I would definitely return and recommend others to this location. I was actually recommended to them by Sudzy Paws Grooming *Southwest and was not disappointed one bit. One of my cats wouldn't let me trim a certain nail so I knew something was wrong and a pro needed to be called in. From the moment I called this location they were very understanding and accommodating to get my kitty in. The following morning I arrived 15 minutes before opening and instead of just making the clients wait until 8 to be greeted the mobile groomer took her time to welcome and assure clients that we would be helped soon, and we were. Which really shows how attentive they are. Once the main workers arrived she quickly worked to check in clients and was clear with every time frame. You know sometimes you drop off a pet and they give the good "ol' we'll call you when they're ready?" Nope not here she gave specific time frames. My kitty was assessed within minutes. In doing so, he has opened DashHound, which has both a mobile and bricj and mortar operation. I recently took advantage of the mobile grooming services and scheduled a spa day for my Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Gipper. Ashlie and her apprentice arrived on time and greeted me at my door. They each took the time to introduce themselves to Gipper and he immediately felt comfortable with them both, which is saying something because he's got quite an attitude. The trio disappeared into their mobile grooming salon right out in front of my house. About an hour later I answered a knock at the door and my handsome boy was looking dapper as ever! This was the finest haircut he's ever had. He even got his nails trimmed too, which is no easy "feat" (see what I did there?) He was happy and I could tell he felt good too. My dogs both hate leaving the house in the car and the last time they came home from their normal groomer they both acted traumatized so it was time for a change. I'm so glad we did too. We knew they'd been here between 9am and 9:30am but even got a warning text on their way which was nice. She took both dogs into the trailer at the same time and was done within an hour and a half.
