The staff were very quick to respond and very professional. Their pricing is very reasonable and their work was impressive. My poor sweet puppy needed a fresh start after I had been on bedrest. She was filthy and covered in mats. They saved her pattern and got her looking like a show dog it made me want to cry when I picked her up. We took our dog here for the first time today after having to change groomers. They were all so friendly and you can tell they really care about our pets. I wish I would have started coming here sooner. They did such a wonderful job and I really don't think our dog has received a better groom than she did today. I took my Himalayan mix in for her yearly "lion cut" this morning. I had never been here before but saw good reviews for All Paws. I am so very pleased with the haircut. I'm sorry that took can't remember the cat groomer's name but she is awesome! The haircut is very smooth without any clipper lines showing and the "pouf" on her tail, her "mane" and the fluff left on her lower legs were all trimmed very nicely with clean lines. This place butchered my schnauzer's face. We had been going there at least 3 years. So I called the owner about it. She promised a free cut next time. 2 months later my mom called to schedule an appointment. I called the place back just to confirm that the cut would be free. I was told I had to talk to the owner. I told her that the owner said she would notate the dog's card. I never got a call back from the owner. I tried the last working day before the appointment. The owner was there but too busy. She had 3 hours to call back before closing. She never called back. So we did not take our schnauzer back. My mom is 78 so I wanted to have the cut set up. Don't take your dogs here. They're always accommodating when it comes to getting my pup in, she's out in a reasonable amount of time, and she is happy, clean, and cute! For $35, it can't be beat. All-Paws is my regular grooming stop for my favorite four-legger, and I know she's in good hands. I drive across town to take her here and I never think it's not worth it. This is the second time I took my Doodle to all paws... The first time he was cut a little short but over all happy.. It would grow back.. I'm trying to find a regular groomer so I took him back.. This time wasn't good at all.. His eyebrows were chopped off and one eyelash.. Nails were jagged and all different lengths.. Had cuts on the inside of back legs.. Haircut was uneven.. Didn't even smell good this time.. He looked sad and was jumpy.. layed under our coffee table for about 2 hours after.. Not like him at all.. He's still a puppy.. Rude owner didn't help... Took my yorkie here for her first hair cut. She came back and I didn't even think it was my dog. Her haircut was horrid and the person was so rude. My dogs didn't even recognize their sister when she came home! That's how bad it was. They gave her a poodle cut! She's a yorkie! I have always done my dog's grooming myself but health issues have made it more difficult recently. My oldies have never been to the groomer but I needed to have their toenails trimmed so I stopped in. We were greeted with a very friendly smile in this CLEAN and organized business. They got us RIGHT in, and cared for both of my babies in a calm and sweet way that made me very comfortable and with happy prancing out the door my fur babies assured me of their comfort as well.
