Mostly a dog store to be honest the selection they had for cats was small and dirty. There was little to no toys and what they had was covered in dog hair since it was on the bottom shelf. I came for advice for what to get for my cat as a new owner and the worker was not helpful. He told me all cats are different and walked away. Another worker came and gave me advice on calming meds and walked away before I could ask for more help. There was only I and another man in he store so it was not busy. Then I waited for a long time to check out while he was on the phone. Eventually another worker came up and check me out. I recently brought my 12 week old puppy in for her "puppy cut". I was happy to see the store was very clean and staff friendly. My groomer was Ashley and she took my puppy into her arms and made her feel safe and comfortable. Ashley and I talked about what exactly a puppy cut entailed and what the cost was. I left my puppy in good hands and an hour later I was back with a fluffy clean puppy to pick up who had a great trim up and smelled a ton better! She looked adorable as well! So disappointed! We have been loyal customers for several years but we will be looking for a new groomer after today. We took our standard poodle and our Labradoodle in today for their regular grooming appointment but when we picked them up they were shaved down to the skin!!! We were shocked !!! Unbelievable!!! The groomer called and said she thought they were matted ( which we disagreed with ) and that she would have to shave them. We trusted her opinion but never again!!! She charged us almost $200 for grooming!!! We would never recommend Pets Earth to anyone. It will take months for our girls to look and feel like themselves again. Shocked! read more

Love this place... the people are incredibly helpful, tubs are clean, the $15.00 self serve wash is awesome! It includes all brushes, ear cleaning solution as well as wipes and for the price you receive hypo-allergenic shampoo and conditioner. I have been taking my Chiapom here for over a year, always had great service until this past week. Emily is awesome, however I wanted someone during the week and so we used Val, first time she was awesome. When I took him on Tuesday she called after 40 minutes and said he was done. There are five other dog/cat food stores that sell "better quality" dog food brands and this store is by far the best. Their customer service is on point. They are always friendly. The store is set up so it is easy to find what you're looking for and their prices are normally as equally affordable or cheaper than the other stores. They have a rewards program so after you buy a certain amount, you get a bag free. read more

Today we took the dogs for a bath after a long campout and rolling around in lake mud. This place is awesome, highly recommend! We selected the basic, self service dog wash. It was $15 each dog. You can pay more for different shampoos, etc. The staff are all friendly and gave us everything we would need to clean up our fur balls. The bath area is really easy to use. You can put the collar harness on your pup and he is not going to get loose on you and the shower attachment is gentle and quiet which was a plus for our super anxious dog. You can tell that cleanliness is a priority as the area was clean before and staff were immediately cleaning up afterwards. I love that this place opened up near my work. I have been driving all around town to find the best price on my dog's food. The prices for their food are the best in the area. I have shopped around and cannot find a lower price for Fromm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a frequent buyer program which is nice. I would give them a 5 Star, but they only carry a couple flavors of Fromm. If they offered more I would bump it up. read more

Great selection of food for dogs and cats. The staff genuinely cares about your pet and makes sure you get what you need - they even special ordered a specific food for me to try for my dog that has food allergies. They also have a wonderful selection of toys, treats, leashes, beds, and more. They offer a self-serve wash station, a pet photography studio, and a bakery full of treats they make there. I've been going here since they opened and I've always had great experiences - definitely worth checking out if you have pets. read more

We've been looking for a self service dog wash since moving from CO. This IS the place to take your dog to wash! Reasonable pricing, friendly staff and great facilities. They took the time to show us how everything works, all the supplies are there and checked on us to see how our dog was doing. I will be back again for the grooming, self service and supplies. Everytime i have been there it is very dirty, with dust and big hair balls all over the place. They say they clean every day, but I find that hard to believe. Also the owners daughter comes across quite rude sometimes. All of their items are way over priced. Better off going to like Pets Mart for more selection and cheaper prices. read more

Bad experience today. I'd been here before and thought they were pretty good but today.... bad...irresponsible in my opinion. I went to use their self serve dog wash. As i was getting my 14 year old Aussie in the tub the attendant say "It will take a minute to get warm water" That seemed normal to let the water run to get warm. I felt the water start to warm a little so started wetting and soaping up my dog. Then the water went cold. I waited a minute and tried again...still cold...still cold. I tell the attendant and she says "Yeah, we've had like 30 dogs already today, It'll take a little bit it get warm." Now I am stuck. I have a soapy dog I have to get rinsed out. I never got anything but cold water and my poor old dog was shivering by the time I got him rinsed out and out of the tub. The most appalling thing---they just kept checking in more dogs to get a bath. Why wouldn't they just stop until the water heater could catch up? This is a lovely store. The staff is incredibly friendly, both to me and my dog. They have a lot of healthy foods and treats, and at prices that everyone can agree on. In fact, most of the treats I saw were a lot cheaper than you would ever find at one of the big name pet stores! read more

Service is terrible, clerks are rude... and uneducated about the most basic pet items. Obviously the older ladies are related to the owners, otherwise they wouldn't have a job. Order online, it's cheaper, and you don't have to wait 1/2 hour while someone tries to figure out how to work a touch pad register, or a cell phone. In addition, I've been in and purchased items from the store at least a dozen times, and each time I go in, I get a blank stare like they've never seen me before. When it comes to running a small business, it is nice if the business knows it''s customers. Amazing Pet Store in Papillion! The staff is SUPER nice and there are so many organic,grain-free and eco-friendly products for dogs here. They have a vast selection of different dog toys, leashes, clothes and collars to choose from. Not only that but they make there own dog treats all with natural ingredients. I get special cookie bones for my dogs that say "happy birthday" on them from here and my dogs LOVE them! What really made me want to come here again is their grooming service. They have a self service wash that is very convenient with all the tools that you need. However, the groomers that work here are #1! They all make you feel like you have been there for years and they treat you like family and truly care about the well-being of your animals. Marnie is a groomer here that truly has made me ban myself from ever going to a Petsmart or Petco ever again. My basset hound Nellie has lots of anxiety from dryers and getting her toenails clipped and instead of letting me get a semi-dry dog with super log toenails she took the time to get to know my dog, nurture her and calm her down. Both of my bassets left today so clean and soft that i didn't want to stop petting of smelling them and acquired a holiday themed bandana!! Did i also mention that they don't kennel them they let them interact with other dogs that are there. Also, I initially didn't even have an appointment today.
