Scheduling was a breeze. This place is so clean and cute! Love all the small touches they have like the welcome sign with the dogs' names and themed grooming accessories. I had my peekapoo in for a full groom and the groomer spent enough time with me to give a haircut like I normally get since it was my first time there. I like that they have samples of the different blade lengths so you can easily choose how short you want the hair. They have a play area so the dogs aren't caged up when they are waiting to be groomed. I wasn't too happy with where I was going so this will be my new spot for Cody. We have been taking our 2 year old Wheaton Terrier here for over a year. It's a 30 min drive from where we live, and have tried several different groomers that were closer, but ended up going right back to Karina. No one has paid attention to detail as much as Karina. They are the most expensive groomer we have found, but you get what you pay for. I feel safe leaving my girl Kona in their care. She comes home looking and smelling amazing. My dog was mauled by a groomer. His fur was ripped out at 8 inches by 3 inches. No one came to his aide when he was screaming in pain to get the abuse stopped. My dog was taken to vet & endured a month of treatments. Would love to share a photo but don't see place for one. read more

I boarded my Dog Kota there for a week, he's a rescue dog so I was worried about him misbehaving. I was relieved since they have Pet cams and I could view my dog from the beach I was vacationing at. Kota had a bed and private room, all I brought was his favorite blankie and food. Was SOOOOOOO relaxing to see Kota playing outside and in the play area and getting along great with excellent supervision! When I got Kota back after 7 days, Kota was extremely happy and made 4 friends there. Now my family and friends use Unleashed Creations Pet Spa for their dogs boarding. Their pricing is very competitive and I saved since they have a 10 day package that is less expensive than a 7 day chain boarding price. I get 3 days towards my next boarding! Critical: Professionalism, Quality I have been a customer for 5 years and I have 3 dogs! Two of the dogs are rescue Springer Spaniels , I love Dogs. I had a terrible experience with this business this week based on a scheduling mistake. The way the owner handled this was appalling. The follow up and treatment as a 5 year customer with three dogs was truly unbelievable ! I have never taken the time to write a google review before but my experience with the owner of this business was that terrible. I will take my business and support another local business that appreciates their customers ! Very unprofessional. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, I knew I'd be receiving first rate service. My pup was scheduled for a full groom. Every detail about his haircut was recorded and put on file for future reference. The place was very neat and organized. The stables were a very nice touch. It didn't have the feel of a caged in kennel. I found that to be a nice feature for those needing to leave their little ones for boarding. It's a very open feel. My pup looks great and smells great. We have been clients of Unleashed for over a year and lately the service has declined. Unfortunately the owner is not around due to health issues, and the staff seems to lack customer service skills. We had finally accumulated enough credits to get a free groom and when we tried to cash it in Arianna told me that the owner got rid of those rewards. I informed her that no one informed me of this change especially by email. She refused to honor it and said you can get 15% off which is what the new program allows. They also called me the morning my dog was scheduled for his groom and said Margarita was only working in the morning. They said you can come tomorrow at this time. They didn't care about the inconvenience. I said can I bring him earlier since she is working. No, sorry! Then my dog was ready for pickup he didn't have a bandana. The last few times we have picked him up he doesn't have a bandana and he doesn't looked very polished with his groom. Unfortunately we won't be returning and I informed Arianna of this because of the lack of consideration they give to their customers. I even informed Karina of this incident when she came back. I have been in the area for an extended visit due to Hurricane Irma. I wasn't able to see my longtime Groomer in New York. I selected this place after seeing a fellow Yorkie at a street fair, I checked some reviews and made an appointment. I had called another Groomer but was a bit nervous after I experienced what I considered less than desirable phone skills. Unleashed Creations was $15.00 above the usual going price but I took the plunge. I checked him in, the Groomer came out and we discussed the cut I wanted. I provided pictures and the actual number for the length of the electric trimmer. His body was shaved and looked great, how ever his face was such a disappointment! His Yorkie Brow & Beard were gone. I certainly specified "a Yorkie Cut", she replied "yes and the ears tipped. So that being the proper lingo I was pretty sure he would be cut right. Although everything else went fine, timely drop off, friendly staff, clean facility the most important part failed me. I don't know what else I could have said or done to have my little Yorkie boy come out looking like a Yorkie. Thank goodness the hair will grow back! read more

