We call it work for them and they are so excited every monday, wednesday, and friday to go play with their friends. Just like any other boarding facility it is advised to get your dogs a bath before they come home. This is a free roaming facility most of the day and dogs are only kenneled during meals and overnight. This ultimately means that yes, dogs' potty where they please but don't worry. You have a full-time pooper scooper/somebody out there cleaning it up. Play groups are monitored by a handler to make sure all dogs are getting along. If a dog seems to be overwhelmed, they will separate them and give them some alone time. Also, on a safety note they do not have toys in play groups. This is the safest option for dogs as many dogs tend to exhibit guarding behaviors with toys. I looked for a facility that did not have toys laying around because both my boys can become possessive over a toy. This facility encourages dogs playing together without the need for toys. They can run around indoors or outdoors. They get attention from handlers. They get to make friends, and they don't have to be at home all day while I am at work and even better is they come home tired from a day of play. All in all, i definitely recommend Camp Woof and I have no complaints. -Draco + Sitka's mom.

Will is wonderful and we always feel that our furry friend is in good hands. Friendly place, easy drop-off and pick-up, good system for making reservations. The staff is paying attention to our puppy's food regiments, always helpful if any medication is needed. And what is the best- our puppy is feeling fine to be brought to Camp Woof. Thank you so much, friendly staff at Camp Woof. We are looking forward to keep using this facility for all our dog needs. Irina

After her stay, she came home visibly distressed and became increasingly lethargic. I rushed her to an emergency vet, where she required immediate care. The owner, Kristen, acknowledged this in writing and offered a $500 reimbursement to help with the vet expenses. Thatincident was over two months ago. I've followed up multiple times, professionally and respectfully, but I've received no response and no payment. While accidents can happen, how a business handles them afterward says everything. Their silence--after admitting responsibility--has forced me to share this publicly. I hope no other pet parent has to go through what we did.

This was our 6th time using daycare for our Australian Shepherd, Zeus, and what we experienced was beyond unacceptable. We trusted this place. We expected outdoor play, clean and sanitary conditions, real supervision, and staff who genuinely care about dogs. Instead, we walked into neglect. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed by basic questions. When we dropped Zeus off and asked for a tour, we were bluntly told no manager was available and no tour could be given. No explanation. No reassurance. Just attitude. When we came back for pickup and asked again, we were told to wait so staff could "check on some things." That alone should have told us something was very wrong. What we saw after that made us angry, sick to our stomachs, and heartbroken. Multiple dogs were locked in kennels with no staff supervising at all. We personally witnessed kennel staff and groomers being unattentive, rude, and disengaged, including employees standing around or sitting on their phones instead of watching the dogs. Kennels were covered in dried urine and feces, and dogs were left sitting in it--no cleaning, no breaks, no compassion. Then we saw Zeus -- locked in a crate in the corner, shaking, crying, and terrified. Seeing our dog like that broke us. It was devastating. He looked scared, confused, and completely abandoned. Watching him tremble and cry in that crate made us feel sick, angry, and deeply depressed. No dog deserves to be treated that way--especially not in a place that claims to provide care. This was not a bad day. This was systemic neglect. We left furious, heartbroken, and ashamed that we trusted this place. We cancelled everything immediately and will never return. This was not daycare. This was dogs being warehoused, ignored, and emotionally broken. They call it It's a Dog Life -- but what we witnessed was cruelty, neglect, and suffering.

https://alpharettafrenchies.us/…read more Zero stars. They don't have a published phone #. Wanted a sweet pup on the website. Had to arrange via email. And the emails had odd symbols at the end. See below. No professional logo, signature, phone # or anything. Even though I knew someone who had gotten a pup through them. Asked about a pup. We were specific about the one. Yet they kept saying "come see all the dogs." Avoided referencing the dog we specifically wanted. Yea - because they want to upsell!!!! Don't like the wording of their emails saying "come buy the dog." Ick. Said we would come the next day for a very specific pup. Asked about a deposit. They did not say they needed one. At 10pm the night before we were to leave to get the dog, I get a text from a weird phone # saying someone "bought 2 dogs. But come see our others." Still not saying it was the dog we wanted. So I had to specifically ask. And then recommending another pup that cost more. Shocker. Was never about the money. It was about the dog for us. Not for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Also their dogs are listed on other breeder sites. I get they work with other breeders. But it's confusing. STOP OVER-BREEDING FRENCHIES!

The employees were super patient with me during all three visits, let me know what to expect with the different breeds. After going home for the second time and doing research, I was finally comfortable to adopt a puppy after my third visit. I adopted a black cockapoo and had him for almost a year now and love him. Customer service and my lil pup was amazing and will not consider this place a scam (as described by other reviewers). When I adopted Ace, his vaccines were up to date and he still goes to the same vet til this day. That being said, I did remove 2 points from my review. Reason being, I took Ace for his first vet visit the weekend after I adopted him and the vet said he has an ear affection and I had to pay for the test as well as the medication. Vet explained that it looks like he had it for a while judging from the amount of wax. The contract said they will pay for anything within 3 days of discovery, unfortunately I was on day 5. Personally 3 days within discovery is too short and not sure how something as big as an ear infection was missed even I noticed the excessive itching which is what prompted me to go to the vet once able. Also, found out later that his tail was docked. New to puppies so I assumed it would grow so when it didn't I did some research and figured out his tail was docked. Still adorable but felt bad that he went through that. Also, I purchased the starter kit trusting that within the starter kit would be things that I will need. They did have the basics like leash a few toys and bowls but based on the quality of things within the kit, it was not worth the money at all. These are just a couple things to watch out for but other than that, happy with my experience.
