Worst place to get a cat from. I adopted a cat there a week ago and she was doing fine, the didn't tell me anything was wrong with her they just told me "once you get her there's no refunds" yesturday she was walking very crooked like she couldn't hold her self up &a today we woke up and she couldn't move but she was still breathing. Just thrilled with the grooming salon for my little Terrier mix. I've taken her about 4 times now and am in love with the groomers. I haven't met a bad one yet. Jennifer is the salon leader and a total sweetheart. Even the dog wash gal is a saint! Highly recommended! Call ahead to book an appointment. They are getting busier! read more

Took our fat chihuahua in to have her nails trimmed, had to pay for a full bath/grooming, which was no big deal, but thought they didn't trim her nails enough. Since she's obese, she's probably hard to handle, do maybe that's why they weren't cut back enough. A couple weeks later and they looked like they needed trimming again. The girl was very sweet, and it took less time than they quoted. I'll give em another try. read more

They have a sign stating there is a mask requirement but it is not enforced. Poor management.

I placed an online order to be picked up in stores last night, I walk in with my boyfriend and dog and this skinny blonde worker wearing a sweater over her uniform was very unpleasant. The email said to have my order confirmation and ID ready when I get there which the girl asked for neither. As I was waiting for her to get my order I was looking at the holiday display, she comes back and throws my order on the counter and says here's your order and walks away. Doesn't say thank you or have a good night, doesn't smile the whole time. So rude, this was my first time coming to this PetsMart and my last. read more

Let me start by saying location is nice, employees very helpful, and the store is clean and stocked; lighting in the store is dim. I needed a turtle filter that was on shelf for $37.99 and some feeder fish; I go to register and was checked out, used my debit to pay. When I get in the car and put glasses on, I realize the pump rang up as $43.99. So I checked online to make sure I didn't grab a different filter. It was the same as the $37.99. I went back inside and showed cashier. "No Problem"! Got my money back for difference. The problem I have is, I just went back and bought a second of the same filter and it again rang up as $43.99. Not fixing the problem after being brought to attention is neglect and makes believe there is other items that have same problem. There are days that I purchase multiple items and wouldn't have noticed. Check your receipt!! read more

Do not buy food from this place, the food across the whole dog aisle with the wilderness brand was infested with larva and larva eggs. Petsmart, all you have to do is provide CLEAN food and essentials for our animal friends (That is all you do). There is no way in hell I am serving my baby infested food. You guys had one fcking job. Thankfully the employees caught it and didn't let it go, so please do not blame the employees. But geeze Petsmart, One damn job. read more

I've been taking my 17 yr old terrier to Jennifer for over 3 years. Macie loves Jennifer. She is very patient and gentle. Macie is always happy when I pick her up. She never shows any signs of stress. That really means a lot to me. It's obvious Jennifer likes what she does and I'm very grateful to her. Went to this PetSmart for the first time and it was a ghost town as far as employees go. I finally found 2 employees helping 1 customer and when I asked for help the secondary employee asked me to wait. No big deal. She then went to the back to retrieve the mill worms I had asked for and I then I moved to the front of the store toward the registers. As I approached the register the cashier was on the floor in the middle of the entry petting the dog of a customer. Another employee came out of a front room and saw me and stood by not doing anything. 3 employees up front and no one at the register. In a loud voice I asked who worked the register and the cashier on the floor turned and said, "I do" and continued to pet the dog and talk to the customer. Finally, the original employee said she could help me. I have never been ignored to such a degree at a place of business like this. This cashier needs to be reprimanded or fired along with the other employees. Wont be returning to this location. read more

I have taken my babirs there several times. This very last time I took my babies. One of the groomers shaved my baby balls and not only cut him once but several times which made him sick, irritated, and infected. My baby hasn't been able to eat or drink water. I have to use a syringe to give him water. He is in so much pain that he cries every night for six nights. Several manager are so rude, they paid for his medical bill but was rude about other stuff. The next day after they got groomed went back to show what she did to my baby. The manager gave us some meds but the wrong ones especially several cuts that had alcohol when we put it he scream bloody murder. We didn't know until we took him to his Vet. I am thinking to call my lawyer and asked what I should do because this was totally uncalled for. We did not made the mistake their groomer did, so why be rude about it. What about the pain and suffering my baby went through and myself. Watching my baby go through the pain and I couldn't do anything to help him. Plus my baby, I will be breeding them. Something happens to my babies. If you care for your babies, do not takr them to PetSmart for grooming. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I took my poodle in for a full groom, they charged me $85 and didn't seem to have even touched him! No hair cut, facial trim or even a bath! Worse place ever!!!! read more

Did not like they way they treated my dog services was bad in the grooming dept my dog went crazy when I brought him back in. That is the last time I would do that. I tried them twice since they where close by. Even though it was not great the first time I thought I would give them a second chance. They are expensive and don't seem to care to much about you family dog. read more
