This place does not keep your dog all day like a lot of places (though I wouldn't be surprised if they were willing to if needed.) They give you a time slot to drop off and call you as soon as they are finished. It's never been more than about 3 hours for my dog. This place is a gem!! You will not be disappointed.

While we were there one dog got loose the worker tried to use her leg to stop it and made it cry and yelp. That dog got diarrhea poop all over it from what was on the floor. One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. The appointment was for 8:30 am and 6 minutes before the visit I received a phone call because she needs bloodwork, to be told she needed to be seen by a doctor also!
