The crab died, and we went back to this same Pet Supermarket on Peachtree Industrial Road near the Publix and purchased another crab and food. The crab died again. So we saved it until we were in the area again, all within 7 days. Novila and Natalie (may have spelled thier names wrong) refused to replace ONE of the crabs. At first we were pointed to the rules of having to bring a sample of the water. We didn't know this had to be done. Then we were told we needed a receipt although everyone in the store recognized us. I was able to pull up my American express purchase on my app as proof of purchase. However, that wasn't good enough! Both of the "Managers" watched a little boy be sad about not getting ONE crab and REFUSED to replace it. This is so beyond the replacement cost of $6 but for me speaks to the lack of customer service. The irony is we were happy to find this pet store and planned on buying a parrot that is not cheap! Good thing we didn't and we started with a crab. This place is CRABBY and I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE for your pet needs; especially if you have young children! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

The staff member we interacted with was very nice and helpful. He showed us the example rooms and we made our selections. The private suite seemed best, maybe a little small, but better than the side-by-side accommodations with unknown dogs. We were verbally quoted a price and then set for our upcoming trip. On check-in day we did not see the same employee, though the person we dealt with was very nice and patient with our dog. She even let us know exactly what type of toys we could leave. While on our trip we received a picture of our dog, which was very nice as she seemed to be smiling! Really the biggest issue we had was the total being almost $100 more than verbally quoted. The paper they presented to us at check out was their copy, we could only take a picture of it. It did not list a breakdown of the price. The Manager immediately came over, as she was on site, but she basically asked about the total we were given - which can be difficult to recall after you've been traveling all day and it was only verbally said to you. She then looked at the computer screen without saying a word and said the amount was correct. It was an odd interaction... We really liked the convenience of their location and the options they offered, however the experience with the price and their reactions ended everything on a sour note. The communication could just use some work - for example, if we had been given the quote in writing to begin with (instead of verbally) it would have helped A LOT. There have also been some bad habits our dog picked up after staying at Petsmart, though we understand it's bound to happen. Overall, we might board at Petsmart again but next time we will probably consider other places first.

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. After being in our family for several days now, that peace has been confirmed even more. Cali or Callie (we haven't decided on the spelling yet) is her name since we're from there. I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup.     Terrific! I came here after my usual place cancelled on me completely last minute. My dog…read moredefinitely needed a grooming, so I desperately searched out another option in my area that actually was open on Sundays. Trust me, this is actually a tougher feat than you might imagine. When I first called, they said their groomer was not there. About half an hour later, they called me back saying he had come in unexpectedly. Yay! I rushed over. Service was very friendly here. Location was convenient. I had my dog get a summer cut and he looked sooo good when he was done. They even put a bow tie on his neck, and sprayed him with cologne. He smelled so good, and even a day later you could still smell the cologne on him. The groomer said my dog was such a delight that he would be happy to groom him any Sunday I needed. What great service! This store also carries various types of dog food, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated. You can also pick up some mats, treats, bedding, toys, you name it! So it's a great comprehensive store for your pet needs. I am glad I found this place, and would happily return.

The Owner is not interested in customer service, or good business practices for that matter. The prices keep going up, and it seems like every time we groom our dog they have a new reason to charge more. They say it's because our dog has some matting and it takes more time. Well, yeah, he has soft fine hair and it's going to matt. It's happened his whole life. They know this, he's been grooming there since 4 months. Mind you, our schnauzer is an indoor dog that lives a better life than many human beings. There's no lack of care or consideration on our part, we groom him regularly at home, with the products Fido's sold us, but it's just the nature of his hair. It started off being $5 extra, then $10 extra, then $15 extra, with no end in sight. The last time we groomed him he had the least amount of mats ever, yet they charged the biggest up charge ever. When we asked them to not perform a certain part of the grooming about a year ago, we never saw a discount for that. So this only works in their favor. As a courtesy, and a genuine attempt to avoid leaving, we tried discuss the issue with the owner before just walking away and she was very dismissive, defensive, and argumentative. She didn't make the slightest attempt to keep a customer of several years happy, a faithful customer that spends a lot more than the few dollars she's arguing about. It makes no business sense that during a pandemic business owners are treating their customers this way. It makes no mathematical sense when you add up what we spend in a year, against what this petty up charge gets them. When our original groomer at Fido's, Jack, still worked there not only did the grooming look amazing but he never charged extra. After that we've had a couple new groomers and it seems like they get to decide if they're going to charge more. Bad business model for a customer. And, unfortunately, the quality of the grooming has gone down as well over time. There are groomers all over town, so onto the next one.
