They took our Great dane but we were lees than confident. The place smelled a bit but the front desk lady assured us it was because of the heat and that they were in the process of their end of the day cleaning. They also charged EXTRA for play time outside of their kennel and dog run! They had one air-conditioned kennel available so we took it since we had to get our son off to college in another state. When we returned to pick our boy up he looked scared and under nourished. His bedding smelled like urine and as we loved on him we realized he smelled like urine too. After returning home he wouldn't let us leave his side for 3 days. Totally traumatized and sickly. Diarrhea for a week! DON'T go to Bay creek!!!

They bathe the dogs at no extra charge and clip their nails for a small fee. They have several larger kennels so are able to house the dogs together. Being the helpful boyfriend that I am though, it seemed reasonable to pick the dog up and save my girlfriend the drive over. Where I'm from, there's no such thing as Spay Georgia. There also no such thing as veterinarians taking their time to stay and answer every damn concern as if my helicopter girlfriend was there asking the questions herself. You see, if I messed this up then Willa wouldn't have been the only pet getting fixed. I walked in to pick up after ringing the bell as instructed. The door was answered, not by staff but by a customer who was known by name. She said goodbye with a "see you next time.". The building itself was not anything fancy, but they were also in the midst of renovating. I had Willa in my possession, and the veterinarian who performed the surgery answering my questions within 5 minutes of walking in the door. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had answers to most of the girlfriend-provided questionnaire before it was even asked. He checked over all the paperwork to ensure accuracy, fixed a registration issue with a microchip that I wouldn't have even known was a problem, and we were on the road shortly after. Given my experience with veterinarians from my area, which us usually a hurried conversation where it's clear they are trying to head right back out the door, it was a refreshing experience. Willa promptly left a one star review on their front lawn and we were on our way, minus some ovaries.

One thing I can't stand with most vets are the constant upcharges and pushes to do more than what is necessary. These guys are NOT like that at all! They genuinely care for your fur-babies. I can say that with absolute confidence because we had to put down a kitty that my daughter grew up with, earlier this year, and the vet actually cried with us as we went through that. Then, they send a handwritten card to our daughter and every single person wrote in it to her, along with a paw print from Mittens. I cannot recommend them any higher, they are incredible people and great doctors!
