At pick up, Kathy spoke to my husband regarding how good the dogs were, when to schedule them again for grooming and was detailed again about what she had done! Seriously, I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOGS TO BE GROOMED! They do prefer for you to drop them off early in the morning so that they can schedule him in for his bath throughout the day and can take their time with him. 4. He has gotten a hair trim with them a couple times and I was happy with the results. The groomer has experience with corgis. 5. He gets to play and get cleaned up and by the time I pick him up, he is exhausted and ready to relax. Love that for him because he has so much energy. 6. I have also left him there for boarding and they are happy to update me when I call them about him while I am out of town. 7. He seems to enjoy it very much, and does not hesitate to leave me behind.

The new owners use an automated phone system that makes it impossible to speak with a staff member, leading to an endless game of phone tag. It took over a week to get a crucial anti-anxiety medication refilled for my dog. On top of that, they demanded a new physical for my other dog's arthritis medication--a mere two months after their last exam--after another week of unanswered calls. If your pet's health is a priority, I urge you to find care elsewhere.

I was pretty afraid it would be a terrible experience and someone would get bitten, but Dr Fink immediately won his trust and was able to do the exam. So even though it's absolutely nowhere close to my house, I'm happy to drive out of my way to go here. To make things a little more convenient, you can bring in your pets for an early morning exam and then pick them up later in the day (they also do boarding and grooming). They have rooms I think is the hotel rooms for the cats and the grooming area in the back. The reception area have comfortable lounging chairs you can probably sit and wait for your cat along with merchandise items you will probably end up buying if you did stay to wait! Anyway, our cat was able to get her nails trimmed and one of her mats out before she started jumping around and wouldn't let them groom her anymore. We had never gotten her groomed, so I didn't know what she would be like. They didn't charge me for anything they did and just let me know that some cats come in with a calming medication and we could bring her back then. I am very thankful for their expertise and friendliness. I look forward to bringing her back here soon!
