I am so disappointed of my experience here. I was so upset on the day i picked up my little man that I had to wait to write this review. Brandy was my groomer. She greeted me by informing me that my dog's appointment was not until 10:30 a.m., plus there were four other dogs ahead of him. The time was 9:45 a.m. I smiled and said, "I am aware of his appointment time, but I need to check him in before 10:30 or I will not be able to honor the appointment." She got up to check him in, because he had to have his vacinnations verified. I received the call to pick him up around 2:00 p.m. His cut was horrific, and I did not noticed he smelled until we got him into the car. His coat was uneven. It appeared he was cut without a bath. It didn't even appear that the hair from his cut was combed out. I will never bring him back here again. I remember when this place had standards. I brought my baby here for the first time one and a half years ago and the person who cut him was new. The first cut was free because she was in training. I thought she did a superb job with him, but after she took pictures to submit to her trainer, she gave me a call to bring him back in at no charge to do a redo. Unfortunately, I moved from the area shortly after and that groomer is no longer there. I was told when I booked that Brandy was experienced and had a skill for cutting Golden Doodles. This cut will be her last on him. He was cut unevenly, stinked, and looked at hot mess. I paid over $89 for this mess, plus I tipped her. Save your money. read more

This was my first purchase with Pet Supplies Plus Forney. Order was delivered a day sooner than expected which was fantastic! Everything in order was perfect. There was a thank you note for my order too which was very kind and thoughtful. The people delivering my order were friendly and helpful. They actually carry the stuffed Llama toy my puppy has worn out but loves. I searched everywhere online and found it here, so I bought two of them plus some other toys and a slow feeder for one of my other dogs! All their fish either have ick or some sort of illness, even their plants in the tanks are so dead the leaves are falling apart. Just sad.

I've been trying to find the right food for my puppy and senior dog. The employees have been very helpful...even carrying the heavy bag to my car. I brought my crazy puppy to get her nails cut. The groomer was very helpful. She had another employee hold her head so she could cut her nails. My puppy even gave both of them kisses! When I came in to pick up my order I was asked for my name. I also gave the last 4 digits of the credit card used to order (I had been asked previously for those digits on previous orders). I was asked if I had the card. This was not the first time I was treated like a criminal by the staff of this store, but it's the only store that has ever treated me so poorly. This just set me off. I can understand needing a name or phone number, but having me say credit card numbers out loud, and then being asked for ID is over the top. Yesterday my wife picked up an order (that used my card) and she didn't have my card or ID and it was fine. Over the last 2 days the $294.25 spent at Pet Supplies Plus Forney will be the last you ever get from me. This groomer lied on her application! Absolutely the worst I have ever seen, looks like she started out with a short hair blade, the switched. Back leg feathers down to the skin, and a patchwork cut on the rest of the body. Back to school lady! read more

Associates very helpful in selection of what I was looking for. They even went as far as giving me some very helpful suggestions and pointers on the care and maintenance of the habitat for my purchase. Will definitely be going to them again for any future pet needs. read more

Basically comparing Pet Supply Plus (PSP) to Pet Smart (PS). My first experience with PSP today, 4/26/24, I called and stated I have a golden retrieve, and I want him shaved, not trimmed, shaved. The attendant gave me a quote of $85, and gave me an appointment. when I got to the store I was told the because my dog has multiple coats, there would be an additional $50 charge. So I spoke to the manager and he stated that the attendant that I originally talked to was not the groomer and only the groomer would know the specific about my dog, and that If I didn't like that, then I should go back to Pet Smart. So basically you do not get a estimate from the groomer, you get a estimate form the front cashier who may or may not give you an accurate price for services. And if you don't like it then a smart ass manager will tell you go elsewhere Compared to Pet Smart, where you talk directly to the groomer who can give you an exact cost for your service and no drama from the manager. read more

Schedule my dog for grooming on Tuesday for Saturday , selected the older dog service, received a text message Friday morning to contact the groomer however the store was closed. Once the store opened and I had a morning break from work I called and spoke with the groomer who informed me that due to my dogs age the could not take him, okay I understand but contacting me the day before is not acceptable. read more

She groomed my Fritz and Hercules and they look great and we're so happy! I love this place!! We bought the wash your own dog package and have been in several times to wash both of our fur babies! All the staff are super helpful whether we are picking up food or treats or bringing in one of pups for a bath. I love that they offer to carry the big heavy bags of dog food for me to my car bc those are a pain in the butt to pick up and load. I also think it is nice how everyone who works there seems to really enjoy their job. Makes shopping & spending $50/bag of dog food more enjoyable. read more

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The cashier tried to help me find a particular type of dog food but i insisted it was not right. So then he got me a manager who was so helpful and showed me more options on tbe computer. She took time to help me search for it and then she helped me carry my food to the car. It was a big bag.
