I have a dog who just had knee surgery and has special precautions and a bunch of medications, and another who is a front leg amputee. With EACH visit, you get a lengthy, detailed email of how the visit went, how the dogs seemed and what they were doing, a summary of each pill given, and a list of things completed (i.e. closing the blinds for the night, refreshing water, etc.) - PLUS a ton of pictures, some of which are the best pictures anyone has ever taken of my girls! Jodi and Amy love my dogs like their own - and anyone who has a dog will understand how comforting it is to travel and know your animals are well cared-for and that you don't have to worry about a thing. There are no words to adequately summarize how awesome these girls are - if you need a pet sitter, there is no one better. Period.

Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. Their system is extremely friendly, you can request your visits online and even within a couple of hours, they can respond and visit/walk your pets. I found them on Yelp about 2 years ago. We travel a lot for work, and at the time we had an elderly Great Dane, who needed special attention and being a deaf and partially blind dog, it just added up to how careful you need to be with him. I was impressed how Lisa was able to connect with him. I could tell that he loved her, because even towards his last days, where he could barely walk he would get really excited to see her. Something that gives me extreme confidence in them, is they send a text message after every visit with pictures of your pets. Some of my best pictures of my dog came from Lisa. But going back to the text, she never waited for a situation to escalate to let me know about it, she preferred to get ahead of the curve and let me guide her on how to proceed. Remember my dog was old and due to age had a lot of health issues at that point. Now we have two Great Danes one is10 months old and a recently rescued one of 7 months old, that she will be taking care for, even when the youngest one is very scarish, as he's a rescue, I know she will do a magnificent job taking care of my babies.
