Alayna at PetSmart (Greenville) did an amazing job with my dog's haircut! She was professional, friendly, and really listened to my requests. My dog (Lucas) looks fantastic. Highly recommend her services for a happy and well-groomed pet!"

Needed to get a pet fish to surprise my nephew for his 5th birthday this weekend. I called PetSmart this morning to make sure they offered good options and the gentleman over the phone agreed that a beta fish was a good choice for a child's first one and that I could walk in any time today to pick one up. Upon my arrival, I noticed the large selection of all types of beta fish at the front of the store. I'm no expert to the fish world so I was grateful for the staff's' help. Purchased a cute little dude, some food, and water conditioner all for about $16! We surprised Eli with his new best friend this afternoon and he was ecstatic! Named him Optimus Prime haha. Thanks PetSmart!

Store is well stocked, clean, and the animals are well cared for. Very strange inflexible adoption policies though. No showings outside of appointments. They give their kittens and cats "play time" during the day where they can roam and interact with each other

Disgusting litter boxes look like they haven't been cleaned in a week

Came in to shop for my cats while I waited for an appointment next door. Four beautiful kitties on display for adoption. I have 5 cats at home, and my boxes NEVER look this dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned out the boxes in a week. Disgusting. They're already trapped in a 3'x3'x3' space. Petsmart, do better. Sweet adult cats especially, deserve much better.

This one was just sitting in the bottom breathing really hard from the dirty water. Probably sick

I just went in to buy fish food and noticed the poor condition so many of their betta fish are in. Dirty, murky water and most of them look diseased. My fear is that they are going to just throw the fish out inside of changing the water and making them better. Please please do something about the condition of these bettas. It's heartbreaking to see a pet store treat animals this way. I will be going back this evening to make sure they have not been thrown away.

Bearded Dragon Ate Its Own Feces Due to Starvation.

The WORST Petsmart in the entire Dallas TX. Honestly this place deserves 0 stars! I've been to so many PetSmart's but this is easily the worst one. The first red flag, Was when my husband called to ask if they had the Arcadia UV Fixture for Bearded Dragons the manager or assistant manager who answered the phone her name is either Sydney or Cindy ( Short Hispanic Lady, has long black hair ) she literally told us she would check to see if they had any in stock and then hung up on us and when we called back twice she didn't answer. So we came to the store because it was obviously an emergency and we needed a new UV for our reptile. She saw us walk in with the fixture in our hand & she hid in the back until a worker called her on the walkie for assistance. Literal clown behavior. Not to mention the worst part, that I can't even begin to explain the reptiles enclosure was the filthiest thing I've ever seen in my life like I said we been to so many PetSmarts and never saw this before. Bearded dragons had so much filth & feces in their tank that clearly has not been cleaned in over 2 weeks. They had feces in their water bowl and worst of all one of the bearded dragons literally ate his own feces because he was so hungry since they left them with no FOOD at all and the poor thing was starving and ate its own shit. I have literal videos and pictures. My heart broke! Ima report them and escalate this matter cus I need them to be sued for animal NEGLECT & ABUSE. Evil people like yall shouldn't have animals in your procession if you claim to care for pets then do your job which is literally the bare minimum. Clean there shit & supply them with food & water. The karma & repercussions that ya will face will be never ending for this cruel behavior. It's clear as day you in it for the money but I promise you each and everyone of yall will lose your jobs with all that being said I hope yall close down & lose everything. & Petsmart you should be ashamed of yourself and your company for hiring nasty people to work for you cus they're costing you by giving you a bad name.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN THEIR CARE!!!!!! They could have killed our dog!! We boarded our dog for three days with them, we got the highest package possible and requested daycare during the day while he was there for all days. We requested an exit bath and told them we would get him at 6:30pm. We sent him with his medicine which had the DIRECTIONS on the bottle and on top of that I personally spoke to an employee- his name is Daniel, letting them know the dose and wrote it down for them. When we picked up our dog- 1. He had been in his kennel all day and no daycare. 2. He was not ready or bathed and they did a super quick less than five minute "bath"- no. More like a rinse off and he came out wet and smelling. 3. They mis administered medicine to him!! They had been giving him the WRONG DOSE of medicine!!!! He was completely lethargic and depressed and will be for multiple days. They doubled his dose of meds and the entire time he was there and when we picked up he was extremely lethargic we had to contact his vet immediately. This is so dangerous!! He could have died from their carelessness and poor training and just unacceptable behavior to him! The assistant manager Chris said he would contact the pets hotel leader Jasmine and that she would be calling us first thing the next morning. Guess what... no call! I had to keep calling them and still never spoke to her. She emailed my boyfriend after he left a survey of the extremely awful and traumatic experience and simply apologized for our bad experience. She didn't offer a refund, she didn't offer training to the incompetent person that had given my dog the wrong medicine, she didn't say she was going to make sure this didn't happen again...They could have KILLED OUR DOG! I have pictures and videos of how lethargic and depressed our dog has been and it's heartbreaking to see him in this state, the videos won't upload but I added a pic. Please I'm begging you do not leave your dog with these people!!! He smelled like pee on top of everything and I doubt he had been taken out all day. I spoke to Daniel a few days later and he had NO remorse at all about what he did. Offered no apology.. was not talked to by a supervisor. Absolutely no penalty for this mistake! What does an employee need to do to be terminated at this place? My dog could have died! Please, if you love your dog do not take him here!!!

