I want to give them 5 stars but I really struggle with not being able to go in with my fur babies. They have maintained a "drop off only" policy. I understand it and it's my choice to continue going there regardless. I'd hate to think about not being able to go in with them for some sort of emergency. The 4 stars is still accurate as they are always very nice and friendly and answer your questions. Dr Brewer himself will come talk to you and take the time to explain things. They are always busy so I get having a struggle to get appointments occasionally but that's the price you pay with a good clinic and Vet. read more

I fully appreciate the drop off and not walking inside as they are 1) being safe and 2) taking into consideration temperaments of different dogs who do not like to be in the same room as other dogs, very much like mine. Dr Brewer and his staff saved my frenchies life!! never have I received the level of care and communication from a Veterinary hospital and i've had dogs all my life! My dog almost passed away with severe dehydration and vomiting low glucose and she stayed there 5 days/ nights. I was even able to schedule visits to be with her for about 15 minutes twice a day during her treatment! They allowed us a private room and I truly believe it helped My babygirl recover even faster! She clearly bonded with the techs because she was so excited to see them everytime the private visit ended! lol! I would've paid whatever the cost for treatment but i also must say they are extremely reasonable and my total was $2600 for round the clock care for almost a whole week! They sent me home with instructions and medication for Booski and she is thriving! Her stool is blood free and the vonitimg ceased! her appetite is back and she is gaining her weight back! Dr Brewer & his wife came to our house to transport him, since my husband was unable to lift this 170lb dog himself. The office staff, kennel staff, everyone is so loving and compassionate. As the owner of a high maintenance and expensive pet, I am very particular about where I take my doghter. We started out here needing vaccinations for daycare. Very easy to book, friendly staff, affordable care. Then we turned things up a notch after deciding to get the kid spayed. We first went to VCA Forney which wasn't very clean, wanted to keep my kid overnight after the spay, expensive, and the only benefit was an earlier appointment date. That was a no. So we went back to Stone Creek for the spay. Scheduled two months out, but was definitely worth the wait. The exam was easy, tests came back good, Dr. Brewer answered all 999 questions I had, and I felt comfortable having her spayed by Dr. Brewer. On the day of the exam I dropped her off around 8AM. I got a call around 12PM from Dr. Brewer letting us know he was going to start the procedure. By 2PM she was up and ready for pick up. They sent her home with pain medication and incision instructions. Hardest part was getting her not to jump around, but other than that her recovery was fantastic. The staff even called to check on her, which I thought was sweet. Highly recommend. The only place I'd take my girl to. read more

Been seeing Dr. Brewer for 6 month now with the pups and he is amazing. My favorite part of this vet is the small town feel. After every single appointment Dr. Brewer comes to the car just to give his update and let us know from his words that everything is all good. It takes him 5 minutes but is building trust and makes us want to forever come back. He has called me at 8 pm after surgeries the last two days just to check on our frenchie puppy and his seizures. The doctor and his wife are the sweetest people. However, the ladies they hire to answer the phone are rude and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone refused to make an appointment for the dog until she received his records. I have had multiple issues with the women who answer the phones And work the front desk over the past 2 . After having my puppy checked up his vaccines were due so they did the second round. For the next round no appoinment available for 3 weeks. From the date the dosis was given to the date of the appoinment I was given it would have been 5 weeks in between rounds. Why bother getting him vaccinated if you were not going to be available again? How is that possible? Usually a 15 mins visit they did not had any spots available. Sadly even with the building and "expert" staff they do not count with an efficient admins/recepcionists that handle appoinments the right way to keep loyal customers. read more

My pit mix, Daisy, loves this place because Dr. Brewer will get on the floor to cuddle and play with her when she's feeling well, and, when she's not well, she'll lay her head in his lap while he tells her how pretty and good she is. The reason for the low score was that I received an estimate of 125.00 but when I picked her up it cost more that double the estimate and cost 290.00. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is I feel like things are a bit pricey here, but then again, maybe all vets are pricey. The customer service here is outstanding though and they really care about your pet. I've never seen a Vet sit on the floor with my dog while he's assessing him until I met Dr. Brewer, so I really appreciated him getting on his level and interacting with him. All of the staff is genuinely nice and is very understanding of your needs and gets you in quickly to be seen. They even call the next day to check on how things are going! I must have called and bothered the Dr. 30 times during my dogs illness. He was always friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. I had found a lost dog and was trying to locate the owners, over the phone (which the receptionist was rude at this point also) she acted like they were not sure if they might know who the owner was by the descriptions, so I took him up there thinking that the veterinarian might take the time to come and see if they recognized the dog, but the girl in front once again.... was extremely rude and acted like she just didn't deal with it, or even want to talk to me at all.