Unfortunately, I can't tell you what kind of job this grooming facility does as I opted not to leave my dogs there. I'm new in the area and decided that I would try a small business for my dogs' grooming. I called and scheduled an appointment. They needed vaccine history which I was glad of as that means they don't allow unvaccinated pets, you would think. I asked them when I was dropping off if they got the vaccine history from my vet. They said no that they would call, I offered to call while there and they said that was ok, they'd do it... first red flag. What if they called and my dog wasn't up to date? Would they go ahead and groom or would I receive a call after leaving to only have to come pick them back up. I was filling in the required information for my dogs and on the back of the form there was a release. Basically it said if my dog became sick or injured and had to be taken to a vet, I would be responsible for all charges incurred. WAIT, I'm responsible if my dog is injured while in your care. I asked the groomer and she said that the owner had that but she wasn't aware of an owner ever having to pay for injuries requiring a vet's attention. I said I'm not comfortable signing this. I understand if my dog gets sick but not injured. She called the owner to see if we could scratch that part out. After speaking with the owner, the groomer informed me that the owner has that in place in case a pet is injured resulting in thousands of dollars so the owner would be liable. How is that fair? I take my dog in for grooming and while in your care he becomes injured and I have to pay for those medical bills. Needless to say, I packed my dogs up and brought them home. I will look for another groomer. read more

I have a Shih-tzu and a Yorkie, both of whom are older and have been clients here for the past year. The yorkie has done well with various groomers but the Shih-Tzu has always had problems with being depressed after being groomed anywhere else. I am surprised I am the first to write a review. This place is famous for taking care of our four legged children!! They have a very unique crate free policy which allows the dogs to have their playtime as well while they wait. My dog get's so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. Staff is great! Words cannot even explain how disappointed I am with the haircut that my little cockapoo received from Unleashed Creations. After taking my 14 lb dog to them before and having the owner do an amazing job, I decided to go again. However, this time was different. First mistake was that they squeezed me in at 4:00 with another girl who worked there who was not the owner, when the last appointment is normally at 3:00. The girl on the phone said it would be fine and that I could come in the following week at 4:00. I said great because I'm a teacher and I needed something after 3:00. Second mistake was that I unfortunately was running behind. I called to see if it would be a problem that I was 10-15 minutes late. She said ok, that they would work it out. I was there by 4:15. If they couldn't do a good job because I was late, they should have rescheduled me. I would have understood, considering I was the one who was late. Third mistake was when she told me it would take at least two hours, if not more to do my dogs hair that she would call me when it was done. By the time she checked me in and took Callie back it was already 4:30. She called me at 6:04 and told me Callie was done. That's 1 and 1/2 hours. The store closes at 6:00. She was ready to leave. When I picked her up, I was shocked to see that she didn't have any hair. She basically shaved her hair and didn't take the time to groom her like she should have. Before taking her back to cut her, she said there were a few areas around her leg that were matted. However, I said the style cut with the razor blade that should be used. When I got there, I asked if she was that bad that she had to shave all her off and she said that she only went down one razor blade. If that's the case, then she should have called me. Never once did she call me to tell me that she would have to cut more than what I asked for. That is probably what infuriated me the most. She should have called and I would have said no, I'll pick her up!!! Once I got home, I realized her nails weren't even cut. Really?! I get she's a puppy but be patient with her and do your job. The owner needs to reevaluate who she has working for her because after this experience, I will not be taking my dog here ever again. read more
