‍Reactive dog owner here!…read more I'd like to start off by saying I have never had a bad experience at any of the Unleashed locations! The staff at each store are absolutely phenomenal. I frequent this store for their dog bathing stations- we usually go to the Cary location but just found this Stonehenge spot which is a little closer to us. General Unleashed info: I always call ahead to reserve a spot for a bath- you must do this to ensure they have time for you. Baths are reserved for an hour. They usually fill up quickly for a weekend spot but I've never had any issues with same day reservations so long as you are flexible. I also really appreciate that the staff has always been super considerate and understanding when I specify that my dog is reactive to both other dogs and some people. I usually let them know while he looks super approachable because he's so fluffy and cute () he's kind of a butthead with strangers (). They always respond with kindness and politely give him plenty of space when we come in- and also let us know if there are other dogs in the store when we come in! I cannot tell you how much reassurance this gives us as owners to a reactive dog- we appreciate this courtesy so much! Protip: buy the frequent bather card! $60 for 4 baths and your 5th is free! They link this to your phone number so you don't have to worry about losing the card and it is good for use at any of their locations! Stonehenge specific: The bathing area is in the back of the store and is a converted bathroom and has plenty of space! I love that you can close and lock the door! (Re: reactive dog) There are ties you can use in the bathing tub as well as the drying area in case you have an escape artist. The water took a little to warm up but got to a nice mild temp for my pup. I would say the bathing station is a good size for dogs up to the 60-ish lb range. 70 and up might be a challenge just because of the height but I'm sure you could manage if you are determined. TL;DR $15 self bathing station, well worth the price for not having to clean up/well stocked bathing area and very accommodating staff.

Training was priceless. I was skeptical but just added a new baby Rottweiler to the family and…read moresafety for him and others was my #1 concern. Training was beyond expectations and definitely beyond what I could have done without creating mistrust. They came out several times and even brought another dog to walk around and create a serious distraction. Equipment is expensive. I put off putting 2 other animals on the system due to price and ended up paying more in damages. Ugh!! Discs are so nice and movable. The 6ft disc can go from 6in to 6ft with the touch of a plus or minus button instantly and can be tossed in a new flower bed or on the couch. We have a cat which means the formal dining room table can finally be decoratively set, couch no longer gets scratched so I didn't have to live with embarrassing clear tape on it anymore. I can enjoy my home as I want to and not feel like I am living in their house instead of mine. I was miserable and with the solutions invisible fence provides I can finally walk around with hair & dirt on my furniture and certain rugs. I'm not hearing glass breaking from an unruly cat flying across a surface full of champagne flutes! She's lucky she's otherwise so darn cute! TIPS: pay attention to where your fence is and understand how to twist it back together when the famous ATT or yard people don't bother to check for other signals and run through it. I think they secretly enjoy it. Its a super easy twist of your fingers but its a $100 service charge. People don't work for free. I know I don't. Know where its connected to your home and keep an eye out for the beeping sound that warns you of a disconnect. Thank you Invisible Fence, without your solutions (even though you charge a fortune) I would have adopted someone out and it may have been me :) haha I was a ball of stress and anxiety. I was miserable and not enjoying our space....1st world problems

It was $3k for the fence install and 2 collars. Okay, since other wireless containment was not good…read morefor our wooded property and we wanted the dogs to stop chasing the deer. About a month after the installation, I noticed that the electrical outlet in my pump house wasn't working. Called the electrician and they identified the problem was a cut line when the Invisible Fence installer had trenched to bury the wire.. Since we couldn't prove that the installer had done the damage (we seldom check the pump house unless there is a problem), Invisible Fence declined to pay for the repairs. $3k repair cost that wasn't covered by insurance. Ugh! And last week our 7-year-old grandson attached a collar to his remote control car and launched the collar into the woods. Spent hours looking for it to no avail. Called Invisible Fence for a replacement collar and the cost was $400! My jaw hit the floor. When I expressed my shock at the price, the person on the other end suggested that I take the trainer base out into the woods and see if I could hear the collar beeping in order to find it. I did ask her if she had lost her mind because an area that large, to hear a light beeping from the collar, I would have to be belly-crawling on the ground and get lucky that I ran across it because the beeping is so faint. So, if I had just called a fence company and had the same area fenced in with a chainlink fence, I would be out about the same amount of money. I did my due diligence when looking for dog containment options. Invisible Fence is NOT the ideal choice.

The poodle mainly stayed up at the register ready to assist (literally stood at the register- so cute!). Another dog owner came in and the poodle didn't react, the perfect shop dog. The shop is really cute with a wide range of treats, toys, and gifts. Much of it is centered around pet gifting, but the treat selection was fantastic! I can't wait to go back. We got two large frosted treats for $8(with tax) and grabbed a grooming pamphlet. I've heard good things on next door about their grooming so I look forward to making an appointment sometime and reporting back. Such a fun addition to the area.

READ BEFORE GOING - DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more Just wanted to start off by saying I own a wooly husky, therefore long hair and double coated dog. My baby has a beautiful red and white coat and since we couldn't go to our usual groomer and she was in desperate need of a haircut we decided to try here. BAD IDEA! At first entering the place it does have a nice vibe and seemed to be like a trustworthy groomer. In going over what we wanted for our dog I said many times do not SHAVE her as the groomer immediately opened with "do you want her shaved" as her first line...should've taken that as a red flag. As stated I said multiple times do NOT shave her...anyone with a half a brain and who claims to be groomer should know you never shave a double coated dog. I said let's trim up her length leave her hair long and the groomer even said we will leave the hair long and kind of match it to her leg hair length....which was slightly grown out and just need a touch up trim...:therefore you would expect an all over scissor trim......when I tell you I was SHOCKED picking up my poor baby. Not only did they shave her hair down so effing short that you can't even see the red in her hair anymore, but everything is incredibly uneven and looks so bad I should've just trimmed her myself. Never in my life have I seen someone cut a husky's hair that short and have such outrageously shitty skills at using clippers. Upon complaining saying why would you shave her we didn't ask for this the cashier rudely responded "it's an o cut and it matches her legs".....baby in what world does an all over trim mean the same thing as shave her completely. Even if it was a miscommunication on my part in no world should a groomer look at a double coated long hair dog and think yeah going to shave her so completely that her hair is about as long as a man's buzz cut and claim it was just an o cut....disgraceful and no knowledge of long haired dogs. Also no offer of a refund or apology just a rude attitude. Would never recommend if you have a long haired dog and now it's probably going to take months for her hair to grow back to normal after this HACKJOB. Not to mention she is an older husky and is recently on thyroid meds so her hair already was taking a bit to grow so now we have another thing to worry about. Thanks Woof Gang for showing me my first experience with a very ignorant unprofessional groomer - will never come back and don't recommend. Would give this a zero but that's not an option so I give you a one.
