Overall, I like the self-service dog wash option. However, I was disappointed with the grooming experience. I requested that my dog's ears be kept long, her face left full, and a #5 cut on the body with a shorter cut on the stomach. Unfortunately, the finished groom did not match the haircut chart or the instructions I provided. The stomach was the same length as the body, the ears were cut shorter than requested, and her face was not left full. Additionally, after bringing her home, she seemed unusually sensitive and did not want to be touched or bothered. This has never been her behavior after previous grooming appointments, which made me concerned. While I understand grooming can be stressful, this experience did not meet my expectations. read more

We took our little guys here for the self-serve wash, and we were very pleased! Since we only needed one bottle of shampoo and conditioner between our dogs, we were only charged for one, which I appreciated. The area was clean and fully stocked. This was my first time taking my dogs here to get groomed. They were recommended so I had very little reservations. And they surpassed my expectations. They went over everything very clearly. Both dogs were done about 30 min early, I ended up getting the full package and extra services. They looked great when they came out and seemed to be very happy on the ride home. Great place to wash your dog and get him equipped with toys, treats, and more! I am so glad that there's now a self wash for dogs out west with 360° tubs. There are others sort of nearby that are against a wall, which doesn't give you the greatest access. Pets earth also is a well-appointed, modern and clean location with great tools. The water spicket looks like it was made for washing your pet and gives great water pressure without spraying too hard. It's made by WaterPik. There's a separate place to dry your pet, which is great. Other places have you do it all in the same tub which can be problematic if your dog gets dry and then sits down in the tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like their selection of homemade treats as well. I will definitely be coming back soon! I hope they come up with a loyalty program or punchcard system. read more

I love Pet's Earth! I haven't tried the self service pet wash or grooming or anything like that, but I do shop here for dog and cat food, treats, shampoo, or practically anything else I could need for my pets. They sell a variety of pet foods that you can choose from for your pets. I love that many of their products are natural and without artificial ingredients. They also provide homeopathic items that help reduce stress and pain for your pets. For example, I get Bach's Stress Remedy from them here. It is a very helpful product for all different types of animals, but I can only find this product at Pet's Earth. They also carry homeopathic pain remedies if you pets have pains from arthritis and such. I have tried the CBD oil for pets that they carry here for one of my dogs and it works wonders! I love that Pet's Earth carries so many items, so you are bound to find something you need for your pets here. I also love that they carry many homeopathic items that contain natural ingredients. I would definitely not want to give my pets any ingredient that I cannot pronounce its name. The staff that work here at Pet's Earth are super friendly and they make you feel at home. In fact, they know my name here even though I don't make a daily presence at their store. I would highly recommend this store for all your pets needs. They have a self serve wash as well, never used but heard a lot of good things. They have a huge selection of treats and pet food. Very heavy lean to the all natural which is great to help keep animals healthy. Top tip, call into to schedule a groom, they create a card on your pet so they know exactly what you want. I wasn't pleased with the service and the quote I was given when I made an appointment for my dog to have a bath/groom. Besides being overcharged, the groomer shaved my dog since she said her clippers didn't have the length I asked for. I guess she forgot about using scissors that other groomers have learned to use. I would caution those who are quoted a certain price to visit this place. I also question how they trim dogs vs shaving them down without your permission. read more

I can't say enough about the total service from Pets Earth! From the receptionist to the groomer, they care about you and your dog. Katyln always welcomes our dog like a long lost friend. Our dog has lots of allergies and ear infections so needs special attention to his paws and ears. Our vet says it's the best grooming she's ever seen! It's a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it. The dogs are not left in kennels and you have a specific drop off and pick up time. read more

I took my dog to get groomed at Pets Earth. My adult daughter dropped her off and asked that they do the same thing as last time referenced in the note card kept on file. When I picked up my dog and this is what she look like. (One photo of her currently and one photo of what she should look like) They shaved her without my permission. The employee indicated they actually lost the notecard on file and that I was incorrectly entered as a "new client" even though I have been going there for over a year. No one called me or my daughter. The manager apologized for the miscommunication but continued to blame me. My Pomeranian's coat is ruined and they will do nothing about it. I asked for a refund and they said the only thing they could do was 50% discount off my next groom. I will never being going back. read more

Amazing customer service. These people literally walk out with umbrellas for you when it's raining. They are so nice and they answer all the questions I have with confidence and a smile. It's so nice to go in there and know that they are all pationate about what they do. If they don't know an answer to a question you have, they ask if you want them to research it for you. My dog received a horrible grooming at this store. It cost $50 to groom my 3 pound dog. The cut was much shorter than I specified and had to take her back to get her face cut properly. I also realized her sanitary area wasn't done at all, her nails weren't clipped and her tail has a huge mat in it still. Left me wanting a refund!!! read more

Love the store, it has a better set up than the Papillion store. I drive the further distance because the staff is so helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to find what I need for my dog that has serious food allergies and pancreatic issues so needs a specific lower fat percentage for her food. They have even found different options for me to try for my dog. We have not used the self wash, but have checked it out and it's very nice, my dogs are small so easy to do at home. The bakery items are fantastic, they even have one that my dietary girl can have. My dogs know what the bakery bags are and go crazy when I bring them home. When I bring in my dogs to try to find a harness they help with fitting and even offer to special order a color or size if they don't have what I want. read more

The only groomer our nearly 1 year old pup has ever had is Autumn at Pet's Earth. After taking our older dog to various groomers in Omaha, we are sticking to Pet's Earth! We have a special needs pup that she is wonderful with and I love the fact that she does one dog at a time. So when I take him in, he is finished much quicker than other places where they stay for 3 or 4 hours. Autumn listens well to the specific look requests that I have and always discusses any cutting of mats prior to cutting and he always comes out looking great! read more

i think its good. its closer to where i live than the old market, which i like slightly better for self service dog wash because there is a door you can close on the washing basin, but its better than leaning over a tub at home. so i will continue to go there. no problems. they have nice products but i bring my own shampoo and conditioner. well priced read more
