Cancelled appointments and rescheduled twice after taking a $60 deposit via Venmo. Asked for a refund so we could find someone who would actually show up, and she cursed at me and my 80 year old grandmother, tried stating her deposit was non refundable after SHE canceled the appointments. She did end up refunding her, but only after being extremely unprofessional, cursing at an elderly woman, and telling her she'd be black listed from ALL mobile groomers in town. After I called her she decided to change her tune and "refer" us to another mobile groomer. Would not recommend what so ever and she didn't even touch my animals.

Love these guys. First time getting my 100+lb Akita/Great Pyrenees be monster dog groomed and he did great. The person who came out (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was great with him as she said he just went with the flow. He's very hard headed and excitable, so hearing that, I know she handled him well and knows her business. He was calm and so very clean. I have found my forever groomer.

She did an amazing job. She was on time, skilled, very pleasant, and gentle with Lucy (my 11 year old dog who has bad bones) I have always had issues with Lucy's toenails, because they are all black. This is the very first time that they have been trimmed short enough to not interfere with her mobility, which has increased her activity levels. Paws and Sniff is now my preferred groomer!! read more

My dog has always been afraid of the water, and Paws and Sniffs Mobile came out spent time with her and was able to get her in the trailer and bath her without any trauma. I am always nervous to try a new groomer because I worry for my pets and especially my cat, but they were so good with him and got him done very safe and quick! When I have gotten him groomed in the past he would be gone for hours and would hide and sleep the rest of the day, but this appt was so quick and he was his normal playful self afterwards. This was my first time using a mobile grooming service and the first time my dog had been groomed by another person. We usually groom ourselves, but we could not for this round. I was really anxious as to how my dog would react, but she did well with Lindsey. Lindsey texted me while she was working on my dog to let me know how things were going. In the end she gave my dog a great groom and met my dog where she was that day. She was super quick too, much faster than the time it takes for us to do her ourselves. Lindsay and her team have been caring for my 120 lb American Bulldog, 60 lb Bassett Hound, and 60 lb Goden Doodle for years now, and I've referred her to any and all family and friends. She loves my fur babies as if they were her own, and her mobile trailer is so much more convenient than waiting for your dogs to be groomed for hours at a normal dog spa, the were all 3 done in an HOUR today! Lindsey has been our groomer for 3 years to our very active (three) dogs. She is patient, and delicate with these dogs. They vary in size from 35 lbs to 70 lbs. Two of them get so nervous around their bathtime and the 3rd is a water dog that never stays dry for too long. We are so blessed that they love Lindsey, and actually enjoy their time with her. She does a great job with their hair cuts. We have two dogs with more prominent poodle features : the "water dog", a male and the bath nervous female. These two dogs require a lot more grooming attention . She does such a beautiful job. We are so grateful for her consistency, and dedication . Thank you Lindsey. read more

Amazing experience today with Lindsey and her team! My 9-year-old Maine Coon mix cat managed to get himself into a matted mess that I tried for several weeks to undo by myself. He was the only male in a litter of 4 and his mother usually groomed him even after he became an adult. She passed away this spring and he gave up. I found Lindsey online and texted her and she responded immediately. She had an opening a couple of days away so we booked it. On time, professional, she and her team clearly know what they're doing. She had to shave him down to the skin which was what I wanted and he looks and feels great. Paws and Sniffs does a great job and her prices are good and fair! I have been using Lindsey for almost a year. First and foremost she is great with my dogs and my dogs love her. She is quick and yet does a great job. My schedule changes often and she is always willing to work with me. She is a great communicator. She sends out reminder texts the day before the appointment and notifies when she on her way. I personally enjoy working with her as well. Lindsey from Paws and Sniffs is a Master Groomer. Her beautiful new trailer n truck pulled up to our house and went to work right on time! Let me add that, with a little wiggling, she made an appointment for us the very next morning. Mollie, my gorgeous, 140 pound, White King GSD was returned to our door after about an hour. She was expertly groomed, teeth, nails, trimmed up and smelling divine, with a little lavender flower in her collar. She is the happiest most beautiful Queenie!
