Our tiny Morkie, Mindy, can be a handful, but Rhianna handled her with such calm competence that we knew she was in great hands. A bad attitude is more infectious than covid. I went in smiling- found what i needed, personal looked like she was ticked off at me and i did nothing. People in pet stores should be at least a little happy. I get tired -but not pissed. I did nothing to you-but smile. The regular groomer not there, another groomer named caleb tried to grind my dog's nails. When I got home, my dog's dew claw was ragged and bleeding. My next appointment I mentioned to my regular groomer what happened with caleb. Now I call for my next appointment the person on the phone trying to figure out when kaitlyn is there. Finally Sunday, I call Sunday to make sure. Now per Dominic I'm banned because of my attitude towards the owner caleb (whom I never spoke to, only mentioned to my regular groomer kaitlyn, I did mention to Dominic that I've always been a good customer, give $5 $10 tip plus buy their products, asked him please have someone call me and explain why I've been banned and again why don't take it out on my little rescue pup.

We still like them and they're cute, but when in here you also have to specifically avoid the pet sections otherwise I end up with a broken heart, or extra cats, usually both. But yeah, definitely a great place to come and shop for pet stuff. Just like I said watch out for the heartbreaking pets trying to be adopted, and be aware that this massive chain store does make plenty of money off of those and the adoption agencies do not.

I went in looking for a new friend after losing my dog in October. I had had birds before, but I had never considered a Caique. All their birds are hand fed and on pellets, vegetables and fruits. Robin went above and beyond and drove 40 minutes away to deliver my cage so I could take him home that day!!! They also sent me home with his favorite treat popcorn.
