    5/28/2024 @ 12:30pm I had a grooming appt with Alshon. I arrived 15 minutes late, which I should have called to let him know. Walked into the salon, and I had a young male check me in, alshon was in the back and came up to ask questions and confirming what I would like. Shave down to a 4, clean feet, clean face, and DO NOT CUT LASHES, and trim down top knot. I left and was asked to come back at 3pm. I walked in and asked the salon to send me the invoice online. I paid and looked up and I seen my poor dog. SHE LOOKED A HOT MESS! Ears are cut up literally! Top knot, she doesn't even have any, he cut off everything that makes her a poodle. It's such a choppy haircut. There is no professional cut ANYWHERE! I trusted him to make sure he understood what I wanted, and I feel like he rushed her cut to leave like he was trying to do earlier when I walked in. I am utterly disappointed & disgusted with his skills and will never bring my baby here again. She has a HUGE BALD SPOT ON HER EAR BECAUSE HE SHAVED HER!!!!!!!!!! On the flip side, the manager(I HATE I DONT KNOW HER NAME) was EXTREMELY helpful. She saw my face and I stopped and asked her what could I do with a dissatisfied haircut. She was such a saving grace and angel, I REALLY appreciate her refunding my money, because she seen the terrible haircut done! I would like to thank her for offering grace through the situation. Thank you!

    I have to buy prescription dog food from PetSmart. This dog food is so expensive. I wish PetSmart would have coupons on this food. They never have it on sale either. I have had to ask an associate to see if they gave more in the back because none on the shelves almost every time I go there. This chore should take me 5 minutes but because I have to wait for an associate it turns it into a 20-25 minute chore. Please stock the shelves. And get coupons for prescription dog food. (Yes I know they have a reward program but $5.00 is not much off $40.00 case of dog food)

    Extremely uneven ears, bald dog

    I'm absolutely disgusted by my experience at this groomer. I brought my two 4 month old Yorkies Roux and Chanel in yesterday for hair cuts with Kerra. First, I asked for the hair to be lightened up on their ears as it was weighing them down. The groomer looked at me like I was stupid and said that wasn't going to matter, that "some dogs ears lay differently" I told her yes I know but their ears were up, but now the hair is weighing them down, the breeder I work with had the same issue, and with a little trim, her yorkie's ears went straight up. Please just trim it. Next I wanted an all over trim on both dogs so I booked full haircuts so that everything I wanted could get done but she told me that the girl only needed to be charged for a trim unless I wanted a more drastic haircut. Next and most importantly, she said my boy yorkie Roux had so much matting and had to be shaved. This is just not true. He had a bit of tangling near his legs because his hair is very thick but he is brushed every day. She made me feel so bad about his hair that I said yes, shave what you need to shave but keep his body longer, just short enough to blend well with his legs. She showed me the length it would be and though it was a little shorter than I wanted, I said ok because it still would look ok. When I returned and saw my babies, I wanted to cry. She butchered their haircuts. The girl looked like she hadn't even been touched, which is awful but that was a blessing because she shaved my baby Roux down to his skin except for his ears. The one thing I wanted to be shorter. He looked ridiculous. I asked her to at least fix their ears like I asked for, I took my puppies, paid the ridiculous amount for their grooming (with a dematting fee added, although she did no dematting) and went home. I have countless witnesses who have seen Roux in the last few weeks and can attest that his hair was not matted. He is a very well taken care of dog. I have been a yorkie owner for 15 years. I have had a yorkie with floor length hair and never once has one of my Yorkies had to be shaved like this because the groomers knew how to do their jobs. This so called groomer that shaved him was just plain lazy. She tried to deter me from cutting more of Chanel's hair because she wanted less to do and then buzzed off Roux's beautiful hair. She just didn't want to put in the work and took the easy route. Here are before and after pictures of Roux

    Today I went to purchase a de-wormer for my dog at the Coppperfield PETSMART. I noticed the price was higher on the shelf than the price I had saw online. I asked the cashier Marcko if he could price match for me. I forgot my phone at the house but he insisted he wouldn't be able to pull up the price for me. I thought this was very rude. I went to PetCO yesterday and they had no problem matching the price on their phone as a courtesy to me. I wish Petsmart would do the same. I was upset but I bought it anyway. I went right home and got my phone and went right back up to the store to price match and show the price on my phone. It was a huge inconvenience that I had to go all the way back home just for a price match from their own website. I did a refund and re-purchased my item saving me a total of $16.50. Had it been a small difference I wouldn't have bothered with the trouble, but that's a lot of money to let slide like that! Not only was MARCKO not helpful he had the nerve to ask me if I opened the box!! I said, " Uh no, I just bought it and came right back within 15 minutes". I literally could go on about how Marcko was low key being a smart ass. It was obvious he was trying to give me a hard time. I will never shop here again. If the store manager reads this or corporate... I recommend you step up the training of customer service and courtesy to customers. A side note to consider too is that the employees don't respect the social distancing. They were face to face with other customers and it freaked me out a bit. I don't even think they realized. Sad.

