1. Staff is always. They are happy to see Buddy when I drop him off 2. I take my dog here for nail clipping and baths, which includes a full day of daycare. 3. They do prefer for you to drop them off early in the morning so that they can schedule him in for his bath throughout the day and can take their time with him. 4. He has gotten a hair trim with them a couple times and I was happy with the results. The groomer has experience with corgis. 5. He gets to play and get cleaned up and by the time I pick him up, he is exhausted and ready to relax. Love that for him because he has so much energy. 6. I have also left him there for boarding and they are happy to update me when I call them about him while I am out of town. 7. He seems to enjoy it very much, and does not hesitate to leave me behind. read more

Come Sit Stay is the ONLY place I will ever take my dogs for boarding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my two Great Danes were well taken care of during their extended stay. Come Sit Stay is the best boarding and day care in Omaha! read more

Staff is welcoming. I talked to someone over the phone to help with the booking process and she was very friendly. Booking here is fairly easy. However, this location is very dirty. As soon as you walk in you can smell the very strong stench of urine and there a very common complaints that dogs get sent home with kennel cough or stinking like pee. I believe it may be due to poor ventilation. they also just have the dogs going potty inside everywhere instead of being taken outside. I saw multiple dogs peeing in the building. We did not follow through with our boarding booking. I would not recommend booking here for sanitization and health concerns for your pups. I highly recommend that you visit the location and see if it is up to your standards before bookings. I was able to find a last minute boarding service with S&B Kountry Kennel. This location had proper clean kennels and huge yards for the dogs to be let out to play. They are also staffed with great trainers. read more

My dog was treated well. I appreciated their pickup times on the weekend were flexible.

I've boarded my dog here a couple times and so far I think it is pretty good. The staff is always super friendly when checking in and out and they have always been really good at keeping our stuff (food, toys, leash, etc.) organized. My only complaints are that in the time that my dog has spent boarding here I have never once seen a picture posted on their Facebook like the other dogs (not even in the background) and my dog acts very strange when we pick her up afterwards. She acts abnormally tired (like won't even wake up to eat or go outside) and I can't quite tell if she is worn out from playing or if she was sedated. Other than my slightly paranoid suspicion I think ComeSitStay does a good job. read more

So happy with my french bulldogs experience at Come Sit Stay!!! He has been boarded here once & comes here often for daycare. He loves playing with the other dogs & is always so tuckered out when I come to pick him up. He gets really excited when we pull up to Come Sit Stay. The staff is really friendly, attentive, & always happy to see my pup. I really enjoy how they post photos on Facebook throughout the day of the dogs playing. Overall, very happy! Would highly recommend. :) read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! I took my dog in here about a month ago and because he's a bit rowdy it is his first time getting professionally groomed. We usually groom him at home but we don't know what to look for so we took him in for reference. I asked them to cut his hair short and they did not explain that they would shave him. They asked me if I have gotten his hair cut before and I said not professionally. After I got him back I was horrified on how short his hair was. (He's a golden retriever.) I wasn't angry and partially took responsibility seeing as I didn't ask what they would do, but after a day I noticed multiple cuts around his neck. It is one month later and they are infected and he constantly tries to scratch at them as he's in pain. We had to take him to the vet. I downloaded this app just to deter people away from taking their dogs here. My dog is in pain because of this place. read more

Friendly staff, willing to accommodate short notice requests when space allows. Convenient location and they armature on top of pet records! A good option when day care is needed. read more

Can't say enough good things about come sit stay!! We have been going for daycare a few times a week for about 2 months and he absolutely LOVES going. He recognizes all the girls up front and they recognize him and he is soooo excited to go back. He tells me how good of a day he's had as soon as we get in the car and he pretty much rests and recovers the rest of the night from all his fun . He actually starts to get naughty and hyper if he hasn't been in a few days and even throughout potty training they have kept him right on track! And I soooo appreciate they feed him his regular food for lunch out of his ball so he doesn't eat to quickly. It's like a furry family Wish we could come here forever but we are relocating soon....just want everyone to know how awesome CSS is and how at home my pup feels, so sad to leave this place! read more

I don't even know where to start with these guys. Absolutely the best dog daycare I have ever used. I am from LA & Portland and currently live between Denver an Omaha, this said, I have used many quality day care facilities for my Aussie mix pup. The facts: 1) trustworthy, kind, accommodating staff 2) free nail trim with daycare! 3) constant supervision by people who know dog behavior and signs to look for 4) instant clean up of accidents so your dog doesn't come home with urine on his paws 5) affordable pricing with half day options 6) well designed play groups 7) HAPPY DOGS WHEN YOU ARRIVE! My dog is awesome and playful but has a sensitive disposition to people with bad energy. Bottom line: these people treat your pet as if they were there own. Facility is safe and clean and my dog Thunder highly recommends you come visit him at day camp!! read more

left my akita full of shed and nails looked cut messy. though he smelled good and felt soft is why i will only give 2 stars

