While the cooks know how to cook the waitstaff do not know the definition of cleanliness. They have touched money, their faces and then buttered toast while touching the toast without gloves or washing their hands. That is just disgusting. I would come back but I would never order something that needs to be touched after being cooked. The staff are polite and give good service but not using gloves or washing hands cancels out the service. read more

Love this place food is great wonderful family like atmosphere The portions & prices surpass any diner/coffee shop in the area. We usually fill one of the big tables in back the staff is quick and attentive whether it's just two of us or times as many as 12 they are always very accommodating, the food always comes out quickly and your coffee cup is always full. We've been coming here for years at least two three times a week whether to eat or just have coffee with friends, but unfortunately lately not so much only because (and I hate to say it but) one of the waitresses (Robin) shes a decent server nice enough but she's always miserable if it's busy she complains it's too busy, if it's slow she complains shes not making any money which of course you then feel obligated to leave a big tip. As a costumer that spends a lot of time and money there the last thing we want is a server that's going to make us feel uncomfortable, her complaining aside listening to her gossip about customers or colleagues to anyone that will listen is just too much. Our group has started to go elsewhere and it's really too bad because we miss it, We've been going there since it was Cote's it's unfortunate how one toxic person can have such an effect. Maybe if she were more like Jess (another server) things would be different, she's wonderful friendly quick she's just what a server should be. Hopefully she'll learn to smile more stop the gossiping & complaining and not bring her customers down. read more

Cute little breakfast and lunch joint! We were in the area and didn't want to go to Denny's - please. Not an option. We were greeted immediately, and told we could sit anywhere we liked. Jessica was our server - what a nice young woman! She was awesome and kept the coffee coming. We ordered a "breakfast bowl" full of eggs, peppers, Ham, etc. and came with delicious home fries and toast. Also, we ordered an over easy eggs and hash - home fries and toast, also.... the coffee was good and strong - not bitter or weak. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The family and I were looking for somewhere to have breakfast. We stumbled upon this place. We walked in this really tall plus size waitress greeted us with a sigh and motion for us to find a table. I guess she was having a bad day. Thank god we had a different person take our order. Our food came pretty quick but it was gross! Why should French toast taste like bacon and the syrup taste like water. I brought this to their attention I was told all the syrup taste the same it would cost 3 dollars if I wanted maple syrup. The hash looked and tasted like slop! I will never eat at this nasty place again! The floors were gross as well. Don't stop here it sucks! read more

This was our first and last time having breakfast here. The ham and hash browns were not up to temperature. The corned beef hash came straight from a bucket and looked comparable to dog shit and also was not cooked correctly. The toast was saturated in butter. Meanwhile you see the unsanitary conditions in the grill area. We will never go back here and will stick to Memos in West Springfield which has the best breakfast in Western Ma. read more

One of the best little secrets in Chicopee. The food is tasty, flavorful and portions are bountiful for the price. You can't go wrong with any of the options, but you must try the ginormous ham. All in all, this is a place to write home about and we became instant fans. read more

A great find on the 4th of July! MUST get the ham...must have been almost a pound! Wife had the red white and blue pancake....strawberries, blueberries and bananas...perfect for Independence Day (not on the menu but they can make it for you). I don't know what that other person is talking about because we go there every Sunday and HAVE gone there every Sunday since before the change of owners. Perhaps they experienced a new-restaurant-growing-pains moment? We find the wait staff VERY friendly and hard working, the owner is a hoot and the food is WONDERFUL! With the last place I couldn't get things cooked the way I wanted. With this crew I have not sent anything back! I love their special pancakes! The ham they serve is the size of my head! The omelets are also VERY good! AND they attend their bathrooms very well! (the last ones didn't!). Really, my only complaint is that they don't make their own waffles.... which I understand is very time consuming and messy.... It's a small place..... I get theat. So far our Sundays are fixed for the foreseeable future -- as well as several friends of ours! read more

I give it 3 stars just because the eggs Benedict special the waffles and chocolate chip pancakes were amazing! The portions were huge. Now the service was not the worst but it was not so good. We walked in our first time here the waitress upfront didn't greet us just told us to sit wherever we wanted ok..... After we sat she took our orders left another plus we didn't have to wait much at all for our food bought it out we didn't see her again until she handed us our check and took our money. It will be a great place if the service was better and it was more spacious our 18 month olds high chair took up most of our area space. Horrible customer service! Just left there. My husband takes my son here to have breakfast sometimes so I joined them today. I only drink Dunkin Donuts iced coffee and brought mine in with me. The waitress came over to us and said that it's a Chicopee "law" that I can't bring in outside beverages or food. After consulting with her that it isn't a law, she still insisted that I couldn't drink my iced coffee on their premises. So we left. They want to not make $25+ from us today plus all future purchases just to prove a point..so be it. My family will never be dining there again. i went there today since i actually liked the diner that was previously in this location and thought maybe it was the same one with just a new name. unfortunately, it's not. first off, the waitress was very short with me and made it clear she didn't want anything to do with me nor my friend. i'm not usually one to call racism to anything, but the way she treated just me and my friend: not talking to us, giving us dirty looks, being down right rude when she was forced to talk to us, whispering to her coworkers while looking directly at us, really made me feel that it wasn't that she hated her job, but she hated us. we just so happened to be the only black people in there, so that's the only thing i can think of. beyond the crappy service, the food was absolutely disgusting. i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was greatly disappointed. the chicken was obviously a frozen misshapen patty that slightly reeked of fish somehow. i felt nauseous after taking just one bite and despite paying $7 for it, i threw the sandwich and the less than a handful of chips that came with it, out after 3 bites. i definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. read more

This is not an easily attained 5 star! I'm very hard to please when it comes to breakfast. They do it right here. Great price, great food! Tons of seating... Never have to wait! This place has always been my number 1 favorite place for about a year now. You get good quantities of food for a decent price. But I've been highly disappointed how things have been going for the past week or so. I had to send my food back at least 4 times. It wasn't the waitstaffs fault. There was on server that isn't there anymore who was there for a long time. She was great very efficient, very nice, did her job very well and had a good sense dealing with people. It's sad she's not there anymore. We loved seeing the sisters! read more
