I brought my dog here for the first time and they did an amazing job! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Thank you for taking good care of my Nahla!

Nicest people around, they do great work. I drive 45minutes to get them to do my small cocker spaniel done by Sam!

I have a golden retriever with lots of fur... they make him look great and smell so clean. And he loves to go.

It's taken me 3 years to come to terms with this. I'd like to recognize the owner of Mud Puppy and…read moretheir staff for being wonderful people. I had brought my senior Pug in for services a couple of times before for a nail dremel. (2018/2019) Max Kermit was almost 15 and he'd suffered a stroke 2 years previously.I felt fortunate and blessed he was still alive. I erroneously thought this day would be like any other time... my teenaged daughter & I were up front waiting for Max to be done.I had previously gone back with him before because he was frail but I thought I should stay with my daughter and then she had refused to go back with me.Only men were coming in (very busy that day) and I hesitated to go back (obviously this was all before COVID) but I thought to myself no he's in great hands, he's been here before and the staff is always so good with him. To my horror one of the girls came frantically rushing up and said there was a problem. I went back with her and my little buddy was clinging to life. I flipped out. He was still breathing- the young woman that was doing his nails- I can't recall her name - was so precious. She drove us to an emergency vet in Braselton. Max Kermit I believe had taken his last breath when we were driving there.I was hysterical. My daughter that was with us had Max Kermit practically her entire life. She was 6 months old when we got him.My oldest daughter was almost 3 years old and he was the light of her life. He had been all ours.He made everything better. Back to the review- these women were wonderful in a clutch. She stayed with me at the vet and was so empathetic. I was thankful I got to hold him for as long as I did. She cried with me- it has taken me this long to write & talk about this but if you're reading this you were an angel that day. The owner called me later that day. She was upset also but I did say I don't hold anyone responsible and told her how much I appreciated the groomer and I thanked her for her call. Gosh I was so heartbroken. The owner sent me flowers and a sweet note. Do I recommend this business? Yes I do. I had great experiences there prior to the last one but that was not their fault. I do have 2 little 2 year old Pugs that I routinely take to their vet for nails but I may stop in.

We LOVE Pawville! It's our go-to boarding spot for our two dogs, Ned and Bonita, and they've taken…read moresuch great care of them every time. Why We Keep Coming Back: * They stay in Pawville's "townhomes," which are super spacious and include both indoor and outdoor areas--perfect for comfort and play. * We genuinely look forward to the daily photos and email updates the staff sends. It means so much when we're traveling, especially during longer trips--it gives us peace of mind and keeps us connected to our pups. * The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We were able to tour it before our first booking and felt totally comfortable leaving Ned and Bonita in their care. * Bonus: they offer a multi-pet discount, which is great when you're boarding more than one dog. It's clear the team at Pawville truly cares. We're so thankful to have found a place that treats our dogs like family!

My first impression of Pawbille in Winder was promising, and the staff seemed very nice…read more Unfortunately, my experience boarding three dogs there while I traveled out of the country for a few weeks left me deeply disappointed. Two of my dogs stayed in what I believe they called a "townhouse," with outdoor access. After about two weeks, on the day I was traveling home to pick them up, I received an email with a photo showing my Mastiff's paws severely swollen and raw. This came when he was being groomed for pickup--a service I had paid for. When I arrived, my dog could barely walk, and his bed was so badly soiled that I had to throw it away on the spot. Under normal circumstances, he would never soil his sleeping area. When I asked a staff member whether this had happened before, she told me they had experienced this issue with a few other dogs. The next day, I had to take him for emergency veterinary care. He needed multiple medications and spent about a week recovering. According to the veterinarian, he had been in severe pain for some time. My biggest concern is not simply that he appeared to have a reaction to the artificial turf. It is that his condition was allowed to become this severe before I was notified. I had signed a medical authorization allowing them to obtain care if needed, and I expected them to recognize and respond when my dog was suffering. His condition at pickup left me seriously concerned about the attention he received during his stay. I paid more than $1,800 to board my pets and returned to find him in this condition. My veterinarian contacted the facility to discuss what happened. Afterward, I received no follow-up call to check on him, no offer to help with the veterinary bills, and no effort to address my concerns. Based on this experience, I would cancel a trip before entrusting any of my pets to this facility again.
