We just visited That Dog Wash for the first time and WOW!!! I wish we would've found them sooner! Our white German Shepherd was so comfortable here! Staff was so nice & welcoming. Reggie was amazing and so helpful! The tubs lift up/down with a door that lets your dog in easily, which was extremely helpful since our girl doesn't have full use of her back legs. They provided a non-slip mat, brushes for her undercoat (which did an amazing job to brush her out before we bathed her) shampoo, conditioner, leave in spray for her coat, they literally provide everything! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have absolutely everything you need to wash your dog including stuff to clean their ears and teeth and different spritz's for after the bath. Overall great experience at That Dog Wash! PROS: Very helpful staff. Reggie clearly loves dogs and was extremely kind and gentle to my nervous pup. The tubs have levers to lift the tub up or down on both sides! Super helpful while washing! The shop vac for drying is also great, love seeing all that extra hair blown out. High quality products. Facial wash used instead of having to spray my dog in the face. CONS: They don't open until 11 AM. Closed on Wednesday's. You have to pay for parking. Very far from where I live. read more

I took my second rescue Long Coated Akita here for his first time. I wasn't sure how he would take to a bath, and didn't what to dump that unknown on a groomer. Hiro did fine hopped into the wash tub with out any problem. He wasn't real thrilled with the spray, soon settled down as I talked and shampooed him. Reggie remembered me and my last Akita. We'll be back after I finished getting more of the excess undercoat combed out now that it's been loosened and cleaned up. I just walked in on A Friday and the staff greeted me and my dog as soon as I walked in. They got me set up to do a self-wash and nail trim for my dog Myah. The staff had such a calming presence and Myah wasn't as anxious as she normally is when getting her nails trimmed! The staff showed me where everything was and explained everything very well. They even offered to give Myah a treat but she's got a sensitive stomach so we had to decline. Prices were reasonable for what you get. I will definitely be back on a regular basis! read more

She knows every dog by name and loves to get to know regulars. With her dog training and overall passion she's a wealth of doggy information. It took me several months to calm down enough to write this review they messed my dog all the way up and it took forever for her fur to grow back to finally go somewhere else to fix her I would not recommend this place for grooming any curly haired fro ish dogs I have not been anywhere that messed her up like this place. I literally cried in store (yes I'm dramatic) at the first glance of her fur they did give me a slight discount but should've called me to decide how I wanted her fur cut before they just shaved my dog. They tried to put blame on me but she has been way worse where the groomer knew how to do their job and manage to cut her still cute! below a picture I showed them of how I wanted my dog cut then 2 pictures of what they did and then pictures of her now for reference maybe it doesn't look too terrible but definitely not what I asked for read more

I can't say enough good things! The staff here is absolutely amazing - super kind and helpful, very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I had never gotten my dog groomed before because he has crazy anxiety (and so do i) and they were so kind to both of us. I took him in for a full groom and he came out looking like a new dog! He's so clean cut, soft and in such a good mood afterwards, I couldn't believe it. I am so happy with this place and I can't wait to come back to get my other dog groomed. Never got to experience the grooming but customer service on returning phone calls would be a zero stars for me. The voicemail says to leave message and they will return the call. I left two messages and never once did I get a call back. If you're not taking new customers, say that on your message. I am at the point, if they return my call now, I don't think I would even go. First and last time for me. We took our lab in for a nail trim. They got us right in(positive) we then proceeded to the lady that was doing the trim. Our dog had to get into a bath tub which was dirty with another dogs hair. Actually 2 other dogs as the lady explained. I'd think they'd wash the tubs out after each grooming or whatever else they use them for. I told her that my dog doesn't like the drummel on her nails. She said "well we use both" she then clipped her front paw and used the drummel on the rest of them. She did a horrible job! Not to mention didn't listen to what I had asked or said. My Bella pug and I hate nail trim day BuT Regi has made the chore much more tolerable with the time she takes and the way she does her nails. I am so happy to have found this place; it has been a saving grace for me and my Westie. I have a feisty pup who will not let people groom him and in desperation, I posted on a local FB page about my situation, seeking help. Thankfully, Jenn reached out and asked me to bring my dog to her; she'd love to work with him. She even came in on her night off to spend some time with him which I really appreciated. She has been so good with my dog and is making progress in gaining his trust and I'm very confident he has found his permanent groomer. I found this place through Google searches. My daughter and I decided to stop by first to check it out before bringing our fur baby. The people working there were awesome and understanding. Our dog is still learning leash behavior, so she has anxiety when meeting new people and new dogs. However, after a couple of barks, she settled down. We went right after this location opened on a Sunday. There was no wait, and one other tub out of the three tubs was being used. Once we got our 55lb dog into the tub (wasn't difficult at all), we used the tethers they provide, and then took off her leash and collar. It was easy from there. They provided everything we needed. Our dog even let us use the dryer on her. She looked and felt like a million bucks walking out. We'll definitely make this place part of our normal routine for our fur baby. read more

This dog wash is great for a big dog because the tubs have hydroloc lifts under them. They have a bunch of combs and soaps you can use and the workers are extremely helpful. Worth the price and the drive downtown. When we went to pay the owner gave my dog a few treats to try. They even have a big blowdryer to use. The prices are extremely good. I've taken my dogs here for a few years, twice now since it's under new ownership. I noticed a few little improvements on Saturday: the hose nozzles actually work and don't leak and there is now more than just one blow dryer for the three self-wash tubs. Love this place! The hydraulic tubs are a life saver for anyone who has a dog that doesn't enjoy being lifted. Atlas doesn't love being groomed but he's always happy to come here and will just hop right in the tub. We've only done the self wash here but got a sanitary trim the last time we were in. They did a great job, especially because Atlas' butt is sacred to him and he doesn't like people or dogs snooping back there. They care about the dogs and their service.
