I lost my Beloved Cat of 12 years, Broke my heart, I came here to pick up some treats for my other cat and dog, walked by the reptile section and saw this cute little guy, Bearded Dragon, our eyes met and next thing you know, Buddy came home with me. It was unacceptable. I had to go back to return my dog's food because it had cobwebs and spider eggs, and on top of that I still had to pay extra for the new one. I shouldn't have to deal with something like this, and certainly not be charged as if it were my fault. read more

The team members are AMAZING and always go above and beyond. They genuinely care about you and your pets and the store is always so nice and clean, compared to other locations I've seen. The gentleman (Evan, I believe) helped me in explaining the proper way to transition my cat's new food. He knew every ingredient in the food and nutrition info. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Same for the cat litter, he knew his stuff! They always have good deals, too. Casa View location is my FAVORITE location. Today I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment and could not have had a better experience. Both groomers were extremely professional and considerate about my dogs fear of the blow dryer. I moved to the area 1.5 yrs ago and my normal Groomer moved to CA. I saw that this store had grooming services so I scheduled a grooming. Gloria and others have groomed my standard poodle about 9 times. Each time Gloria groomed him I find issues after I leave. I've been specific with instructions each time. Gloria always leaves some element either undone or sloppy. She is either lazy or unskilled. So I'm done! No more money to this. Gloria is using the age as an issue because I ha e an issue with her quality of grooming. My dog is very young for his age. Since our bathroom at home is being worked on, we haven't been able to wash our dogs in some time and decided to try the self-serve dog wash at Pet Supplies Plus. We called the store ahead of time to ask questions, double checked the web site, thought everything was fine. Drove 20 minutes to this particular location and paid the fee. I made the mistake of mentioning I was going to purchase some flea shampoo and Advantage before we got started since our girls hadn't been washed/treated in a while and was immediately told we couldn't wash our dogs, couldn't bring them in the store, and would have to wait a few days for the refund to come through. I mentioned that they really ought to advertise on the front door and on the web site, or even just tell you before you pay that dogs that may have fleas are not welcome in the store or dog wash because it would have saved me a *ton* of grief (not to mention I'm out the money for the service for a while.) The manager told me they do advertise- in the washing area. I was like "bruh, y'all won't even let us in the washing area. How is that helpful?" Apparently he did not know. To clarify, I'm not mad there's a policy, I'm mad that there is literally NO mention of said policy anywhere (aside from apparently on the actual dog wash). Wasted almost 40$ and a few hours of my one day off. Thanks for nothing, Pet Supplies Plus. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

This is the best pet store in East Dallas. The staff is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help me find exactly what my dogs and cat need. I have been impressed every single time with their customer service and the way that they put the customer first. I have had to return bags of dog food that didn't work for my allergic Great Dane and they donate the returned bags to animal rescues. I respect that. read more

They always have so much on sale or BOGO, it isn't just a few obscure items. I appreciate that! Helpful staff although many are not all that knowledgeable about their products, but I rarely need advice. I really love that they support Operation Kindness in Dallas. That is the main reason I spend my money with them. They have a wide array of products and brands. So many of the staff welcome the dogs that come in. They talk to them, pet them, and offer them treats. For someone whose animals are their babies, this means a great deal. You can always tell it is genuine and not just something they are told to do. I am so happy one opened right in my neighborhood, but I would travel many miles to shop at one as I like them so much. read more

I love Pets Supplies Plus so much. If they carried literally all of the animal things I'd ever need, I'd probably shop there 100% of the time. The staff there is always incredibly friendly and super helpful. We scheduled our pup for grooming at PSP and Gloria was great. We were super nervous about our pup getting her nails trimmed but after figuring out she only likes the dremel, it seemed like smooth sailing for the rest of the appointment. Online scheduling is convenient but only some appointments are available online and all others need to be scheduled by calling PSP. I will say that it looked like availability is limited and gets booked up pretty quickly. All in all - I love PSP and as long I conveniently live near one, I'll probably always shop there. read more

Set up an autoship on dog food but it didn't give me the discount so manager said call back if it's not corrected in my bank and he'd fix it. Delivered the food that day instead of the next.