    SOOOO disappointed in my dogs grooming today. Literally looks like my toddler could've done it. There are long pieces and short pieces and he just looks AWFUL! This hasn't been the first time here either and I had never experienced anything like this before. They knew how I wanted it cut. I will never take him back now, I don't know what the misconnection is here but I'm beyond unhappy!

    Date of visit : Friday July 2, 2021 Department : Fish Time : 5:45pm Customer service agent working fish department asked if I needed help and then looked at me in contempt because of my glasses. She then told her coworkers to take a view and they did. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I then asked if they had a certain product in stock and her tone became very rude and short. I grabbed my item and left as quick as I could. Secondly the management was very watchful of people of color both brown and black but where very friendly to people of white skin. This is not my first experience with this store so the accusation of racial profiling has been confirmed. Seems to be going downhill after manager with rimless glasses came on. Checkout agent was respectful

    Tex gets groomed and pampered more times in one month than I do in a quarter year! He gets cleaned, cut, nails clipped, dipped, etc. 1-2 times a month ... and yet I can't remember the last time I got my nails done. But he deserves it. And, surprisingly, PetSmart's groom shop delivers. The in-store items may be above the average price scale, but the groom shop is right on point of what I'm willing to pay. The standard grooming (with optional dipping), ear cleaning, nail clipping and bath is only $30. They even have treats and spray samples at the check-in. But the sprays aren't needed. My little Texie-Mexie smelled the best he's ever smelled coming home from the groomer - like a citrus flower - and his coat was shining in the sun and soft to the touch. Aw, my baby. There are other grooming packages, so call/check online ahead of time. And you have to sign a form acknowledging that if they find any fleas on your dog, the price goes up. That's never been the case with Texas, but you never know... The only downside it that they are always booked, so you have to schedule days, if not a week, in advance. And my last check-in service was a hassle last time. They couldn't find my appointment, which took a long time. The other dogs that wait in the kennels, either drying off or awaiting their owner, are all so very loud (my dog isn't a barker. Seriously.). But despite this, I still keep coming back.

    Took our pup for her first groom this past Saturday 2/1/2020 without an appointment. They had availability so we left her. Picked her up a few hours later and was amazed at the beautiful job Matty did on our baby! She didn't even look like our pup! She got a bath, a puppy sanitary cut, nails filed, teeth brushed, and ears plucked all for $35! You cannot beat that! Plus Matty our bows on her which was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

    If I could give zero stars I would, never EVER am I bring my dog here again. I've been being him for years and he's never been cut the way he was when I picked him up yesterday. DO NOT COME HERE. Go somewhere else.

    Petsmart half-groomed my poodle, then contacted me they had to stop the grooming due to a dental problem???  Unrelated to grooming.

    Saturday, 7-24-21. I dropped off my 14 year old miniature Poodle for grooming at 8AM. One of the groomers did the pre-grooming check and discovered no issues. If there were any issues, I was not made aware. Around 9AM the groomer called and said they couldn't complete the grooming due to a loose tooth on the right side of my dog's lower jaw. I was surprised .... what does a loose tooth or furthermore a dog's dental health have to do with grooming? When I came to pick up my dog shortly thereafter I was shocked and appalled! They were returning my dog to me half groomed! See the attached photo. I couldn't believe they were really returning my dog to me in this condition. I immediately called for a manager. I asked the manager on numerous occasions to "make this right" and finish grooming my dog. He refused each time I asked. I told him I would show the 5 customers waiting in line how they butchered my dog if he didn't "do the right thing." He refused a final time and I proceeded to show my dog to the awaiting customers. To say the least, they were all surprised. In fact, one customer decided they didn't want their dog hacked in the same way, so she left the store. She met me outside and gave me a list of pet groomers in the area. Funny, PetSmart wasn't on that list! I took my dog to Paws (8110 Jackrabbit Rd., 77095) and they immediately (without any notice) took my dog and completed her grooming. Thank you Paws for the great customer service! For over 10 years, every other month, I've taken my dog to PetSmart Copperfield for her grooming, and this is the way my dog and I were treated. Shame on you PetSmart! Needless to say they've lost my business!

