changes. I decided to write this review because on Friday myself and another co-worker actually witnessed a young man working to put dogs inside the facility and he was dragging one of them by it's leash allowing the dog to slide on its backside behind him. They hire younger people who do not seem like they are enjoying working with animals. I have several customers who take their dogs to Petsuites and it is completely disturbing to know how they are being treated. I would never bring any of my dogs to this place and from now on I will advise people not to. If this were an isolated incident it would be one thing but it is ongoing and constant and very sad. Anyone working with children or animals should be thoroughly screened and trained without exception. Caring for pets is just as huge of a responsibility as caring for children. I hope things change at Petsuites ASAP for the sake of these poor dogs.

They require that you bag the meals for the dogs individually - a great idea because it allows you to count how many meals your dog has been fed while they were boarded. On a number of occasions we've discovered that our dogs have missed one or more meals during their stay. In addition, one of our dogs is on a medication that is a chewable pill that can be dropped right into her meal. On several occasions, we've discovered that, not only was a meal missed, but so was the medication. We addressed this with management and were assured that they would address it with employees. However, it has continued to be a problem and we realized that it's not an employee issue, it's, in my opinion, a lack of management supervision issue. We have terminated any relationship with this business. If you're in the business of caring for someone's animals, then you should be caring for their animals. Missing meals and medications is negligent, pure and simple. In my opinion, if you care about your animals, you'll take them elsewhere.

They are super attentive and concerned and very good with both our dog and cat. They offer a variety of services, food, and treats for your pet. We have used their boarding services before and it was nice to know that if there was an emergency they were already at their vet and things could be taken care of. They're always willing to listen to my thoughts and concerns, and take that into consideration with whatever the need or appointment is for, but always give me all the options and are real with me. I totally trust their judgment at the end. They also offer a loyalty program you can ask about, I wish it was done a little differently, but it has definitely helped and saved us $$$ a few times.

we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them.