This is one of my favorite Petsmarts because it has an inhouse Petshotel and the Banfield Pet Hosptial which is probably the best investment you can ever make for your pets. ($30 per pet per month). The staff here are usually pretty friendly and the store is clean. I also like the fact that it has enough space to move around even with a pet. Sometimes the aisles are so small in these places you can't walk with your dog. They also have those readily stocked "mess stops" in almost every aisle so if the puppies get too excited we're able to clean up. I already did a review for Banfield but I can definitely tell you that they offer incredible service and really care about your pets and make things AFFORDABLE. The Petshotel and the grooming area are a little less affordable, but the Petshotel is really the only kennel place we trust to take care of our dogs well. They really spoil the pets when they're there, and that's how we like it!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to my puppy, who thoroughly enjoys her time with the staff and the other dogs! They even celebrate birthdays! I really appreciate that they have the dogs on a regimented schedule instead of confined to one playroom room all day. The dogs have personal time, indoor play, and outdoor play time (each with similar sized dogs). For personal time, each dog has a roomy open-air suite with food/water bowls, a bed, and toys (if you opt to pack them in their daycare bag). For flat-faced breeds like mine, they provide slanted bowls. Although there aren't livestream cameras, the team posts photo dumps to the Facebook group every afternoon (see examples)! Also worth noting, the team is quick to flag any upcoming vaccination needs or behavior changes. They keep a very close eye on the dogs. Lastly, the hours they offer are unmatched. Drop-off opens at 7:30am and pick-up closes at 7:45pm. In summary - The attention to detail that the staff has is exemplary, and their patience and love for dogs fosters a tail-wag inducing environment!

Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the owner was one of the worst and shocking customer service experiences I've ever had. One of my dogs is a high-anxiety rescue who requires medication for grooming, and couldn't be groomed that day due to construction noise going on at the facility. When I asked to briefly speak with the owner about the situation, he interrupted me before I could explain and said, "That noise is not our problem. I don't care." When I questioned that response, he repeated, "I don't care. Just leave." I was honestly stunned and simply picked up my dogs and left. A few minutes later he called me. Instead of speaking to me in a professional way, he immediately justified his behavior by saying he was stressed because of the construction. When I told him I wasn't returning he called me a "two-faced b****" and told me to "f*** off" before hanging up on me. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and Amber has always been wonderful with my dogs. But the way I was spoken to by the owner was shocking and completely unacceptable. Pet owners trust businesses like this with animals that are essentially members of their family. Being told "I don't care" twice by the person running the business, followed by that kind of treatment, destroyed any confidence I had in returning. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dogs back.
