So we have a six-year-old who is that a phase in life now where she wants a dog. We knew this day…read morewould come but it still hit us as a surprise. We are not pet lovers in any stretch of the imagination. We only own for the most part turtles and pet fish. But the things you do when you love your kids right? We pass by the pet store daily and decided to stop in with our daughter. It is a fairly tight space but they make good use of it. There are lots of cute puppies of various breeds and the employees including the owner who is very present gave us a quick break down on "puppy ownership 101". We were surprised that dog ownership can be on the pricey side especially the ones as young as the puppies(2,000+). But this place does give you a lot of value for the cost. They offer free classes for the life of your pets to teach you how to potty train, overall take care and other various areas of pet ownership and it's never a cost as long as you purchased your pet from their store. They have lots of accessories to go with your purchase including a fence that you can put inside of your home and of course several varieties of dog food as well as travel gear. All of the animals appear be well taken care of and we love the fact that they are a Christian owned establishment and they are very vocal about that. They also do not purchase dogs from what's called a puppy mills, or shady dog breeding companies. So that's good to know and they also include proof of lineage with each pet purchase. We are not ready to take the leap and become pet owners yet but this place appears to be a very good option and the employees look like they really care about the well-being of every animal that sets foot in here.

There were people waiting over 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions they called in! Hoping in 3 weeks at my next appointment things have improved.

I also purchased the mealworm feeder from this store. But they sell more than seed. The store has displays of pretty hummingbird feeders and supplies, bird houses, decorative crystal birds, earrings and occasionally they carry locally made items like soaps or socks knitted with alpaca yarn from a nearby farm in Snellville! The people are so friendly and helpful. They will always help carry bags of seed to your car. I use the curbside pickup about once a month. Highly recommend.

In a world where so much of customer service is lost, you can still find it here. :)

https://alpharettafrenchies.us/…read more Zero stars. They don't have a published phone #. Wanted a sweet pup on the website. Had to arrange via email. And the emails had odd symbols at the end. See below. No professional logo, signature, phone # or anything. Even though I knew someone who had gotten a pup through them. Asked about a pup. We were specific about the one. Yet they kept saying "come see all the dogs." Avoided referencing the dog we specifically wanted. Yea - because they want to upsell!!!! Don't like the wording of their emails saying "come buy the dog." Ick. Said we would come the next day for a very specific pup. Asked about a deposit. They did not say they needed one. At 10pm the night before we were to leave to get the dog, I get a text from a weird phone # saying someone "bought 2 dogs. But come see our others." Still not saying it was the dog we wanted. So I had to specifically ask. And then recommending another pup that cost more. Shocker. Was never about the money. It was about the dog for us. Not for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Also their dogs are listed on other breeder sites. I get they work with other breeders. But it's confusing. STOP OVER-BREEDING FRENCHIES!

I would just suggest doing your research when not buying from an actual breeder. I got a waaaaay better deal from a breeder that drove up from Florida to meet and greet. And drove up again when I decided on taking my baby home. Also got AKC papers and paid half of what this store is charging. Lastly, the staff is extremely aggressive for a sale.