The neighborhood took turns putting out water and food for her. She kinda looked pregnant so I was a bit concerned since the hoa said they would have her euthanized... so we took her in for a week now. And fatten her up ;) After calling many non kill shelters, and vets to get her the correct medical treatment she needed...I was getting discouraged since so many programs were full. When we reached out to PetBar through yelp about the situation... not only did they answer within two hours but they were so incredibly kind! Their groomers are top notch! I can tell they were professional because they knew how to handle her ... it seems like the dog was beaten because she was scared and very on guard... every time you try to pet her she would flinch :( and duck. I didn't know how she would deal with the stress of grooming. We can't afford to keep her and I am allergic to most dogs and cats. So our best bet is to get her all squared away health and cleanliness wise for the best outcome. I didn't have much hope since I called so many places... yet... Pet Bar has exceeded our expectations of quality skillful professionals with kind hearts. One of the best grooming places I have been to! They were so sweet and the owners were so generous with providing "sweet pea" with all the hygienic care that was long overdue. I highly recommend this outstanding establishment! From the owners to the staff in the front and their groomers. Trust that your lovely fury friends are safe and more than loved here. Once again I would like to thank the owners on behalf of sweet pea! After her vet appointment on Monday she is in her best attire to find a loving home! :) thank you so much again guys!     TLDR: Our dog was attacked and they claim that he scratched himself. First photo is a pic from them…read moreand the rest are after the area was shaved for veterinary care. Judge for yourself if the injuries are scratches or bite marks and if a dog is physically able to scratch itself on the inside of its ear. They are very clearly puncture wounds to us and our vet. --------------------------------------- Dropped off our blind dog 11.24.2025 at roughly 3pm. The morning of 11.28.2025 we received a message that his ear had been bleeding and they believed it was from scratching so they provided him with the expected medical care. Afternoon of 11.29.2025 they told us he was "shaking". My wife was able to pick him up early and take him to the emergency vet (Saturday evening and regular vet closed) who shaved and treated the area and gave him antibiotics. We did follow-up with our regular vet and they determined that the injuries were puncture wounds from a dog attack. When we told them Fur Paws said the injuries were from him scratching himself they looked at us like we had just told them 1 + 1 = 3. In spite of the records we provided from the vet showing his treatment history and their diagnosis of "dog bite wounds and vestibular disease" Fur Paws claims he arrived there with some condition that led to him scratching himself (on the inside of his ear too!). He arrived 11.24, they noticed wounds 11.28, and by the afternoon of 11.29 he was shaking so he had a fever. It takes 24-72 hours for infection and then a fever to occur so one can do the math on their claim that he arrived with an ailment already. Then you add in that these are clearly not scratch marks and you see that they're questioning our intelligence with their explanation. Send your dog here at your own risk.

Upon picking him up, it was discovered that the hair in his head was indeed cut. After contacting Eddie to inform him of the matter, he then conveyed to me that José, the technician, stated that he "felt disrespected" and that services to our dog would be discontinued. Eddie went on to say that because of the dog's disposition- there are no other techs who desired to "put up with him" and "José was the only tech who would groom him." The irony is: If in fact the dog were so unmanageable, amazingly, Eddie would call my friend to see when would she be bringing him in. If the dog were that bad, his services should have been refused 2 years ago. The final analysis- Eddie told me that he would refund me the money from the last service and that due to the dog's disgruntled disposition- there was a TLC fee, which we have never seen, prior to that day. As a patron, it was NEVER about the money. It was about José failing to follow instructions and when the issue was addressed, the company assumed a stance of victimization, which resulted in poor customer service. Accountability goes a long way a business, and sadly, they chose not to be held accountable.

We do the express grooming so she is finished in two hours. She's always clean, happy, and he takes excellent care of her. She looks beautiful every time and I can tell she likes it because when she goes there she knows exactly where to go off the leash. For credit cards they do add a fee for the processing which is fair so we Zelle every time to avoid the fee. Prices are competitive and it's actually lower than you would think. Parking is always available.
