Absolutely do not go to this groomer's. We took both of our dogs, a 10 year old Pomeranian and a 2 year old Jack Russel mix to this groomer. We asked her to do the older dog first, call us and have us pick her up and then do the younger one, because the older dog has been having seizures and we didn't want her there for a long time. Lo, and behold 3 and a half hours later, she calls us saying both dogs were ready. The next day, the younger dog was extremely sensitive to the touch, lethargic, then developed an extremely high fever and these horrible crusty scabs going all the way down her back. We took her to the vet, and 500+ dollars later, we finally diagnosed her with a "post-grooming folliculitis" that is caused by rough bathing, and/or high pressure spray nozzles, and/or contaminated shampoos. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to this vet since we paid the money originally for the grooming, then much more for the vet bills after. read more
