I took my dog Beaux here on 8/22/25 and was very disappointed with the experience. I was quoted a 4-6 hour grooming window, but he was finished in just 3.5 hours. When I explained I needed to wait for my child to get off the bus before leaving, I was told it was "not an issue." At no point was I informed of a "one-hour pick-up" policy--yet I was charged a surprise $20 late fee. To make matters worse, traffic from a local accident doubled my drive time, something completely out of my control. I've never signed or acknowledged such a policy, and hidden fees like this feel unfair. Their pricing structure is also unclear--only baseline prices are posted, with no transparent scale for larger dogs. Finally, I was told the owner would call me Monday to discuss this; it's now Wednesday and I've heard nothing. The lack of communication and professionalism was very frustrating. read more

I just moved here from out of state. These groomers are amazing. They do a great job with both haircuts and bathing. They take extra time to be sweet to the animals, since they know that it may be a stressful time for them. I have a 26 year old poodle mix. She is blind and partially deaf. When we arrived they greeted her and pet her to get her used to the situation. My other dog is an escape artist at about five years old. They were kind to her as well. While our babies LOOK cute we have to be honest and say we were sincerely worried and sad it took ALL day to pick our furbaby up! (Going to state now she was recently bathed and brushed at home, not matted and no wild issues in case we get a defensive response). As empathetic as we are to businesses saying staffing issues may be an issue, the fact is we made a 1:30 appointment and didn't get our girl back until 7:30 with not so much as a "Thanks for giving us a try, welcome to neighborhood- apologize for inaccurate UPDATES and that you waited in your CAR for over an hour", or ANY acknowledgment from the OWNER (after being so good at responding to our Yelp inquiries for a new groomer too?). I mean c'mon what went wrong with this communication? Mckenna - at the front- was very sweet, but poor girl seemed so stressed having to tell us 3/4 times our pup was getting "finishing touches" when it wasn't her fault we basically got lied to repeatedly. The first when we called at CLOSING TIME (just before 6pm), AGAIN 15 mins later when we told her we would wait outside, another "just 10 mins" turned into 40!!! We live five minutes away but waited an additional 1.5 hours as mentioned - (No Exaggeration whatsoever). Several days later we requested the "2-hour to expedited" option for the second appointment (baby #2) but learned it could only be guaranteed with advanced noticed which is fine, but it seems maybe just some major logistical support is needed in the timing department. As a family who sincerely [and regularly] supports the businesses we enjoy, this first impression was extremely sour. If possible I would give 1 star for that and 4 stars for their appearance, unfortunately it's my concern over the stress they were probably under sitting there for so long that made me rate this review. And granted; we know all dogs may be "difficult" at times but we have never had bad feedback from countless past experiences and know the person grooming the pup is just as much a factor. Despite all this we kept our second appointment- wondering if it would happen again. They looked and smelled nice (heavy on the perfume though), ultimately I the vibe is just so off and he also took quite a while; (about four hours and had to potty so bad I wonder what the "holding" area looks like because it is completely mysterious and private. TBh this was also something we noticed that not all groomers opt for that's a bit unnerving in my opinion. Again, no intention of being anything other than honest and wish it was a better first impression but, hope this feedback is taken constructively! read more

I have been coming here for a while and always get my baby groomed here! And today was my worst experience ever. I have been trying to get my dog groomed for so long and they have been booked. I missed my last appt and got a call to reschedule. So I rescheduled it and came on my lunch break today to drop him off like I always do and the lady was absolutely terrible. Customer service was not good. She insisted I pick up the dog within an hour and it would be an extra charge if I don't. I told her that I always drop him off at lunch and pick him up after work and no one has ever charged me more money. Also their prices for grooming went up. I usually pay $55 and today I was quoted $86 dollars to include teeth grooming. I was also scheduled for full grooming and she told me system shows mini grooming. I asked to talk to owner because I said no one has ever given me a difficult time until today dealing with the so called store manager and she claims she will have the manager call me. I ended up taking my dog back home and wasting this lunch break coming up here. I am so disappointed and as a disabled veteran I cannot afford $86 for dog grooming! I regret ever recommending your establishment. I was treated poorly today and I am so upset! Thank you I recommend any new customer to take their business somewhere else because they don't care about if you are a long time customer and prices will increase on you at any point! read more