We took our baby boy Cooper here for one night last weekend. We toured the space beforehand and it was dirty but we gave then the benefit of the doubt because it was a busy time of day. The staff was friendly and we felt comfortable giving it a shot. we paid in advance and tipped well so hopefully they would take great care of him. Sadly, when we picked him up Sunday morning they brought him out to us absolutely drenched in urine and so smelly we had to drive home with the windows open. We had to bath him twice to get the stench off. I feel like this is animal abuse. We will not be back. I think there may be a reason they no longer have pet cams. read more

WOW is all I can say! First time we have taken our dogs for boarding here. We had heard great things about Come Sit Stay and decided to give them a try even if it was a little drive for us my pets stayed at CSS for a week 6/16-6/23 while we were on vacation in Mexico. CSS definately exceeded our expectations! We have a 4 yr old 7lb Morkie named Chloe and a 1yr old 70lb Pitbull named Oleg and they were absolutely the best! We will definately continue to use them whenever we need boarding or daycare. Best place in Omaha to leave your four legged friends and we have been to many. The owner Renae is fantastic and she has incredible staff that take care of your pets like if they were their own. They were very accommodating to my pets and included a free nail trim. The staff at CSS are fantastic and I love that they are Pit friendly and that was important to me as I didnt want my babies to be separated. My pets played with dogs their own size during the day and at night were boarded together since my little one gets anxiety and they did great! As soon as we walked in we noticed it never smelled like dogs it smelled nice and clean and never once saw a mess at any time. The constant clean up is incredible. My pets were happy and TIRED when we picked them up! While we were on vacation if you like their Facebook page they are constantly uploading pictures and I was able to see my babies playing with other dogs and it was a nice relief to see for myself they were doing great! THANKS a Million for the great care you provided Oleg and Chloe we will see you again! :) P.S they are still tired from a week's worth of play! read more

I have used the grooming services and dog day care on numerous occasions. The grooming is fantastic and timely! Also, my dogs have THE BEST time playing at the day care. Whether they are there for a couple hours or the whole day - it is so great to know they are being loved, played with and getting socialization skills. I HIGHLY recommend CSS to family and friends! read more

I doubt anyone REALLY likes to board their furry friends but sometimes the need arises. I have taken my buddy here on 3 occasions and have been SO impressed with the facilities (they will give a tour and you can watch the dogs play from the front windows) and his demeanor when I pick him up. The last time he was even "whiny" when we left and wanted to stay and play. Even though the location isn't overly convenient, I am glad I opted for CSS and will continue to use them for boarding. read more

Good place. Took care of our dogs. Only concern would be that my dogs came home with the Kennel cough (bronchitis) and had it for about 7-10 days. Most likely was due to them being exposed to a cluster of other dogs in the play area every day. read more

We bring our black lab husky here for grooming and we LOVE it. They include daycare in with the grooming cost which is super helpful and if your dog isn't that great with other dogs they don't just put them in a kennel they keep your dog up front with them! We took our pup to another place for boarding and they told us that he didn't do well with other dogs but when we brought him here they eased him into it and now he plays super well with the other dogs! They're also well educated on breeds so they know that lab huskies are typically not good with other dogs and more of a people dog which I didn't know until we came here! Can't say enough good things about ComeSitStay! read more

They LOVE cats and dogs!!!! We love taking our dog here for grooming or an occasional Doggy Daycare when needed. They always show lots of love to our little dog and remember her each time she comes back. We've also used them for boarding and they take exceptional care of our dog. She has special medicine that needs given in the morning and evening and they have no problems making sure she gets the meds and is comfortable and happy. Highly recommend ComeSitStay for daycare needs, grooming, or boarding. Your pet will be very happy!!!! read more

My pups know the way to daycare and they're beyond excited to go every time! They're fair priced and recently adjusted so they close at 7 during the week which has been a life savor. They have always been friendly and remember my dogs as they come in. read more

We left our Olde English Bulldogge, Gus, with the folks at come it Stay and couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and care for him. It was really comforting knowing that we could call and check in and get updates. The fact that he was able to play with other dogs all day and not be in a crate and brought outside only for bathroom breaks was really great! I could not recommend this place more highly. We will absolutely be bringing Gus back in the event we needed to board him again. Thanks for taking care of our dog! Josh read more

We had our dog boarded for 7 days while we took a family trip to NYC. We loved being able to see our little guy through their Facebook page. They often posted pictures of how the pets were spending their day. Which was rewarding for us, because we really missed our dog. The staff was kind, very welcoming and everything was somewhat smooth. The only issue I had was, when we finally got our guy home and gave him a bath we noticed scabs and abrasions on his skin. If, there were any issues we are confident the facility staff would have communicated that to us, but it's fair to say something occurred while in their care, whether it was an oversight is the main question, but leads to more questions. read more

We use Come Sit Stay to groom our two Great Pyrenees (not an easy feat), and also for grooming and boarding for our rescue foster dogs. They are so easy to work with, everyone is friendly, and they do a great job on grooming! Our dogs have a ton of hair and it cannot be shaved or cut too short due to their double coats, and Come Sit Stay always manages to return them to us looking amazing. They also offer discounts for dogs in rescue! read more

