My dog Samantha and I always love coming here and shopping here: I can get her nails trimmed and then bathe her myself (which I always do). After that I always buy and stock up on her favorite Open Farm dog treats (dehydrated beef treats & cod skins) from this awesome place. I also love how they have an awesome and convenient app that I can always shop from (in case I don't feel like heading to the store). They also always have the beast deals and sales on all their products to help you save. I also only prefer shopping here rather than at PetSmart or Petco. I find the deals and sales here to be a better fit for myself. The staff and the owner at this location are always so helpful, kind, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I have trouble getting something off a shelf that is too high for me to get on my own, they always get it down for me as I'm not tall. This place is always so clean and well organized. It is also extremely spacious. I also love how they have beautiful cats and kittens (occasionally) that are available for adoption from the local Buford cat rescue Cat Rangers. The service here is always stellar and top notch. My dog Samantha and I love to say "hi" to all the beautiful cats and kittens they get from Cat Rangers that are available for adoption.

She never smiled, didn't ask any questions about grooming (I had to offer what we were looking for), and she didn't get to know my dog before basically dragging her away. (My dog cried the whole way back. Definitely made me nervous for how she would be treated when I was gone.) Neither one of the staff members asked for proof of her rabies shot and I had to ask them if they needed that too. It's a requirement that they have it on file for all dogs receiving services. Makes me wonder if they just don't actually check. My dog looks good, so the grooming is fine. My dog's eyes have been watering since she got home though, so I don't know if they got their shampoo in them or if she was sensitive to the products they used. We haven't had this happen before and she's been going to a groomer for 4 years. We'll definitely stick with PetSmart. They are very sweet to her, actually seem excited to see her, they discuss everything with us before we leave and their customer service skills are much better.

I'm annoyed as I now have to clean the cans, throw away the contents and lug the cans out to the recycling bins. I have to do this almost every time I get an order, which is every three weeks. I'm not doing it this time. I'm taking the cans to my local Petco and they can handle it. Petco doesn't pay me to clean up their messes. More importantly, it's a horrifying waste of food.
