tofus groomer was stephanie. i spent a lot of time looking for a groomer because she is super sweet but can be a big scaredy cat, especially with loud noises. i booked the 1pm appointment and that was good because most of the pets have their appointments in the morning so stephanie was able to work on tofu with a quieter setting so that tofu could calm down. i took tofu in about 30 mins earlier and stephanie took her and took about 5 hours with a bath, haircut, teeth brushing, nail trim, and ear cleaning. took a bit long just because she was working on other pets at the same time, kind of like a queue. the shave job is okay, i feel like she missed a few spots on her back just because she was maybe in a rush since she was still at work 1 hour after they had closed and tofu was her last pet client. her nails could have been trimmed a bit more since they're still quite long and her ears are still a bit dirty but i'm not sure how they clean ears (using a liquid solution or manually cleaning with q tips), her teeth are at least brushed nicely and i can see that they're no longer yellow. tofu was a bit stressed when we got there probably from the noise of the razer since she's afraid of loud noises. im not sure how they handled her but i never had problems from carrying her for a period of time but recently she doesn't like being carried and maybe it's just because her stomach is more exposed since it was shaved and also because she's still a bit scared. overall i paid $80 + $10 tip which is a bit pricy but i guess that's okay since it's her first grooming ever and she's 3, and i mostly wanted to lighten her fur coat and i bathe her myself read more

Went to Stephanie for the third time since June. Took most of the day because she works on other dogs at the same time. Said he was being "challenging" which is hard to believe unless he was scared but it never was a problem before. She didn't remember what she charged me last appointment. I try to be fair so paid her the same $80+$20 tip thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Didn't notice how bad it looked until we got home. She butchered his hair. I might have tried to work with her had she not tried to place blame on me as I was walking out the door. Saying that it had been too long in between appointments even though his hair was longer when she first cut it back in June. What a waste of time and money. read more

I can't with how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this place.. I'm not tryin to say it's all groomers but wow. I've taken my dog to the groomers since he was 6 months old and I've never had anyone cut him in the testicles. Or fully shave an area when it's matted.. normally when my dog has a matting they cut it down short and do their best to set angle. but no not here.. they thought it would be a great idea to fully shave the area.. the cutting was the worst for me.. my dog is super uncomfortable and I just hope it doesn't get any worse. And I hope they sanitize their instruments between every dog.. figures since my dog was there for 4 hours they would've done a better job.. and when I tried to go back for a refund.. all I got was that he's a huge cry baby.. i just hope they don't do this to every dog that's "a crybaby",.. I just had one of the worst day of my life due to this salon. I took my dog in today and after picking my dog up stephanie mentioned my dog had a split nail and to watch out for it and stephanie still cut it. on the car ride home i noticed his whole nail is hanging off and is bleeding immensely. took him to an emergency vet and spent hours and hundreds of dollars to be seen the next day. this dog means the absolute world to me, i cant believe this is happening. she also shaved his other paw way too much and has bare skin on his paw. red and inflamed. i literally cant believe this is happening read more

I've taken my little man here about four times and he always comes home happy, furry with some sort of collar candy and looking exactly how I wanted. Tiny is a little sensitive and is always shaking and a little nervous when he is dropped off to get his hairs cut but not here. I think that they are amazing. 10 out of 10 because they take good care of my fur baby and they treat you like family and they do a wonderful job and I go on Chihuahua Thursday to get what she needs done and I love how pet friendly they are and they treat all their furbabies so kind and loving and my dog is always in good hands.
