    This was my puppy's 2nd puppy cut. A different groomer this week‍ we discussed not cutting the top because I wanted her to wear topknots. (Picture shown as to the end goal) Ashley R. said they don't cut the top only around the eyes! Tell me why her signature "skunk" is GONE!? And I was offered a damned bandana before bringing her out. You can see why the bandana was offered she doesn't have enough for a ponytail. DO NOT let Ashley R groom your puppy. She does not follow instructions. Ashley R said she didn't cut the top. I asked did someone else handle her? She said no. Heck she made it seem as if I did this to my puppy! Make that make sense. Grace the manager refunded the service that was not satisfactory which I appreciated. I will not be going back. Their grooming department is not it. I'll be looking for somewhere else to take her.

    If I could give no stars I would. I took frank to get his signature lion cut that he always gets at petsmart. We just moved to the area and this was our first time at this location. His hair cut is usually 2 to3 hours however this day it took an 57 min. I thought wow she is fast! Little did I know it was fast because Jennifer had no idea what she was doing at all. Frank's hair cut looked like what I could have accomplished for free. After posting videos and complaints the store called me. Needless to say the leadership named Brad decided that even though he was the leader of the store he would disregard my concern and instead go to Walmart and allow a lady named Arlene call me with no plan of resolving the situation. She proceeded to blame frank for being old . When the actual problem is that her groomer had only been grooming cats for a month. Now the issue I have is that the experienced groomer only works Thursday and Friday why was he scheduled for and Wednesday cut. I asked her what was the purpose of her call she said it's to let the groomer know Friday what she needs to do. I told her we could have had the conversation Friday as you are not doing anything more than wasting my time. Long story short I asked for my refund. Brad as a leader it was your responsibility to make this call. Furthermore you should have given me a full refund with a corrected cut. That is what rectifying a customer complaint is. It is not blaming the pet. The worst waste of a company is where they place their employees Jennifer should not have been assigned to do this. You dropped the ball that day and you dropped the ball today.

    Gia's New Haircut

    I have tried and tried to like this place. My Pup will definitely not be going back again. They act as if my 6 month old Toy Poodle pup was just too much to handle. After so many reschedules and coming back to pick her up 20 minutes after a drop off is just insane. The last visit was with Nikki who called me back right after I dropped her off , she rescheduled me for 1:30 the next day with Kim (The Lead) . When we arrived we stood outside of the salon and watched Kim check in a lady for an appointment I'm assuming the next day. There was another pet owner that was checked in. Kim then left and went back into the salon while me and Gia waited outside. She finally came back out and asked are you waiting to be seen, I said yes. She said come in, and as we came in she left out. The receptionist checked us in and stated that she was going to go fine Kim, which had just left out. At this point we have been here quite some time. Well the lady comes back and states that she cannot find Kim and my appointment is cancelled as I should have been there at 1:30 lol. I was asked do I want to reschedule AGAIN!!! I left and got to my car to see that my appointment was cancelled @ 1:56 while I was right there in the salon! I took my doggie to another Salon that same Day who welcomed here with so much love. She left with a beautiful full haircut with the cutest two bows in her hair and a cute little bandana around her neck. They would love for Gia to come back and they are closer to out Home! Petsmart will never have to worry about my dog being subjected to rudeness and ignorance!!! I attached a picture to show how pleased we are with the new Shop and they were Cheaper and Much Nicer than the Petsmart in Mesquite Texas location and loved on my Gia and made her very comfortable. They actually said that Gia did Very Well!!!

    Horrible grooming service. Asked for the classic teddy bear cut my labradoodle and she returned him with a Mohawk and uneven blending all around his body, ears were just straight chopped, and a halfway done tail. Please see pictures if you don't believe me. He looked like Max from the new Grinch movie. A meme from a family member was made out of him. Absolutely horrible and we had Christmas pictures the very next day so I'm sure you can only imagine how upset I was.

    If I could leave no stars I would I had to go out of town last minute for family and took my pup to petsmart. I'm not familiar with the petsmart pet hotel where I'm from we don't have any. But I thought this would be a safe place to leave her as I would be gone for 10 days. When I picked her up she had cuts and bruises all over and didn't act like her normal self. She is usually very playful and happy the day I brought her home she did nothing but sleep. I would not recommend leaving your dog here if you care about them. I've never had this experience before she's never come back with scratches or bruises. This must be why they don't have cameras so they can mistreat your animal. I will not be taking her back extremely disappointed in this location.

Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the owner was one of the worst and shocking customer service experiences I've ever had. One of my dogs is a high-anxiety rescue who requires medication for grooming, and couldn't be groomed that day due to construction noise going on at the facility. When I asked to briefly speak with the owner about the situation, he interrupted me before I could explain and said, "That noise is not our problem. I don't care." When I questioned that response, he repeated, "I don't care. Just leave." I was honestly stunned and simply picked up my dogs and left. A few minutes later he called me. Instead of speaking to me in a professional way, he immediately justified his behavior by saying he was stressed because of the construction. When I told him I wasn't returning he called me a "two-faced b****" and told me to "f*** off" before hanging up on me. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and Amber has always been wonderful with my dogs. But the way I was spoken to by the owner was shocking and completely unacceptable. Pet owners trust businesses like this with animals that are essentially members of their family. Being told "I don't care" twice by the person running the business, followed by that kind of treatment, destroyed any confidence I had in returning. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dogs back.

The staff is friendly; they treat my large, rather playful dog as well as they treat the small, angelic puppies. If the wait is long, and it often is, and I choose to wait outside or walk my dog, they agree to call me when it is near our time. I have no complaints about the wait; this is a low cost clinic, and people who want to get in and out quickly should go to the many nearby vets who charge twice as much for the same care. They do good work here, and they seem to genuinely care about animals. I have boarded my dog here, as well and have been happy with that service, too. I see some people complaining about how they waited long, or how their animals may not have been cured. Seriously, these are vets and vet techs. They can not promise cures, control how long a surgery may take, know about emergency situations that may arise, or treat your animals if you can not pay them. They can do no more for a pet than a doctor can do for a person. They do good work at fair prices and genuinely seem to care about animals. The place may not be fancy, but it is clean. They allow people who do not make a lot of money to care for their pets.

After paying over $2,000 for treatment, communication completely stopped. No one ever called to confirm whether the follow-up test results were positive or negative. When the clinic moved locations, I repeatedly called over the course of two months to schedule a follow-up appointment. My calls went unanswered, and although I left multiple voicemails, I never received a callback. I finally got through today, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The woman who answered was rude and dismissive, quickly insisting that if I had left a voicemail, someone would have returned my call--which clearly did not happen. When I asked questions about treatment pricing, she said only her manager could provide that information and that the manager wouldn't be back until the 3rd. When I asked for the manager's name, she hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially after spending thousands of dollars on care for my pets. I have attached screenshots showing the calls I made over the past two months. I am confident that if management reviews the voicemails from those dates, they will find the messages I left that were supposedly "answered."