I just cant say enough good things about this place. I have been working with a big dogs huge paws rescue for 2 years now and we get some very very poorly taken care of dogs come through. On more than one occasion they have dropped everything and help us those dogs a day at the spa! I also take our personal Great Pyrenees here and they always come back looking and smelling like a million bucks. read more

WOW....they did an awesome job of grooming my two poodles! Brought in my two poodles to be groomed and was concerned that they would have some complications since one of them is only 13 weeks old. I was happily surprised by one of the best haircuts that I have seen! The staff was wonderful to work with and they did a great job of taking care of my girls all day in the doggie daycare while getting the pampering they needed in the grooming shop as well. I highly recommend this busines for your grooming and doggie daycare needs! read more

We have used both the daycare and the boarding at Come Sit Stay. Our husky is always so happy when we pick her up! It's so obvious that she's taken care of and the staff is always so kind and upbeat!! I can't say enough about how wonderful everything is at Come Sit Stay! Highly recommend! read more

ComeSitStay is great! They have always taken fantastic care of both my personal dogs as well as my foster dogs. The staff is experienced and caring. One of the groomers, Megan is the ONLY person I will let groom my dogs. I would highly recommend bringing your dogs to CSS! read more

I am absolutely thrilled with Come Sit Stay. After a horrible experience with an unnamed Pet Day Care down the street on 168th and Harrison, I was a nervous wreck to leave my dog with anyone else. He's my first dog on my own and my first experience with daycare left me hesitant and super anxious with leaving my dog anywhere else. Per a friend's recommendation, I took my fur babe to Come Sit Stay. Well... my mini aussie, Riggins, LOVES THIS PLACE! The staff is super friendly, informative, and attentive. You can tell they truly love their animals. Seriously, from one helicopter dog parent to the next, you can trust Come Sit Stay with any of your fur babies! read more

Grooming is great, they do an awesome job for a reasonable price. Dogs have fun together because instead of using kennels there is a large room for supervised playtime. The staff is very kind and it's just an all around great place. read more

Been taking our dog here for a while now and I'm very happy with it! Service is good and the prices seem to be in line with the average cut. People are friendly too and I really appreciate that! read more

I've taken my Pomeranian here for grooming twice. Both times she's come home looking very nice. My only complaint would be the first time I dropped her off and I was going to pick her when when they were finished and she wasn't ready until 2 hours AFTER the time they told me should would be. The second visit however she was ready right on time so hopefully the first visit was a fluke. I will definitely take my dog back. read more

By far the best dog daycare in Omaha! Mason loves spending time with all the staff members! read more

My dogs have been coming here off and on for 2 years. I would like to start with how happy I am about them now being open until 7 during the week and 6 on Saturday. This works so much better with my crazy work schedule. Secondly as soon as we turn into the area my dogs get super excited! I love that when I bring them I. They are wanting to pretty much jump the gate because they're so excited! They also post pictures during the day which helps me make sure my pups are doing okay. This is the only place I'll ever take my dogs to in the Omaha area. read more

We were referred to Comesitstay by our daughter who said her dog was very happy. The first 2 times he was groomed, we were pleased. The last time we asked for a little shorter cut because his hair grows so fast. We were shocked when we saw him! They left him with about 1/2 inch of hair! They left his tail and his ears alone. Speaking of the ears, he came home with a huge knot behind his left ear that I had to cut out. We warned our daughter, however, she took her dog there anyway. To say she was upset does not come close to how she felt when she saw her dog. She gave detailed instructions TWICE on what she wanted and it was totally ignored. Do yourself and your dog a favor, go elsewhere! Both our dogs are now traumatized by their experience. It's really a shame....they talk so nice and tell you what you want to hear and then.....they do whatever they want when they groom your dog. read more

I had never left my dog with anyone before and I was very nervous about doing so. After extensive research I settled on Come Sit Stay. I am very glad I did. I loved checking up on my dog with facebook and seeing her happy face as she played with other dogs though out the time I was gone. I had her groomed while I was away and she looked great when I got back. I will use them again. Great staff. Clean facility. Happy Dog. What more could you ask for? read more

Wonderful place to leave your pet for a grooming, for the day or even for boarding. Too bad the first time I boarded my dog here, I did not know about them. They have a very friendly staff and they give a lot of attention and love to your pet, so he won't feel abandoned when left there. I strongly recommend. read more

My dog loves it here, and always comes home nice and tired!

My own dogs, as well as my foster dogs, are just like my children. Leaving them in the hands of another is a huge matter of trust. I have tried other local facilities before, but for the last three years, our babies have loved their time at CSS, whether for a day of daycare, a night for mom and dad to take a break or a week long vacation. The staff at CSS know my dogs, and by "know my dogs", I don't just mean by name...They know their likes, their quirks, everything...and they treat them like their own family. Their groomers are amazing and their ownership is second to none. This is a locally-owned business that puts its dogs and its community first! read more

They groom kitty cats!!! I know, I know - why would you!? But we have a super fluffy kitty and a family member that can't deal - so we need to trim the fluff down. Come Sit Stay has accommodated us above and beyond. The staff is sweet and helpful and we know our little kitty is in good hands when we drop him off. Love, love, love this place!!! read more
