Avila At the Park on a Walk and Talk

I've been bringing my Dog here for years Amazing! They do am Amazing job with My Great Pyrenees which can be even more Challenging then other breeds there coat so thick plus there so big! I realized after I changed to another Vet I finally found out they had been correct as to there assumption suggestions and finally got to the right Vet to get correct diagnosis and get the right treatment so sometimes frustrating they are truly remarkable and have my dogs best! After I washed my own baby(dog avila) its super difficult and a Dog Groomers Jobs are very difficult so Great Job Thank You I Apreciate you and So does Avila

I decided to take my moms dog in for a haircut, and wow.. just WOW. He has never looked this handsome and cute. You can tell the groomer Jazmin G. is a real artist of their craft! will definitely be recommending them to other people and I will continue to take my dogs to them!

WHAT is this!?!? DO NOT get your animals groomed here. Literally botched my dog. I could have done a better job than this at home for free. They obviously don't know what they are doing and are NOT trained. $85 for this? LOL. What a joke. This person needs to be either re trained or fired. And under his left arm is pretty irritated too..

So, I'm a fish parent. Never thought I'd own a fish outside of the few goldfish I won at carnivals when I was a kid. But recently, I became fascinated with the pretty Betta (pronounced Be-Ta, not Bay-Ta) fish they had. After quite a bit of research and learning about aquarium maintenance we purchased the fish tank FIRST and allowed it several days to start the nitrogen cycle. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - get the tank before the fish. It's incredibly critical for the health of your fish that you do this. It can take up to two weeks. Make sure to grab an API Master Kit to test your water to ensure the nitrogen cycle is complete. Once that's done, it's time to go fish shopping! I of course, went straight for the sad fish that wasn't swimming well. I thought, if he doesn't make it I can always get my money back after 14 days and he'll get to live out his golden years in a tank and not a cup. To my surprise he thrived and still doing well. The Petsmart folks were varied. All pleasant, some more knowledgeable than most. This location is especially convenient. COVID Info - In July 20202. - Signage mandating California mask policy in place and enforcing social distancing - Plenty of hand sani and wipes at door - All employees wearing masks - All patrons wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

Very friendly employees that love to talk pets! Adorable shelter cats for adoption. Sat, they have AM dog adoptions through Marley's Mutts. This is a newer store. Great location. The selection is amazing. Ok prices with a lot if clearance items. The most organized and cleanest Petsmart I have ever been in. Will come back with the pooch next time!

Max got his first full cut with Jennifer

We love this location. Not only is it convenient but the staff is friendly and always helpful. We have been taking our yorkie puppy to see Jennifer in the grooming salon for a little over a month now. That's right I said a month. Max was super nervous when it came to being groomed because his nails got cut to short one time at the vet. Jennifer was so patient and loving during this process. We have Max on a strict ever 2 week schedule with Jennifer to get him desensitized. Each visit she was able to get Max to tolerate a little more. By the 3rd visit she was able to give him a full cut! Max loves Jennifer and is always so happy to see her even when we are just there to buy food! I highly recommend Jennifer if you have a nervous pup. We recently started Puppy Training with Kiarra which has been super helpful and informative. She is so good with Max.

Yes i have 3 yes 3 guinea pigs!!! They are absolutely amazing...Anyone considering them as pets should know 1. they are expensive to care for and not many vets here can treat them 2. Did i say they are amazing???? 3. They are just sooooo damn cute and loving and funny!!!! I have got all my piggies from petsmart all bought as babies and all are amazing in their own way...The oldest i got last september when he was about 4 months old, his name is bacon..the second i got around February his name is eggs and the third around June his name is nugget. All have been absolutely delightful the staff have always been super nice and have given my son and i the time we need to love on them and make our decisions...you just have to hold them and see which one you bond with the best you will just feel it. Please study them before you decide to buy or adopt one or 2 or more :). They have specific needs nutritionally etc.. It's soooo sweet to get up in the morning and they are squeaking for their morning veggies and popcorning (look it up it's amazing!!!) The staff is super helpful at both locations rosedale and ming i've been to so don't hesitate to ask questions and please don't hesitate to take a piggy with special needs they are literally THE best!!! My recommendation is to buy from petsmart just from experience myself period and they have all been amazing and healthy!! or of course a piggy adoption center....I do buy bedding etc from here as well look for the bogo deals...Also fleece liners are sooo much better than bedding they are expensive but make for happier piggies...not available here but online at "retailers" is the best price and quality...

