everyone was such a huge help! we adopted a dog named Solomon & they went through the process it was easy & so much fun to be around people that love our new puppy! Thanks for everyone that helped he's in good hands now!

Dead and sick bettas!

I understand bettas can not live together because they are territorial. I have bettas of my own and I understand this. But the living situation with the bettas at petsmart are simply inhumane and upsetting to see. I know the cups are meant to be temporary homes but who would want to buy sick bettas? 80-90% of the bettas looked Ill, some couldn't swim properly and were swimming on their side, strange dull colors meaning they're stressed, broken tails etc. this picture is a DEAD one In the cup. And then they want to charge 20$ for certain bettas when they look extremely ill. It makes no sense to me. SMH Do better petsmart

They left his tail unfinished.

I'm never the kind of person to write a review, but i felt I had to with this one. Words can not explain how disappointed I felt leaving pet smart. First starters, the groomer arrived 15 minutes late to the appointment, talk about unprofessionalism. Then they gave me a call saying they had to stop the appointment MID CUT because his skin was "irritated" which I was okay with initially. However, I soon found out that was not the case. After getting a vet and a different groomers opinion, his skin was completely fine and he just needed a break during the service. Additionally, we found out that the groomer had shaved the dog wet. And for those who don't know, that's a big mistake in the grooming world. What the PetSmart groomer failed to realize, is that dogs need patience, especially if they're new to grooming (which they knew). I would NOT advise anyone to take their dog here, ESPECIALLY if they're new to grooming. This is a pic of my dog's tail left unfinished after taking him to PetSmart. He had a bunch of uneven lengths all throughout his body.

I have better pics as well.

These ppl have harm my dog and when the dog mom calls in they try to fast talk her and just offer her bs lies and a refund. This group of individuals are sarcastic, careless, selfish and most of all have horrible customer service! They are liars! Do not take your dog there if you want her to comeback home normal or you don't want to magically see upscale charges no one even agreed to wth! We have the recordings the pics of the physical damage they've caused also the recorded sadness she hasn't been acting normal since my dog has came home. We have found yet another cut on her chest area (not to mention they called and lied and said she has a wart nothing about the cut or nothing) my dog was born it a tag/mole on that area and they dropped the ball and cut it caused harm and never mentioned to not me Or the dog mom! I will be taking legal action these people do not care and will be held accountable for their actions. They also offered their vet... ha why would I want to ever send my dog to somewhere connected to them, heck no! This has happened not once but twice and these fools want us to sweep this under the rug. I will be taking legal actions and also social media will be getting these pics and stories as well. I have a huge followingbe careful who you treat bad or unfair. God always has the last say so. Tatum is the person that cause harm to my dog twice.. her mangers are the people who tried to make the other dog mom feel like she's delusional with the actions similar to "oh well and I don't remember who cut her" bs... or just get over it. Yeah good luck. We will be the last people you insensitive guys will handle like trash or think you can harm My dog and get away with it. I'll keep the reviews updated as I take these steps forward. I will also expose them on all of my platforms. Stay tuned! I'll post the chest cut below ( literally almost cut her nipple off) I have a Maltese that's only fricking 6 pounds or less!

Im never bringing my dog to this location again. She has been coming here to get groomed for over 5 years. Her initial groomer did great but she left the next lady Krystal did good and she left. Now this new groomer Tatum cut my dog!!! I brought her here at 8am and did not pick her up until almost 2pm just for a grooming. The groomer Tatum called me and asked if she had ever peed on the table before while being groomed I told her no, she even looked at the notes from previous appointments and confirmed this had never happened. She told me she peeped and pooped twice on the table, and it could have been because the other dog in the room has an anxiety issue. I picked my dog up took her home. The next morning I walk her before work and I see this cut. I called the salon talked to Tatum and asked why didn't she mention she cut my dog! She says she didn't remember cutting her and that I could send pics for her manager to see. I asked to speak with the manager she said she was busy! I went up there spoke with a manager not sure of the guys name and he was kind enough to issue a refund. Also that I could get my dog checked by their vet for free. Long story short I will never bring her back here. Thank you to the kind manager who helped me out. This location has a high turn over with groomers within the last year so beware. My dog was scared and peeped on the table because she was cut by Tatum!

So you taking me or what ? lol

Since I recent loss my fur baby , and was searching adoption sites and ran across a chihuahua that looked just like mine but a boy I figured it was a sign and went to check him out After that first bit only because he was scared and no a hard one he warmed up and a jacket and superman shirt later we are in the car. He ran around the house like he been here before , he is in so so much love he doesn't even know thanks to all the staff at pets smart who truly made my decision easy ! if you love animals and have the time and space go adopt ! Animals need love too RIP Latte you will never be forgotten but Dallas is saying the pain! oh say hello to Dallas aka my lil superman !!!!

Happy dog!

Luis did a great job with my dog's bath and brush even with her anxiety. He was really great at keeping her calm and she had a pep in her step when we left. My one complaint is that I wish I could've tipped with my card instead of withdrawing cash and putting it in a envelope with the groomers name on it.

Don't know how you miss this huge REMINDER

Had an appointment on my day off to get my dog groomed. I had previously brought in my rabies papers so they had it logged in. When I came in they said it was expired. No problem. Immediately left and emailed my vet. She said it wasn't expired till December. I went home and checked. They had entered the wrong date. I called to let them know and if they could squeeze us in due to their error. The lady on the phone didn't seem to care and said they have appointments for tomorrow. Upset with the customer service. I planned my day around to have my dog pampered and they couldn't even fix their own mistake an hour after our appointment time (1:30). I'll take my dog somewhere else who won't waste my time or fix their own mistakes.

They live on love.

See all

I read Breyers' testimonials on Yelp and on Google, and I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true..." After working with Breyers, Bubba is calm on walks, walks directly next to me with no redirection, and has become a perfect gentleman at the vet! To say I was shocked with the results is an understatement. Breyers truly puts in the work, and helps you better understand your dog and their capabilities. He gave me the confidence to trust in Bubba again, and gave Bubba the skills to be the best dog he can be. I cannot rave about the results I've seen in him enough! The best part is, the longer we train and the more we work together on his skills, the better he gets! He was off leash in my front yard not too long ago, and came to me to get put on a leash with ease. If I could leave you with one bit of advice, it would be this: trust the process. Breyers is a professional with a successful training model, and it truly works if you have faith and are willing to put in the work. Bubba loves Breyers! Thank you for an excellent service, and for giving my dog back to me! You can teach an old dog new tricks!!

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

It has been 10 days since I picked up my puppy and I have not received an email (as Victoria told me I would before I left), about what my puppy was supposedly trained on! She didn't have my email address HOWEVER, I emailed it to her the very next day bright and early and never got a response! I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. She also responds very quick to text and is flexible with payments. She also makes sure your puppy's have current vaccinations to protect your puppy and others. She also offered to clip Chances nails before I left and gave him a trim around his eyes which I didn't ask for but, I appreciated it. It does take a passionate dog lover to open up your home and train a strangers dog so she gets a star for that for sure! Still up for debate if I would go back for boarding?

Victoria has officially saved my sanity--and probably my floors, rugs, furniture, and whatever…read moredignity I had left. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. If you're on the fence about dog training, just do it. You might not get your life back, but you'll get your house back--and that's honestly better. THANK YOU, Victoria! You deserve a medal and maybe a cape!
