This place does not keep your dog all day like a lot of places (though I wouldn't be surprised if they were willing to if needed.) They give you a time slot to drop off and call you as soon as they are finished. It's never been more than about 3 hours for my dog. This place is a gem!! You will not be disappointed.

One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. The appointment was for 8:30 am and 6 minutes before the visit I received a phone call because she needs bloodwork, to be told she needed to be seen by a doctor also!
