When we mentioned these concerns and showed videos of the episodes he was having multiple times it was brushed off with no concern even after telling the doctor it has gotten worse. We trusted them and tried to let it go, but I felt like something was wrong. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times with concerns and was told I would get a vet to call me back each time with no call for three days straight. I finally got fed up today and decided to go back to CAP and have him evaluated where they immediately diagnosed a URI and provided the proper medications. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of communication, understanding, and professionalism here. I have worked with animals, shelter and vet settings, so I understand how common URI's are, but if someone else just let it go thinking it were normal not knowing better who knows if their pet should be okay. I am writing this in hopes that the doctors will strive to listen to their patients better without dismissing their concerns. The front desk and vet techs were amazing. Super kind and very communicative. I'm not super happy with the $70 fee for a fecal, but with a free first exam I can't complain too much about that. Please do yourself a favor and be mindful of where you bring your new or sick pet. I'm incredibly disappointed.

For $18 you get an hour to spend with all the cats that they have in their facility and you can buy treats to give them and Special cat lollipops to give them Alex gave us all the rules and let us know everything about all the cats who are mostly up for adoption if you would like to adopt one. He was so informative and friendly, which made the experience even better The cats have lots of towers to play on and a hamster wheel and cat scratching stands around the room and there's plenty of places for them to lay down and hide and nap. There are places on the walls for them to layout on and lots of toys for them to play with. You must have socks on to enter the lounge and play with the kittens. We had such an amazing experience that I cannot wait to go back. This is a great place to bring children before you get them a pet to see how they interact with the animals. And again, Alex made this experience 100% better and every Business should have someone like him running their shop. At the other dog groomers, you pay significantly more for the same service we have been receiving at Linda's. Linda loves her animals. I say this because I have seen times when she has taken in abandoned animals and has found them homes. We were looking for 2 kittens for our home and it just so happened that Linda had found them abandoned and was looking for a home for them. When we picked the cats up, you could tell that they were cared for. Linda also provided us with some kitten food. The other thing we like about Linda's grooming is the location. Clay Rd Animal Clinic is located directly across the parking lot. When an animal is in need, it seems the two are able to take care of what the pet needs.
