After working with Breyers, Bubba is calm on walks, walks directly next to me with no redirection, and has become a perfect gentleman at the vet! The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

I was told Laura would be contacting me with progress reports, but I never heard from her. When I finally called to check in, I was told she had "just left." I decided to stop by in person to find out what was going on, only to learn that Laura had actually been out sick and hadn't been there at all during the first week. She asked me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which I agreed to -- and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. Again, there was zero communication, no follow-up, and overall, completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed. This experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expected for my dog's care and training. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. It has been 10 days since I picked up my puppy and I have not received an email (as Victoria told me I would before I left), about what my puppy was supposedly trained on! She didn't have my email address HOWEVER, I emailed it to her the very next day bright and early and never got a response! I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. She also responds very quick to text and is flexible with payments. She also makes sure your puppy's have current vaccinations to protect your puppy and others. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. The staff know every dog by name--every time we walk in, they greet her with a cheerful "Good morning, Roux!" and she's always so excited to see them. I've seen them give the same warm welcome to every dog that comes through the door. It's clear the staff truly love and care for all of their pups. We're so thankful to have a place where Roux can be herself and release all of her Vizsla energy before coming home ready to curl up on the couch with us.
