This business and its caring staff were the very best that I have ever met. They treated my Little princess like a celebrity. Every one of the staff treat us like family. My dog generally gets upset when she is not going to "school" I have also had her groomed a few times and she looked absolutely adorable. You will never find a staff who love our pets more that this staff. I felt as if my baby was in the safest of hands. We love them all! read more

I help transport a dog here a few times a week for a disabled person, and it's truly one of the highlights of my routine. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by the friendliest staff and a room full of happy, wagging tails. The team clearly loves what they do -- they know the dogs by name and make every visit feel personal. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of positive energy. It's such a good feeling knowing the dogs are being cared for by people who genuinely love them. Good Karma really lives up to its name! read more

This place has great potential...if they replaced majority of their staff with people who genuinely care about dogs! The young man who works first thing in the morning is on top of everything and so sweet, but I wasn't very happy with everyone else. My dog went there for about 2 months. They don't have cameras but I always felt a little unsettled leaving him there because 99% of the time when I went to pick him up or drop him off people were just on their phones sitting there, not engaging and not paying attention to the pups. And just to clarify, it was always all the people who worked after 12pm that I saw this. Where some people might not care about this I do! Doggy daycare is expensive and what are you there for if you're just sitting in the rooms on your phones? The gentlemen who runs the afternoon after 12 I'm not a big fan of. I don't remember his name but every time I would ask him a question he would talk to me and look at me like I'm stupid. Which then made me nervous to ever ask him anything ever again. On top of that I would ask them to give my dog breaks throughout the day and they would say oh yeah yeah sure but I know they didn't because once again, when I would pick him up when the afternoon staff was there, nobody knew what I was talking about. Along with his breakfast I would drop off as well, they would never knew if he ate his food or not. They looked clueless. Fast-forward to now I take my dog to Dogtopia and it is 100x more organized and better. It does not smell like urine in the building, as they clean the whole place 2x a day and constantly wipe up any messes! They have cameras, they take a nap time from 12 to 2, they do enrichment activities with the dogs every single day, like bubbles, puzzles, movie day, paw print pictures, learning how to stay! And they have an outside area to play in!! I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I was extremely disappointed with this place and I don't understand how they have so many good reviews because when I initially picked this place their reviews made me so hopeful and think so highly of them until I actually experienced it myself. It's nothing like their reviews seriously! read more

We have two puppies that go 4-6 times a month. One is a hyper, loud beagle and one is a mostly deaf more sensitive rescue mixed breed. I have found that the staff/owners are brilliant in the way they work with specific needs. I noticed our beagle puppy isn't jumping on me like she used to and I know that's due to them working with her! I also notice that unlike other local daycares it is quiet and not packed with dogs. I can tell they allow only a certain amount of dogs. They are true dog lovers/trainers. They were also very thorough in getting to know the pups and made sure all medical history and vaxx were there before any daycare. Highly recommend read more

Small office with different size enclosures. We went for my newly adopted dogs barking issues. She got her to stop almost instantly even though there were other dogs in the back triggering her. She quickly taught and showed me practical things I personally could do. Basically hinged on misdirection and stopping before hitting her threshold. Obviously she's not magically 'cured' after one visit but I have the tools to continue her training. I appreciated that afterwards she followed up with multiple documents detailing different subjects that would specifically help my dog. For $75 for an hour of personal training, I really got my money's worth. read more

I recently reached out via a FB group for suggestions about where to take my arthritic, senior dog to get groomed. I had several recommendations for Ryann at Good Karma Dog Center so I thought I would start there. She seemed flexible because she was able to get my dog in very quickly at a time that worked great for me. At this time you are not able to enter Good Karma without permission and they request that you call upon arrival. I called and Ryann came out to greet me, masked, ready to groom my pup. I just got a regular bath and nail trim ($30 with a 4% charge for credit card fee) but they did such a good job. He smelled so good and got a cute Thanksgiving themed bandana. I did not catch the name of the girl who brought him out to me but she was so kind. From what she said they took great care of my dog who is terrified of the blow dryer and let him chill to air dry and also spend some extra time outside when he wasn't quite ready to come inside. I will definitely be returning! read more

This is the best place to take your dog! They work with you to get a well-mannered tired happy dog. Highly recommend !!

This daycare is close by my work and although it is a fairly small place, the place is clean and smells nice. Overall, staff is friendly. Tuesdays and Thursdays are typically the days that my dog goes as there are bigger dogs for her to play with and there are some great dogs that frequent good karma! read more

We have a rescue corgi who has had minimal socialization and did not know how to interact with other dogs. We tried another daycare in town that used pack and alpha dog mentality, and our dog came home even more frightened and afraid. We knew good karma was the right place because right away we could tell the staff gave her nothing but the individual attention she needed. After only a couple months, she is like a completely different dog. She is excited to go to Good Karma, interacts great with other animals, and always comes home physically and emotionally stimulated. Great place! read more

If you need training for your dog I highly recommend Good Karma! Our dog's leash and greeting behaviors really needed work (pulling, lunging, etc...). They worked with my schedule and I was able to have the option of private sessions (at a very reasonable price) or a group class. We ended up doing two private sessions and I've seen a huge difference. They gave me the tools I needed to practice with my dog to get the behaviors I desired from her. Another reason that I ended up going with Good Karma is that they use positive reinforcement to train, rather than punitive methods, which I'm certain would not have had the same results. read more

My dog had been attending another day care on occasion for company and socialization. I decided to check out Good Karma Dog Center, and when I stepped through the doors, I was impressed. I saw staff members who had a true love of dogs as well as a great deal of patience. Staff members accommodate as well as work with dogs that have special needs or idiosyncrasies. And even though I don't go on a regular basis, when we enter, my pooch is warmly greeted by name and lavished with attention. She then is placed with dogs that best suit her demeanor. I have no worries when I leave her with the experienced team at Good Karma. MM read more

Our first Good Karma Dog Center training session was a breakthrough for our timid rescue dog. At 12 years old, our lovable Raven was not properly socialized as a pup, and likely abused or neglected before we adopted her at age 9. Being overweight, dependent, and very scared of people, she needs a lot of coaxing from us to get moving, and strangers put her in a tailspin. Barbara and her assistant came over and showed us what her behaviors indicate, as well as the things we can do to help her feel more comfortable. A simple yet thorough 45-minute session gave us a whole new "language" to help Raven feel relaxed and build her confidence. In just three weeks of working with her using the cues Barbara introduced, we have noticed a tremendous difference in her attitude - she's hiding less and getting her "spunk" back! We can't thank Good Karma enough, and were thrilled with their very kind, personalized service. read more

Good Karma is amazing. My puppy has been here for 2 months. She comes exhausted after a long day of play. The facility is spotless, the staff is amazing and the environment is totally dog centered. I recently walked in and did not hear a single bark, only 13 very happy, content, quiet and relaxed dogs! Love them! read more

My dogs have gone to Good Karma since it opened two years ago. The people are true dog people and treat all the animals with kindness and respect. They have a good ratio of people to animals, allowing for individual treatment. Older dogs and special needs dogs are welcome and treated well read more
