Great experience with Paw Paradise and a convenient 5 minutes from our home. Our dog has a habit of wanting to paw at us to get our attention and long nails can make those attention seeking movements a bit painful. This go around we went for a de-shedding, bath and nail trim, which was great, but we will most likely utilize the nail trimming only ($15) for the majority of our trips. We have been a customer for six years, never any problems except occasionally when they would not cut our babies how we wanted them cut. Our last appointment I was running late and tried to call several times. There was no answer. I wanted to make sure that if I was late, like 10 minutes that they would still be seen because we live far away... I was informed that when they called me to see if I was on my way,.they would not see me and I had to pay for my visit since I was late and I wouldn't of made it there until right at their 15 minute leeway, I understand this for people that are late all the time they have to keep their schedule we have never been late. We are six year customer every month $140 and this is how they treat you. It's just very upsetting after so long and this is that they wouldn't even ask if you were our family has been going through some major losses right now and this was just icing on the cake.. it's just very disappointing and I feel it stands for the character of the owner. She seems very nice and staff but don't really care about your fur babies being attracted to their groomer or groomers. Don't be late!!! read more

We are so lucky to have found Christine and Paw Paradise! My husky boy and I moved to Omaha from Los Angeles a couple of months ago and needed a reliable and knowledgeable groomer... I just happened to have the day off from work and pup was a little dirty from daycare but also due for a grooming. I know that good groomers are usually booked out well in advance but I called Paw Paradise anyway and Christine was able to squeeze us in anyway! My husky was ready in under and hour and he looks amazing! The deshedding treatment used on him is awesome. When I ran my fingers through his coat almost no fur came loose! He smells great and his nails and ears also look really great. AND (this is important) when I picked him up he looked so cheerful and that tells me that he loved it there. My golden doodles are 5 and 2.5 years old. My dad and I have been going to different groomers per the years for them and we finally found this pet spa and love it! We live in Papillion, but it's worth the drive. The dogs always look and smell great. We've called with a time crunch for my engagement photos and they did their best to get them in as soon as possible! Excited to keep going here! I take our Rottweiler and daschund / corgi mix here for grooming. They always do a fantastic job! Neither dog requires much, but they get a good bath, brushing and toenail clip. WORST experience I have ever had with a groomer. I do admit we were late dropping her off. I offered to reschedule because of the error, but were told they would make it work. I was not informed of any policies when we made the appointment and life the first visit the staff was extremely rude. I was sent a message stating that she was done. FOUR phone calls followed with a text message stating we would be charged a late fee for late pick-up. I got there as soon as I could and discovered a yellowing on my dogs paw. I mentioned it and was told they had cut her foot when they were trimming her dew claws. They acted like it was no big deal and this just happens. They we're not forthcoming with the information when I picked her up. My dog was terrified and panted heavily all the way home. I will NEVER return here and recommend no one else use them either. read more