I was specific of all the areas of concerns with Jay during the evaluation. He recommended four sessions for Jazz. At first I thought no way will this Boxer be corrected with four sessions. To my surprise I quickly learned otherwise. First session Jay addressed the running out the front door when opened. Jazz immediately obeyed Jay and myself. So impressive! Second session we needed Jazz to sit on his bed during breakfast & dinner. While his owner in a wheelchair enjoys his meals. Jay accomplished that in half the session. Third session was walking. Being able to keep Jazz on my side and from growling at other people or dogs. In one session Jay empowered me to lead Jazz. A big task for some of us women who struggle with being pack leaders. Jazz and I have been enjoying some lovely walks. Thank you Jay!!! Fourth session was calling Jazz in from backyard. Jazz did well with Jay. That is something I am sure I will master shortly! If not, I now have a dog expert to reach out to for help. Jazz was so excited to see Jay on a weekly basis. Jay was so loving and it made me realized I was not loving with Jazz. He is not my dog but my clients. However, I have started to love on him. This way he feels he belongs to someone and that he is loved. This poor dog came from the shelter during COVID. I have no idea what life he had before. However, now Jazz is living his best life ever thanks to Tails of Success. I have always felt professional dog trainer have. value. This recent situation has re-enforced their value based on their experience, quick results, and in home training. I highly recommend this experts. Side note: make sure you do your homework daily to reinforce all Jay's teaches your pet. This way you too will be a happy client with a happy pet.

Jesse talked to me about all the tough stuff I didn't want to hear, but they showed me how to be a real leader. We kept up with training honestly not every day. This weekend I was hiking alone with Racker in the hills above LA. I tripped and fell down a mountain breaking 3 bones. I was unable to climb up the rocks to make it out and had to be rescued by fire fighters and paramedics. They had to hike in and carry me out. All I could think of is how horrible it was going to be because Racker would become reactive and act aggressive in the situation. Instead because of his training he stayed in down the whole time. He barked once when they stabilized my leg and I screamed. After they picked me up he calmly let someone lead him out with me. If you are on the fence about training do it! You never know when an emergency will happen. The guys all praised how well behaved Racker was. I cannot thank Nick and Kassie enough. You really changed our life

A Truly Exceptional Dog Daycare!…read more Intro: We have been taking Maximus (Pomeranian mix) to Dogtopia for over 3 months and we can't say enough great things about Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, I knew Maximus was in good hands. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through the door. They take the time to learn each dog's personality and make sure they feel comfortable, included, and engaged. They treat Maximus like family, and it shows in how excited he is to come back. Story: Before Dogtopia, my sister and I would take Maximus to the dog park where he would get scared and attacked by big dogs. So when my sister heard about them on Instagram, she convinced me to take a tour of the facility. Overall, the facility was great and massive. I had doubts at first but the staff, Mr. Giesick and Jensen, were able to answer all of our questions so we decided to enroll Maximus. Health (Vaccination): They take safety seriously, so every dog is evaluated before joining playgroups, and they make sure all vaccinations are up to date. That level of care gives me total peace of mind. Cleanliness: Their commitment to cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is constantly cleaning the floors, promptly picking up any poop, mopping up the pee, and wiping down the crates to keep everything fresh and sanitary. It's clear they work hard to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all the dogs. Schedule: They also follow a great daily schedule that keeps the dogs happy and well-balanced. From Monday through Fridays: 7am-12pm, it's all playtime; 12pm-2pm is lunch and nap time so the pups can rest and recharge; then from 2pm-7pm, it's back to playtime until closing. It's a perfect routine that helps Maximus stay active but also gives him the downtime he needs. Cameras: One of my favorite features are the cameras. They let me peek into the playroom throughout the day to see how Maximus is doing. It's such a comfort to watch him having fun, playing with other dogs, and getting all his energy out in a safe, supervised environment. I notice he loves sitting on the orange steps in the toy room and sometimes likes to play with Dixie, Honey, Bruno and Charlie. App: We can view the cameras through their dogtopia app, and the login process is simple and quick with no hassle at all. On the app, we can also update Maximus's daycare schedule, add bath time, or even schedule an overnight stay for an additional cost, which is perfect for when we travel and our fur baby can't come with us. Being able to manage everything so easily is incredible. Staff: The staff deserves a special shout-out. Jensen is bubbly, sweet, and always greets Maximus with genuine enthusiasm. Quinn is incredibly kind and has a calm presence that puts both dogs and owners at ease. Some mornings, Mr. Giesick greets us with a wave and a warm smile, he's always happy to take Maximus. They always tell us what a good boy he is when we pick him up, and that means so much. Their dedication and positivity make all the difference. Rooms: The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep the dogs active and happy throughout the day. I love that they separate playgroups by size and temperament, it gives me peace of mind knowing Maximus is playing with well-matched buddies. The three dedicated rooms are Toy, Romper, and Gym. Each designed for different sizes and play styles of dogs. Maximus is a small Pomeranian so he is in the Toy room surrounded by compatible playmates, which makes his experience even better. They also make sure each room has two bowls of fresh water, so the dogs can stay hydrated throughout the day. Instagram: The regular updates and photos on Instagram are a huge bonus and always brighten my day! They even gave us a report card for Maximus, which was such a thoughtful touch. It highlighted how he played, who he made friends with, and how he behaved. Something every dog parent appreciates. Summary: Maximus comes home tired, happy, and excited to go back every single time. Finding a place you can trust with your furry family member is priceless, and this daycare delivers above and beyond. If you're looking for a daycare where your dog will be loved, carefully monitored, and cared for in an exceptionally clean and well-structured environment, this is the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun environment for their dog!