This place used to be "on point" with their grooming services but not sure what has happen. I have taken my dogs there for many years and the last few visits it seemed to get worse and worse. From wait times, to leaving instructions with the front desk and receiving something different. This last visit was very disappointing. I left my Maltese to be groomed and came back to a dog not recognizing who he was. All I was told was he was matted so that's how it needed to be cut?? For most, a phone call would have been nice to give me an option whether to butcher my dog or leave him as is. Not happy and won't return. Response : The ear infection was being treated and no phone call was made to advise me of what your actions were going to be before you cut his hair as short as you did. I took my dog for a grooming and they cut his tail and got two razor burns, my dog could not sleep for 2 days and is liking and winning all day plus he came back with fleas, it was his first grooming he is 3 months old. Also, when I left my puppy there, the receptionist told me it was going to be $73.00 & when I picked my dog they charged me $20 dlls more because they need another person to do the grooming . Me and my husband recently moved to Forney and found precious pets online, we have 2 doodles that have pretty high maintenance hair as I always say, we sent Archie first our big golden doodle, now we are very use to groomers getting frustrated with his hair and just shaving him but Archie came back sooo fluffy and smelt so good! They really took the time with him to keep his hair in tact! Then we sent heidi our older Lhasa poo and I sent my husband with a picture of how I like her cut, I got a call from the groomer I think her name was Amy who asked if I could send her the picture which I really appreciated that she just didn't try to wing it, Heidi came back perfect! I have had my dog groomed here twice. Dec 2019 and Feb 2020. They are over priced and I won't be returning. Inconsistent quality as well. And they provide a free teeth cleaning for positive reviews, so essentially these reviews are not necessarily unbiased. If they used the feedback appropriately, they'd improve their customer service and update their pricing. You will be charged $80-$100 for your visit, while interacting with unpleasant personalities. Update: see their response below..I see a defensive, inappropriate response. I didn't bash anyone. The review is 3 stars. Was I inappropriate? No, using Yelp to assist others make informed decisions. And I absolutely did not get a phone call about additional "brushing costs" before I was charged. I wasn't angry before. Now, I am. Ignorant staff. Poor business practices. Reduced to one star. And my dog is a morki-poo, he's been matted before, he was absolutely not matted. But, glad you got your passive aggression out through the invisible shield of social media. Please I repeat do not trust your pups with them . Yesterday 5/17/22 was the icing on top . So I was given the time of 4 on to pick well I called at 5:20 pm after I got out of work to see what was taking long and was advised my Lola would be ready in a hour and a half . I advised the front rep I would not be home at that hour to pick her up and she place me on hold and then advised she'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. I then advised I'd be there in 15min. When I arrived I paid 75 for grooming and dental & tried correcting her chart to Lola Llamas as they listed her under Lola Mendez my maiden last name and no luck. Well as I waited in the waiting area still Lola was crying and the lady in back kept saying I am not doing nothing to you . I didn't think much of it . Well when she was given to me I looked at her mouth and nothing was done . So I expressed to the front desk lady that the teeth cleaning service was not done as I requested a full and she advised she only charge a regular. She offer to clean it but with me having no time to wait I requested a credit immediately after I requested a refund /credit for the poor service they had provided and lack of communication as I was not very happy at this point . As I was declined the credit and only given the 10 dental refund I requested to speak to manager as it was very inconvenient for me to pick her up so late and still not receive the service I requested for . She advised someone left sick and were back up . Fine I understand all I was asking for was for them to take accountability and make things right and giving Lola the service next time around with a credit and Amy (manager/owner stated they could not give a refund along with a credit . Well things took a wrong turn as I expressed to Amy I really tried giving them the befit of the doubt and continue bring my services to her as on May 26 2022 I had saved a pup from her businesses when they had it in boarding school. As it ran into the street and I almost hit it . I tracked the dog down and returned it . Well apparently I was trespassing and was told she'd be calling the police because I expressed to other what had happened before and how I trust her and this happened. Forward to me getting home I revised Lola and I tell you they rushed grooming her and this was the result. Sad but true never did she take accountability for rushing through . All she said was Lola had a rash skin and mats under her chest . I have never had this issue before as they always feel on Lola and advise they can not do a teddy haircut. The end result was her having uneven side side skirt along with bald patches and irritated neck , hairs all in the ears , nails unclipped , bald legs , hairy stomach. Please see yourself . read more

I have never had my cat professionally groomed before but I thought I would give it a try. My cat is a large siamese cat and he frequently gets hair balls and constipation from all that hair. I'm hopeful since now he is well groomed he will be more comfortable. It's really great to have a place care for your animal like it's their own, my cat is a senior cat and I was really happy they handled him with care. Thank you ! I've came here before and they did an amazing job but this time they really must've hired someone else that's new or not experienced bc my dog came back looking like a yorkie and he's NOT one. Also I had to tip first before I got to see him, and they said it would take 4 hrs and it took 8. Also, he was shaking BADLY. And the first time he wasn't. So I'm never coming back again. Also the owner messaged me from her personal email which is unprofessional and tries to imply it was my fault she overbooked. My dog was matted from the bottom and they were my back up groomer which by the way, she gave me attitude because I had mentioned that. When I got home I noticed my dog had a cut on his head by his ear and he had been bleeding which I also took pics of, but I decided not to go back in and complain since I had been waiting for him all day and I had been in there twice already today. I really don't know how they're in business, because she clearly doesn't know how to run one. Don't waste your time taking your dogs here if you don't want them hurt. I've been bringing my dog here for 3 years, and the service has progressively gotten worse. They ask for a 4-hour window to groom your pet, and in the last year, the time has taken longer and longer. Today, I called after almost 6 hours, and they told me my dog would be another hr or I could come pick him up and now but he wouldn't have a haircut. Which is crazy to me because that's the main reason we bring him to a groomer, to be groomed. I explained that I don't live in the area, so it's important that I pick him up before traffic gets bad. That's why I bring him early in the day. After reluctantly deciding to wait another hr, when we get there to pick him up, we are told that he was matted and will be charged extra. That was absolutely ridiculous since we brushed and combed him before we dropped him off. When I called, this wasn't mentioned at all. It was obvious retaliation on their part because I expressed my disappointment in the delay when I called. Given this has been the new normal for a little over a year now, and the fact that ithe delay ihas gotten longer each time, I felt obligated to say something so I can understand why this is an ongoing issue. We always tipped even when the service was bad, like the time they shaved my dog when they were only supposed to be cutting half of an inch off. I've never been a consistent long-time customer of a business and been treated this way. If the goal was to run off customers, then bravo! You've succeeded! read more
