You can order online & pick up at store if you need an out of stock size. However... The pickup situation is fubar because a proper system hasn't been set in place. Could just be a pandemic thing, unsure. Good: You can sign up for free membership card for pet stuff. However... The rewards of it are slow and small if I recall...maybe a $5 coupon once you reach some amount. We have 2 dogs & haven't earned anything...probably not worth signing up until they offer better benefits IMO. Good: They have things you wouldn't expect, like a small section of basic plumbing supplies like floats & flappers, plugs n such.

We are not pet lovers in any stretch of the imagination. We only own for the most part turtles and pet fish. But the things you do when you love your kids right? We pass by the pet store daily and decided to stop in with our daughter. It is a fairly tight space but they make good use of it. There are lots of cute puppies of various breeds and the employees including the owner who is very present gave us a quick break down on "puppy ownership 101". We were surprised that dog ownership can be on the pricey side especially the ones as young as the puppies(2,000+). But this place does give you a lot of value for the cost. They offer free classes for the life of your pets to teach you how to potty train, overall take care and other various areas of pet ownership and it's never a cost as long as you purchased your pet from their store. They have lots of accessories to go with your purchase including a fence that you can put inside of your home and of course several varieties of dog food as well as travel gear. All of the animals appear be well taken care of and we love the fact that they are a Christian owned establishment and they are very vocal about that. They also do not purchase dogs from what's called a puppy mills, or shady dog breeding companies. So that's good to know and they also include proof of lineage with each pet purchase. We are not ready to take the leap and become pet owners yet but this place appears to be a very good option and the employees look like they really care about the well-being of every animal that sets foot in here.
